Participants

David Meiswinkle is an attorney practicing in New Jersey, former police officer, and army veteran. He has been politically active for many years, including running for Congress in 2010. David has been a leader in the New Jersey 9/11 activist community and is currently part of a lawyers working group focusing on legal strategies to obtain full disclosure, accountability, and justice for 9/11. Together with activist/radio show host Pamela Senzee, David co-hosts Quantum Matrix Radio, www.quantummatrixradio.com. In September 2015 they completed a “400 mile Walk For Truth”, from Shanksville, PA to Washington, DC to Ground Zero in New York City.

Julio Gomez, Esq. has practiced civil rights and commercial litigation in diverse matters including discrimination, education, police excessive force, unfair trade practices, contract disputes, fraud, medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury. Specific matters have included representation of indigent and indigenous Ecuadorians against Chevron Corporation regarding claims of litigation fraud arising from prosecution of an environmental damages action following 20 years of oil drilling in the Amazon; I was co-counsel on a successful appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in this case, see Chevron Corp. v. Naranjo, 667 F.3d 232 (2d Cir. 2012), and I tried the merits case for six-weeks in federal court. See Chevron v. Donziger, 974 F.Supp.2d (S.D.N.Y. 2014).

Mick Harrison, Esq. is a Public Interest Attorney, graduate summa cum laude of the University of the District of Columbia School of law. Attorney Harrison has a national practice focused on cases that involve whistleblower protection, government accountability, corporate fraud and false claims, and dangers to public health or the environment. Over the last 25 years he has worked in partnership on such cases with The Government Accountability Project (GAP); Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER); the Chemical Weapons Working Group (CWWG); the National Sierra Club; Greenpeace; and Vietnam veterans organizations, among others. Attorney Harrison is licensed in Pennsylvania and admitted to practice before the U. S. Courts of Appeal for the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, District of Columbia, and Federal Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

Les Jamieson (moderator) has studied the alternative research into 9/11 since November, 2001. He has been publicly active as an event organizer, street activist, and movement builder since January of 2004. Beginning October 2014, Les spearheaded an effort to generate grassroots support for legislation to declassify 28 pages from the Congressional Joint Inquiry on 9/11, as well as mobilize public support for the passage of the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act. Les has been centrally involved in organizing anniversary symposiums in New York City for the last 14 years. Les has chaired educational panels on 9/11 and the 28 pages at the Left Forum from 2015 through 2017. Les is currently on the board of the 9/11 Truth Action Project, working to mobilize activists calling for a “9/11-informed Congress”.
