PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 2002 to 2009 and have a 27 year career in RF propagation. The collapse, at the speed of a free-falling object, of 3 of the buildings the WTC complex was obviously not caused by the crashes of two airliners into the towers. Engineers trained on general aviation aircraft would not have been able to pilot the B767's with such an accuracy into the towers. Military-grade skills/training would have been required! In addition to all this, the WTC main towers had been designed to withstand the impact at full speed/paylload of B707. The various video recordings of the collapse of the three towers are the evidence of a controlled demolition.

I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. I worked for a developer (commercial and residential) for two years after graduating. During my engineering courses I studied structures with Harry West, an excellent structural engineering professor. During that semester, we did a case study on the disaster that happened at the Hyatt Regency in Kansas City in the 80's. I recently looked up the information about the event (in particular when I was watching Mr. Gage's videos about WTC 7 and the 9/11 disaster in general) and was surprised to discover that the Kansas City disaster was the biggest structural steel failure, in terms of loss of life, until 9/11! I wonder what engineering students have to study now when the facts about 9/11 are so unclear and decidedly incorrect in the government version that NIST released. Why can't we get a proper investigation into these events that addresses the real facts presented to us, like free fall collapse through path of greatest resistance. It's nonsense that the government would even have high school students believe such stuff, let alone advanced university engineering students. Please include my name in your petition. I think the victims of this disaster and the subsequent victims (both US soldiers and Iraqi citizens and US citizens in general) deserve the truth.
I was shocked to see the scientific facts that Mr. Gage presented regarding the collapse of WTC 7. It should be obvious even to laypeople that the collapse was a controlled demolition. Even newscasters of the day reported they thought that was what they were seeing. Why is the government hiding the truth from us? It is obvious that explosives, at the very least, were used; more than likely, based on the finding of the microspheres of iron in the dust, the incendiary thermite was used. I am not a 'truther' or kookspiracist. I simply have an engineering background and am amazed that people who see Mr. Gage's presentations would think that he is making things up: that the laws of physics took a break on that September day. I now think and feel so differently about our government and even about agencies like NIST and the ASCE that have failed the engineering community on this incident. Why didn't these agencies explain the obvious fallacies and discrepancies present in those events? I feel betrayed by our government. I also feel a deep sense of distrust for such agencies that have the responsibility to protect the general public by providing unbiased and truthful investigations into incidents that harm and kill us citizens. I remember studying the Kansas City Hyatt disaster in engineering school. We were taught about the consequences of negligence in our work as engineers, how loss of life and property can occur as a result of poor work on our part as engineers. How can current day engineering students look at 9/11 and learn anything when so many paradoxes and controversies surround it? Our government needs to reopen the investigation and find out what really happened. So many lives have been lost and continue to be lost as a result of the rash decisions and outcomes based on what was perceived to have happened, most of which is unsubstantiated by facts and scientific laws that must not be disregarded. I wholeheartedly support Mr. Gage's movement to get a new investigation, and I hope he is able to achieve what he has set out to do: reveal the truth.

After viewing documentaries on internet and comparing the official version with facts, I started having doubts. I don't know much about material behaviors due to explosions and fire, but it is no big deal to understand what is true. A building with steel frame does not fall down because of fire. A building does not fall straight unless it is due to demolition, and does not fall at that speed. And where are the pancakes. How metal melted, and concrete turned to dust? And here are only few doubts I have on how the buildings fell. So many questions, so few true official answers.

WTC 7 was not struck by aircraft, was quite a distance from the falling towers, from photos and video did not seem damaged or extensively on fire yet collapsed in what appears to be a controlled, engineered, pre-planned demolition. This building is the only steel framed skyscraper to ever collapse from fire. A very through investigation should have been performed, instead all steel was controlled and recycled immediately, an act of criminal destruction of evidence. The twin towers collapse is also suspect. Eyewitnesses reporting explosions before the collapse. Also the damaged structure at and above the impact zone should not have been able to collapse the remaining undamaged structure, especially the massively strong central core. The core and outer walls supported the weight of the upper structure, it would have been able to resist the dynamic force of the upper structure falling. There can not be more energy generated dynamically from falling than is present in the potential energy from standing, height x gravity x mass. If the lower supporting structure had been able to support the upper floors for thirty years plus a commercial airliner impact, it would have resisted the dynamic energy because they are the same and the weight of the upper structure has been removed from the lower, that's the only way the upper can fall. Therefore in a non-controlled collapse the top section would have remained in place or fallen and broken into many small pieces and fallen off the sides of the remaining non damaged structure. If the floors had pancaked the central core would have remained standing. The only way the collapses can occur as they did is if the central core was destroyed by controlled explosions. The central cores were systematically blown and ripped down the rest of the buildings from the inside. Again all evidence was destroyed by remelting the steel. The event known as 911 was in my opinion a combination of an external government and some members of the US Fed government conspiring to produce a domestic terrorism event (false flag) to launch the global war on terrorism resulting in the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, the patriot act, the tapping of every piece of voice, e-mail, data communications in the world, Dept of homeland security, increase in oil prices and massive military / domestic police force spending all on the backs of the supposedly terrified US taxpayer. It is and will remain the single most important event in the history of this country.

I find the collapse of the Twin Towers very troubling, and that would be enough for me to be suspicious. But the collapse of WTC 7 is what turns a suspicion into full blown skepticism. I simply do not believe that building could have come down without any assistance. And that's with no scientific experience. If science didn't back me up, I'd probably believe the 9/11 Commission. But science not only supports my belief, but proves the official story is 100% wrong.

