To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I'm an overhaul and maintenance engineer for hydro generation, with a strong emphasis in power system stability, relay engineering, and controls engineering. I work with a consulting firm conducting power system stability analysis and excitation system design.
The work done by professionals to refute the NIST report is concise and simple. When simulating the power grid, results are never perfect and can be misleading. It is possible to adjust parameters until a desired outcome is achieved. Simulation of grid parameters are obtained from testing of the equipment only. Repeated simulations where parameters are modified to fit desired outcomes is considered dry labbing. The NIST report appears to be based mainly on computer simulation tuned to achieve the desired outcome of a plane and fire collapsing the towers, but it disregards any test results. I have faith in physics, not in the NIST report.

The few videos I have seen and interviews I have heard were taken with much skepticism. However there are many troubling questions that I feel the 911 commission did not answer. The most troubling to me is that the investigation was obviously not done in a completely objective and scientific way. The cause of building WTC 7's collapse per the single point failure article did not show how the forces were transmitted through the truss members from the supposed column on the east side of the building (the initiating event) through to the other columns which were several hundred feet away. The article mentions progressive failures from this initial event, however the video of the collapse shows no such progression. Each and west sides fell simultaneously.

Received an associates in applied science from an accredited college in eastern Iowa. Being a skeptic, I always research a lot before coming to a conclusion, while not having bias against anyone else's ideas.
After reviewing a lot of information provided online through validated sources, I have come to the conclusion that not everything we are being told is the truth. For me, the smoking gun is the Pentagon (no plane, hole doesn't match size of plane, cia/fbi confiscated all video footage, witnesses report a plane leaving, video footage etc.). Clearly, this had to happen in order for the US to go to war with Iraq (for the WMD's, of course.....sarcasm). Thermite/super thermite being present on steel beams during clean-up. Molten steel for weeks after the WTC collapsed. Another WTC building falling without fire or being hit by a plane. I am not an expert on demolition, but a lot of experts claim that it is highly likely this was a controlled demolition, from all aspects. Reviewing footage from the day, witnesses do not see any markings on the 2nd plane, anywhere. Kind of odd.... Information given by the investigative committee does not match the path which the plane took to hit the Pentagon. Footage shows no plane, anywhere, before, during, or after the explosion. Dust analysis at the WTC reveals contents of explosives...how sad The evidence is overwhelming. There needs to be a solid collective with higher political influence that can bring this to justice. A private committee, anything other than a government appointed committee. Doesn't it only make sense...?

9/11 was sad and tragic. Should not have happened and was preventable on many levels. But, we as a people were let down. I'm a Canadian talking to you as a human being with love for my fellow man that all those affected by the 9/11 events, and in the world, demand a proper, fair, inquiry/investigation so justice can be done. I personally do not like being lied to when a government is supposed to do something for the people and don't come through. More so when we are lied to of the official accounts on 9/11 when we see what happened point blank in front of our eyes. It surely did not happen the way we are led to believe it did. I am a struggling student trying to complete a science degree and work full time, living in Austin, TX.
I was a sophomore in high school on 9/11 and it was very clear to me that those towers fell because of something other than just the planes hitting them. I lived near Boston at the time and my father nurtured my intrest in science and it was our trips to the science museum that gave me the basic understanding that a building falling in the amount of time that the twin towers fell was way too fast for the Official reason i.e. The pancake Theory. Despite my personal beliefs about the motives behind the attacks, 9/11 did more damage to the reputation and credibility of science and technology than I could have ever imagined. It is tragic and appalling that all those people died, and the legitimate means to find a real answer is considered heresy.

On 9/11 I was at work and my wife worked on her master-thesis at the University of Vienna. A colleague of hers, a neuroscientist, said at the time when all the story happened and we watched it on TV: It`s all about oil. Years later, when Osama bin Laden was allegedly killed, I wondered why he was killed and not questioned about his role in the attack. Then I began to investigate. The way WTC 1,2 and 7 fell cannot be explained to me without the assumption that these three collapses were somehow assisted. The pictures of the alleged flight UA 175 do not resemble this type of airliner, the plane moves far beyond its speed-limit, and the way it approaches the Tower cannot be explained with an unexperienced pilot at the controls.

I have researched and read everything I can find on the internet and other media regarding the events of 9/11/01. As a strong patriot, and someone that cares about the 3000+ people that lost their lives that day to a potentially domestic criminal act, I feel the world deserves a true, quantitative, scientific, explanation of the events that took place.
No other steel skyscraper has EVER collapsed, until 9/11/01. Larger buildings have burned hotter and longer without collapsing. I'm convinced we were attacked and that terrorism was involved, but I feel the destruction of the evidence and failure of the United States to do it's due diligence to it's people to properly lay the blame of this event at the right doorstep equates those responsible for this ignorance of truth with the very terrorists they persecute.
