PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

When the 9/11/2001 murders occurred in NYC at the Twin Tower sites, I knew something was amiss. The largest crime scene in American history was instantly cleaned up without investigation against all federal and state laws. This Twin Tower's site should have been secured to allow a complete criminal investigation. Within 28 minutes, I heard all television stations give the name of the terrorist organization and the names of Saudi men that had used box cutters. You couldn't even take any metal through the airport security even in 2001 because I took flights several times each week. I like the BBC; however, they reported that Building 7 had collapsed but you can see Building 7 in the background as she reported. I didn't realize why her report was terminated only seconds before the actual the Building 7 collapse until switching to another channel that was showing the collapse in real time. There was a report that said a jet was downed near Camp David; this report just disappeared from the reporting afterward. The same jet flight number that was reported to have gone down near Camp David was now suddenly downed near Pittsburgh, PA near my area; however, there was nothing at that site. The 'official' stories changed, wavered and was just not plausible. Free-fall pancaking was absolutely ridiculous; you could see the metal roof spire just disintegrating before your eyes. Something was terribly wrong with the so-called 'official story' as many men with excellent credentials were suddenly fired from long-time positions as they spoke out against the official story. I believe the US Military and the American Citizen's money were 'used' to secure oil reserves and pipeline routes in the largest criminal activity in history involving trillions and trillions in future transactions. I seized on the idea put forth in some of the very good investigations and CDs regarding 9/11 about thermate. The microspheres of iron and the clearly cut lower basement beams were leading me to the conclusion that the entire building had been wired for demolition. But, where are the steel beams? Looking at videos and pictures from the site, only a few truckloads of steel were ever recorded. Looking at Dr. Judy Wood's web site and knowing about John Hutchinson's research and investigations into alternate energy sources and radiowave and microwave (frequency) experiments, my attention and focus are now on particle beam weapons and time domain experiments. I will not go into detail in this small report; I urge you to look into the Hutchinson Effect by starting with Dr. Judy Wood's group and her lawsuit against the NIST. The 24' ' 44' perfectly round holes in the buildings surrounding the Twin Towers and one in the street with on steel on the basement floors of the other surrounding buildings indicate that the steel seems to have disappeared? There is no debris or steel collapse in those building pictures completely down into the basement in all of those round holes. This was done to all the buildings; you can see down through the entire building to the basement (without any steel beams visible in those holes). There was a FEMA helicopter coming from Tower 2 roof with some kind of conical flashing light pulsing from beneath it aimed at the roof only seconds before the first building 'disintegration. ' I now believe this is, as Judy Wood has stated, the new Nagasaki. It is a 'sick' military demonstration murdering American Citizens using a new weapon's system to start a war on terror, reduce this country to poverty and enslave the American people under martial rule. The particle beam weapon is based on the Hutchinson Effect with modifications to convert an alternative energy production system to a weapon system. The above presented theory of directed energy weapons does not in any way negate any of the findings of the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. It is offered as additional supporting information and is a subject to further investigation. It is a topic that I have personally investigated and have studied in great detail. Feels and looks like the implosions used in Las Vegas when a building is scheduled for demolition. 30 years operating oil refineries and working in chemical industry having experienced some big explosions and fires and their aftermath.
In my occupation in oil refineries and chemical and my experience with oil and chemical fires, I am convinced that the towers did not collapse the way I expected to see in a normal fire but looked more like a controlled event. A building cannot stack drop at a timed speed, allowing each floor to platform each other to the ground, from two planes hitting it. The beam's melting would have taken longer and the speed from which would have been much slower hence parts of the Towers, not floor by floor symmetrically falling, would break loose. And, the beams at ground level cut at 45 degree angles proves thermite and explosives had to be used. There would be no such angles like that nor would the building collapse into dust. Example: B-25 bomber into Empire State Building in 1945. It didn't fall and so what if the plane was smaller than those of 9/11. Let's compare size of plane to building and comparison equals out. Those Towers were built to withstand natural disasters and man made errors like in 1945. It was an inside job.

It doesn't take a trained eye or ear of an engineer or architect, to see and hear that building 7 along with both twin towers were in fact brought down on purpose using explosives. I've been saying it for years. With the size of the United States population, our government should fear US. Not the other way around. Building 7 could quite possibly serve as a catalyst for this country to wake up, and rise up. Power doesn't last forever. It eventually becomes weaker when its source dies out. 25 years of commercial, industrial, and high rise construction, including renovation, addition, demolition, and new construction in the city of Philadelphia, and surrounding 5 counties. Extensive training in architectural, and structural blue print reading, and application. Prior experience includes a 4 year apprenticeship, approx.1500+ hours of blue print reading/study, mathematical study and application, in relation to building layout, material application, structural and practical design. A Total failure of the skeletal design of the steel structure of a high rise building is completely impossible without the demolition or removal of several key girders and columns. Implosion of any sort is completely impossible without several hours of pre-demolition tactics and applications. It defies logic, physics, and every modern building design, engineering, and architectural plan. In short, it was, and remains a total impossibility. Only a controlled demo will pancake a building. Only extreme sustained heat will fail structural steel, and only extremely high explosives will pulverize reinforced concrete into dust. Charges were clearly visible on all 3 buildings before implosion, and the beginning series of blasts were noted and recorded in the base (lobby) and several sub floors before implosion. Completed high school in 1984. - - Worked as a carpenter rough framing houses for 12yrs. - - One of the jobs I worked on was the private home of - Doug Loizeaux of Controlled Demolition, Inc. Phoenix, MD. - - Earned a masters degree in metaphysics in 1999. - - Helped the family care for my great grandmother from 1997 - until she passed 8yrs later. In 2005 moved back to MD where - I began work in '06' with a hardscaping crew for 3yrs. - - Worked another 3yrs on the landscaping side of the same company until lack of work forced a layoff. - - Currently unemployed the last 12mths doing side jobs whenever possible.
As I watched the 2nd tower fall, an instant 'knowingness' overcame me. I knew there was no way that a commercial airliner could fly around all that time and not be intercepted especially in the most heavily defended air space in North America. I was prior, and still am, well aware of factions within our govt orchestrating false flags throughout the history of the U.S. It's a common tactic used by many in power over many hundreds of yrs. There are way to many dots from the wall street stock trading/put options to those that held positions in high places within state/govt's and in corporations connected to each other & this entire matter. You don't really need that high of an IQ to understand once you become aware of all the many players/pieces.