I am just a concerned citizen who thinks reinvestigating the events of September eleventh is something that absolutely needs to be done. I'm a construction worker with zero expertise in architecture or engineering.
There are way too many unanswered questions. NIST acknowledges Building 7 fell at near freefall speed. How could that be? NIST also would not disclose the data used to create their computer model showing it was a collapse sighting public safety. Wouldn't releasing that information help to prevent future collapses and uphold the integrity of the investigation? Why wasn't there any preservation of the evidence? Why did they not test for explosives when there were hundreds of documented accounts of explosions? Why was there molten iron videotaped pouring from the Towers and present at Ground Zero over a month after 9/11? How could the 9/11 commission fail to mention Building 7? I personally believe these questions have remained unanswered because to honestly answer these questions means to include the probability of controlled demolition.

Disabled w/ much of my time spent researching, reading and learning about the state of the world we live in. I raised twelve children, home schooled eight of them for five years, re-entered college after eighteen years of motherhood, worked for fifteen years and am now retired with twenty-one grandchildren. My prayer is to see a bright future for all of my loved ones.
My questions began on 9/11/01. How could a cave dwelling terrorist accomplish such precision in the obviously well planned operation that was carried out? And then, why on earth was the resulting retaliation misdirected to Iraq? I bought and read the 9/11 Commission Report when it came out. It was then that I first found a website casting doubt on the official story. It was as plain as the nose on my face in initial videos of the Towers collapsing that the media was not reporting the truth. No one listened to my ranting and raving back then, so I shelved my concerns. Now I am retired and have begun to pick these issues up again. Of the scores of video I have watched, I am most appreciative of the professionalism and scientific method for which your organization has approached this subject.

I worked in a computer store for 2 years, working in the repair department diagnosing and fixing problems with laptops, pc's and severs.
I have many concerns as to how the buildings fell. How do 3 steel frame buildings fall into their own foot print at free fall speeds, in a couple of hours by fire alone? There are many examples of steel frame buildings burning for hours on end, even 10+ hours that have not fallen. If the twin towers fell down due to fire, shouldn't they have broken around the impact points and the tops just fall off? How does the top 1/4 of the building have enough power to simply smash through the other 3/4 of the building all the way down to the first floor?

I was 16 when 9/11 happened. For almost 12 years I firmly believed that a small group of Jihad Muslims were behind that unforgettable attack that claimed almost 3,000 lives on that day and the aftermath that is still claiming lives today. I absolutely feel that the official story of the 3 WTC Towers' collapse is false and I petition my national government to open a new and credible investigation into this event! There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the Towers were felled by explosives and not airline jet fuel fires and aircraft impact damage! We will never stop demanding the truth and for justice upon the perpetrators who still walk the earth in America and abroad!

It was such a relief to hear scientific evidence that made sense! I just watched the documentary and really enjoyed it. I remember that day as if it were yesterday and remember the first thought I had when I saw the buildings collapse. It looked like an explosion and it was very difficult for me to believe that an airplane could cause such rapid damage. I'd like to find out more.

I studied the Twin Towers in an art history class in college.
First of all, it doesn't take a genius to see that the way the Towers fell into their own footprint just doesn't make sense. The floors below where the planes hit would be unaffected, made no sense that the entire buildings just collapsed. I knew something was very deceiving the instant they fell. Common sense tells you that the buildings collapsing had nothing to do with the airplanes that hit them. What I still don't understand is why millions of otherwise intelligent New Yorkers refuse to see the obvious fact that this entire incident was the US government, not some Middle Eastern terrorist group.

I always thought that all of the buildings came down exactly as planned demolitions (it is so obvious) but could not fathom that our own leaders could be so diabolical. There seems to be much evidence of 'Prior knowledge' relating to the destruction of the WTC. I would like to be able to initiate an investigation into the 'Bulk Carrier' cargo vessels which seem to have been conveniently on hand waiting to remove the tens of thousands of tons of steel from the WTC after it's destruction.

From the evidences available, I don't think that the WTC buildings collapse is as a result of simple fire. The federal government didn't follow the law and save enough evidence for investigation. I'm an Artist, freedom activist. Too much has happened since 911 particularly US laws such the patriot act, AUOF and NDAA of 2012 that allows indefinite detention of American citizens without trial. We to need to know all of the truth about 911 and why this occurred!
Thermite was found in dust from the buildings thanks to these independent non US government studies. How on earth was enough thermite allowed in the WTC towers and possibly in Tower 7? The fact that a lot of the 911 debris was recycled in China instead of it being kept is disturbing and disgusting to say the least.

I have my own business in town planning and surveying and I am based in London. I work with structural engineers and have an all round interest in buildings and the way they are built and formed. I have qualifications in the planning industry and also in surveying. My course allows me entry into RICS which is the recognized body for surveying the the UK and my town planning background allowed me entry into RTPI, which is the recognized body for town planning.
The blatant way that the evidence has been ignored by the mass media is massively frustrating. Many people do not have the time for 'conspiracies' but are completely unaware of the facts. I became interested after visiting the memorial site and hearing some opinions from some American friends. It has since became a bit of an obsession as I cannot quite believe the alarmingly obvious facts.

I have no degree but have studied Mechanical Engineering for four years and have been in the building trades all my adult life. Aside from a technical background, I have the experience of over fifty years of keen observation and the use of a sane, logical mind.
From the very day of the disaster, I have harbored doubts about the official reports of all the events that took place. The collapse of both Towers seemed inordinate. The subsequent collapse of 7WTC, to me, was the smoking gun that that turned the so-called reasons behind the entire disaster into a pack of lies. The way the building rubble was so quickly hauled away and sold overseas seemed to scream of sinister activity. All of the eye-witness accounts about explosions seemed to be totally ignored by the so-called investigators. The statement by the owner of 7WTC that we decided to pull it was a confession that nobody heard.
