Phil Restino: a veteran for peace

Phil is an activist and just one of many veterans who have joined the call for a new investigation into the destruction of the Twin Towers and WTC 7 on September 11, 2001.  

While he never saw combat, Phil is among those who are expected to be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in the name of defending their country.

In this episode of 9/11 Free Fall, Phil sits down with host Andy Steele to discuss his activism, not only with the 9/11 Truth Movement but also in the Anti-War Movement through Veterans For Peace. He particularly stood with this global organization against wars of aggression in the Middle East during the George W. Bush and Barack Obama eras. 

During this interview, Phil talks about his awakening to the 9/11 issue as well as to COINTELPRO efforts to stifle the peace movement’s aims and drive a wedge between it and 9/11 truth.
