PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Approximately one month to the day of September 11, I found myself pondering the recent news reports indicating the potential negative trends of the economy. Since the reports were vague but consistent, I began to ponder as to how they could be accurate. Using my past experience and knowledge as a former Professional service-member I concluded that for a foreign power to disrupt the national economy or physically threaten the nation. It would have to have the capability of bringing down a skyscraper in a major US city. Which, was technically not possible. The idea that the threat could come from within, was not unthinkable. But, at the time it was easier to imagine that such a scheme and it's perpetrators would be exposed. The day I heard the building was hit, I thought it was quite a coincidence. Less than an hour later, I heard someone in the office saying the build had fallen. I thought, impossible. Throughout the days and weeks that followed. I heard so called official reports that, based on my knowledge were either lies or crimes at the highest levels. For instance, it was reported that NORAD did not respond in time because the pilots were involved in a training exercise and was not sure the messages coming in were real or part of the training exercise. In training exercises one crucial elements is to exclude an element form the training in the event of a actual threat. Another fact is that in communications the training takes place in a network of data transmissions specifically designated for non real world training exercises. Either the NSA policies have changed or the NSA was a part of the event.

Most state engineering license regulatory agencies state something to this effect: Registrants shall at all times recognize that their primary obligation is to protect the safety, health, property and welfare of the public. (OAR 820-020-0015) This is paramount to a licensed engineer's duties. I've studied and pondered the information and comments made by engineers and architects who are likely guided by such licensing rules and who have more expertise in the subject than I do - both in and outside of your web site. I believe them. The facts presented make logical sense and reinforces the intuitive engineer in me that thought something was suspicious regarding the events of that day. My doubt of the official story has increased accordingly over time - thus I sign your petition.

I have minimal formal education and my most extensive work experience is in telecommunications, chiefly in the area of external plant network design and construction.
There are many reasons to doubt the official explanation for the attacks, the destruction and the loss of life that occurred on 11 Sept' 2001. One of the earlier items of interest is the report produced by The Project for the New American Century titled 'Rebuilding America's Defenses, Strategy, Forces and Resources For a New Century' dated September 2000. This document discusses, among other things, the need 'To preserve American military preeminence in the coming decades' (pp50) and 'seek to exploit the emerging revolution in military affairs.' (pp50) it goes on to describe a transformation of the military largely due to information technology and the need to retain a leading position in this area by increased spending and, now famously, 'Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event ' like a new Pearl Harbor' (pp51) which obviously brings up the question of whether 9/11 was deemed necessary by those with the power to effect such a catastrophe and therefore a false flag operation. In regard to building 7 the fact that it was and remains the only building of concrete encased steel ever to collapse due to fire, and there are numerous examples of far more serious fires (greater heat and duration) that have failed to bring down buildings of similar construction, is reason in itself to doubt if not simply disregard the official explanation. Finally it has been said in at least one documentary film that suggesting that 9/11 was anything other than that stated in the official explanation dishonours those who died. In my opinion this is the most outrageous affront not only to democracy, decency and common sense but to those whose lives were so callously taken and to those who loved them.

I am a residential builder with 30 years experience, mostly residential framing with some commercial experience in the hydro electric field.
The Twin Towers were designed to take an impact from a Boeing 707 airplane. The fire from the aviation fuel only burns at about 1800 degrees Fahrenheit -- that's not hot enough to melt steel. If there was a partial collapse of the building's upper structure, those sections would have toppled one way or the other and the structural mass below would have prevented any further collapse. Although building number seven was not struck by an aircraft it too collapsed, supposedly from a fire.The video coverage of the buildings' collapsing clearly shows that these were controlled demolitions -- the collapse of building number seven is the best example of this. All three of these buildings collapsed into their own footprint. Also, the wreckage burned for some time after that when there really was no flammable material. The only substance that can cut thru steel rapidly is thermite.

It was a false flag operation. It was not the 'attacks' that brought the buildings down; I'm not even convinced there were any real hijackings. Something did probably fly into WTC 1 & 2, but that was just a smoke screen for what really happened. Literally, behind the dust they carried out an unorthodox top-down demolition. WTC 7 - they didn't even try to hide it. Pentagon - not an airliner, probably a cruise missile.

I feel very strongly that when people are found to be guilty of a crime or murder, the sentencing needs to fit the crime.
The 911 Commissioners that had anything to do with the Offical 911 Report, needs to be taken to court and they need to prove what they have stated in their report. Then once the Offical Report and the Commissioners have been proven to be fraud, the reseach to follow the money and follow who was going to greatly benifit from this terroristic act needs to be held accountable for murder.

The tragedy of 9/11 hit me hard. I cried for 3 days straight. But after time, a lot of information began being spread of how insane the story line was. The collapse of the 3 steel buildings in such a symmetrical and straight down manner in such a short period of time combined with the nano thermite found, the molten steel found, the many explosions heard, etc. all coupled with the earlier pronouncement by the Project for a New American Century that a 'New Pearl Harbor' was needed to transform the US military, place more foreign military bases, etc. and the Official Government Conspiracy Theory of 4 hijackers per plane - with box cutters - overcoming experienced fighter jet pilots and planes full of passengers and the most technologically advanced military force on the earth, turns me into a 'Conspiracy Analyst'. Add to this a little knowledge as to how the Owners of the USA and its government have traditionally acted - read Albert Beveridge's September 16, 1898 'March of the Flag' speech - and it is clear that the US Government's Official 9/11 Conspiracy Theory needs to be analyzed and a new investigation of 9/11 undertaken. Declaration of a perpetual and geographically unbounded 'War on Terror' in reaction to nothing more than a crime - hijacking - that called for nothing greater than a thorough investigation and police action, and the new US police-prison state and crumbling US quality of life indicators leaves us no doubt that the 9/11 events were planned and orchestrated, but not by a man in a cave in Afghanistan.

I am a social worker and took political science in college and our professor told us that nothing happens, in politics, that doesn't have to do with property, power or prestige so when something happened that I should ask myself, who benefits?
Immediately after 9/11 I started asking myself, who benefited from this because I believed something else was going on but I wasn't and am still not sure who benefits, that is, aside from the oil and construction benefits, I am not sure of the benefit and to whom that was for, and would really like to know.

My Opinion, after reviewing information presented, is that all three buildings were precision demolished, and that our own government was potentially complicit in their destruction. The operation had to be very expensive, and required military grade demolition materials and setup. I feel that the destruction was instigated to facilitate our insertion into war, none of which have resulted in permanent peace. I believe that the jets that were flown into buildings and pentagon were strictly for cover and agitation.
