On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been a practicing electronics hardware engineer in the tech field in Silicon Valley ever since receiving a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara. Though the BSEE ultimately focuses on electronics, electronic devices, and materials, like most engineering degrees it also requires significant background study in physics, mechanics, and mathematics to sufficiently ground the recipient in the general discipline of engineering.
You hardly need college physics to show that the mechanics of NIST's collapse model doesn't fit the evidence collected on that day. A simple conservation of energy problem (taught in most high school treatments of mechanics) suffices. Take the twin towers for example: if the tops of the buildings accelerated towards the ground at the rate of free-fall, which I believe has been adequately established through video and seismic analysis, it follows that all of their stored gravitational potential energy is being expended accelerating their mass towards the surface of the earth. From whence came the energy responsible for dismantling the steel support structure below the falling mass then? How can one source of potential simultaneously be totally expended in the acceleration of mass earthward while also providing the energy to pulverize hundreds of thousands of tons of structural steel and concrete? It simply can't... and that's one of many reasons why NIST's explanation is totally unacceptable.

The planes did not cause the collapse of the buildings; explosives did. The WTC buildings collapsed in a way very similar to a building rigged for controlled demolition. The official story did not adequately explain the explosions that many witnessed and heard at ground zero; the government even tried to deny it. There are just too many coincidences of events leading up to 9/11, starting with planes not intercepted to military personnel playing war games. It's not hard to see that those responsible are amongst those who benefited the most from this tragedy, including but not limited to big oil and private reconstruction contractors.

I graduated mechanical engineer cum laude (3.4 / 4.0 GPA) from Auburn University, AL in 2007. I got a job right out of college with the US Army Corps of Engineers and became a mechanical quality assurance building inspector for 3 years with the government as a civil servant, and also a project engineer of 6 months. Seeing that the finances of that organization were totally corrupt, with 7 out of 7 buildings in North Carolina and Georgia costing 200, 300 dollars a square foot to renovate when by contract they should be no more than 150 to build, I left USACE. At the same time I was waking up to 9/11 truth, and found the materials Wikileaks was putting out about our operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. I began speaking out online, and have not stopped since. I estimate I have told 8 million people through the internet about the corruption that lies at the core levels of our governments.
Of the many valid arguments about why controlled demolition brought down three buildings on 9/11/2001, I find this the most easily convincing: That 15 floors cannot crush the many dozens more floors below, I think it was 80 or 90, as is claimed about one of the towers that fell. The upper 15 floors would have disentegrated into nothing after falling on 15 floors if we are to believe that the floors were totally crushed into powder under the influence of gravity alone.

When I saw the first video of the towers in free fall; I knew from day one that the spin put on 911 was not what I saw with my own eyes. The thought that it was another Pearl Harbor quickly became evident. As a self taught student in the dark history of our country and your excellent presentation: if there was a shadow of a doubt about 911, The light of truth has illuminated every conceivable recess! 911 was, indeed: AN INSIDE JOB. The fires were too localized and oxygen starved, as evidenced by the thick black smoke to have been hot enough or long lived enough to even start any deformation of the structural steel, which was generously coated with asbestos. There are reports of cables being run to upgrade the internet services in the building on unoccupied floors. People working on floors below this work reported a fine white dust all over the office furniture on Mondays following the weekend. My assumption is: the dust was asbestos that had been removed from columns so thermite charges could be placed on bare steel. If memory serves me: I think it was around the 83rd floor of one of the towers where this dust was found.

Evidence and theories have been proposed since 9/11 that shed doubt on the government's explanation of the events that happened that fateful day in 2001. So to fall at near free fall means that the ground floors of 7 had to weaken to the point so great - from an office fire in the corner of the 38th floor - at exactly the same time throughout the whole building - thats 300 feet wide -as if only air was below it-- and it did. From an office fire..? I pose no theory-- questions and raise more questions as most answers are not plausible .. I live near Fort Mcguire/Fort Dix in NJ - friends with several pilots and a lead engineer there. They know and very aware this was not the act of dudes from the desert.. 1 in particular was actually diverted away from the area. The problems lie in the sheer volume of outrageous explanations that led to 3 buildings collapsing virtually identically, no plane at Shanksville , and a vaporized plane at the pentagon. How about this- show us the 87 videos around the pentagon? T he videos from the airports showing hijackers boarding? How was building 7 forgotten in the 1st report? The plane debris/luggage fuselage in Shanksville? Why were the hundreds of fireman accounts of thermite evidence- booms in basement ignored ? The reconstructed planes during forensics? How was it possible to have our air force mix signals over the whole philly - NY - DC corridor?? Commercial airplanes have a hijack switch - not one out of all 4 were switched- how is that possible? By either the co pilot or pilot? All that is being asked is for proof backing the claims. Problem is - my questions are the same as most of the population and we know can not be answered because to date no evidence/ honest explanations exist. The wreckage we observed on Ground Zero wasn't possible without extra energy sources, such as explosives of any kind - doesn't matter which kind actually. WTC7 is a clear 'pull'. NIST report is a farce. Pentagon and Shankville's official versions are shame and farce. My education and experience are not relevant. My license is in finance and my degree is in health science. Having said that, I am able to look at factual evidence and come to an educated conclusion as to what I believe happened.
I believe it was a controlled demolition and a cover up. There is WAY too much evidence to support the reasons why it was allowed and/or planned to occur.
