On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I want more research to explain what happened, at least with WTC 7. The video of its collapse doesn't seem to agree with what we are being told. My experience with structural steel in heavy machinery is that it would more likely yield than fracture and I don't think it would free fall.

On the day of 9/11, I was ready to wear the uniform again although I was not in favor of our position on or in Vietnam from the big picture perspective. I never thought much about the technical details of the collapse of the three buildings, nor did I watch the videos with a keen eye. A year ago, scanning the movies on Hulu, I saw there was a four part series on the 9/11 tribunal in Toronto. The scientific evidence presented therein bought out facts that cogently pointed to a more probable and realistic cause of the collapses. I realized the abhorrent deception by our government. I then viewed your film on 9/11 which reinforced many of the facts presented in Toronto, but in a more condensed manner which made it easier to view. The psychological analysis in the last phase of the film rings so true. Most people that I have discussed the demolition theory with look and me as if I were from another planet. The Bush years were the worst 8 years of my life, as we had to deal with two wars, deceit, lies and cover ups by him and his administration. The whole 9/11 episode rings of the workings of the military industrial consortium in this country for power, control and wealth.

I saw a seeming credible video from BBC news reporting it's collapse prior to the actual free fall in it's print, of what appeared, to even me a layman, to be a controlled demolition. I could go on & on with other points, proving it all doesn't add up. I also wonder if it's true that certain people affiliated and/or related to Osama Bin Laden were flown out of our country directly afterward, when there was a no fly order for the rest of US? As American citizens, we know we have the right to get to the bottom of this. We expect truth & justice will prevail.

I have a masters degree in Architecture including taking all structures courses that were offered. I'm currently licensed as an architect in WA. For 17 years I worked at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as a research scientist. I also did undergraduate course work in engineering.
I've been aware that the official account of 9/11 was false since before AE 9/11 Truth was founded, but for professional reasons I was unable to sign until now. My guess is that for every AE that signs there are at least ten that don't for the same reason as me. I have the utmost admiration and respect for Richard Gage and everyone engaged in this effort. The evidence of controlled demolition for all three World Trade Center towers is overwhelming. In contrast, the official explanation relies on assertions but no evidence. The failure of the United States to investigate 9/11, the crime of the century, has placed a stain of corruption on our nation. Those public officials who continue to block a legitimate investigation of the events of 9/11 are complicit in the crime. Only the truth can set us free and restore integrity to our nation and government.

On that day 9/11/01, when I first saw the footage of WTC coming down, despite what I heard from the news, I had a bad feeling that something seems so very awkward and very unreal. Then, after I heard this campaign, I went to look at the photos of my old papers I filed from the 911 tragedy, it doesn't take me a second to think that this is the worst thing that happened in American history if proven. I hope we can get more support and evidence to bring the real truth. I sincerely thank all the people that gave their life, time and effort to dig up the real truth.

How does jet fuel leak down the cavities of the building all the way to the footings of these building to provide such a clean free fall. If a truck hits a house, it may fall to the ground, however portions of it will remain splintered and fragmented, however not obliterated.......

In the beginning I believed the official story. But after the shock wore off, I found I could not forget the way the buildings fell. The debris was not consistent with a normal building collapse. Eye witnesses heard explosions, and the collapse of all three buildings had more resemblance to a controlled demolition than an unplanned structural failure. I have read many points of view on the matter and can no longer agree with the official story.

The official report on 9/11 is fake; the resistance of the construction would slow down the speed of falling of both towers. There are a lot additional gaps in the government version - the heat had to be lower than stated and the construction would resist it too. The Pentagon, when you analyze the destruction, could not have been hit by the plane but possibly only the missile could operate so deeply and narrow. There are obviously others circumstances which make the whole picture and it is clear that the official version is a lie.

I have over 40 years of professional architectural practice and service to the community. I graduated from Washington State University with B. A. in Architecture and received my architectural license in Washington in 1971. I later received licenses in Minnesota, Utah, and Hawaii. Nothing that I have seen or heard pertaining to the 9/11 tragedy leads me to any conclusion other than that the two aircraft were not the actual cause the collapse of the twin towers. We will actually not know the true cause until there is an independent and full investigation of the tragedy that took so many lives. I have watched many videos of the 9/11 towers' collapse. I do not think that these demolitions could have taken place without some form of high level government involvement. But even if it can be shown that WTC 1 & 2 were brought down by the plane crashes, it leaves open the collapse of WTC 7. WTC 7 came down like a controlled demolition hours after WTC 1 & 2 and long after the small fires in it were extinguished.

I have serious doubts as to the official 9/11 story after hearing lectures and reading research conducted by David Ray Griffin regarding the contradictions between the official story and the mounting evidence and eyewitness accounts, clearly implying some level of US government involvement in allowing the tragedy to occur. I'm just a small town architect involved primarily in the design of wood frame residential structures with nearly fifty years of experience in architecture, thirty-two as a registered architect with the last twenty-eight in a private practice I share with my partner. Because of my years of experience I was granted permission to take the professional exam on the condition I passed all of the required pre-qualifying exams, of which there were five if I recall correctly. I did so in 1980 and passed the architectural licensing exam in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1981. I have no experience with high rise structures but I do believe that logic trumps the nonsense written between the front and back covers of The 9/11 Commission Report. In my view the report is more fiction than fact.
The manner in which the towers fell could only have been through controlled demolition. I've witnessed enough of them through videos and even in person to know this. Initially I presumed the attack, blamed on radical Muslims, was blowback for the horrific foreign policy of the US government. My belief that the attack was blowback has not diminished in the light of new evidence which suggests factions in the US government had prior knowledge of the attacks and not only did nothing to prevent them but complemented them to stage the catastrophe that would ensure the nation's sympathy for a Middle east confrontation. I stand by my belief today that the correct response to this criminal act would have been to find and prosecute the culprits, foreign and domestic, responsible for those acts of terrorism. The actual path chosen only reinforces my belief that the US government played a significant role.

At the time of the first WTC building collapse, I said to my wife, as we watched, in disbelief, on TV: '...they imploded the building...', and they '...brought the building down...as if in controlled demolition.' So, right from the moment it happened, I have never believed the 'official' stories, not from day one.

In my opinion, structural failure of steel framed high-rise buildings should result in quite different collapse events to those observed in WTC buildings 1, 2 and 7.

I found the squib charges in WTC 7 to be irrefuatble evidence of controlled demolition. The implications, while disturbing, reveal more than ever a country without the ideals of Thomas Jefferson, and Benjaimin Franklin. I do think that an un-biased and thorough investigation of the collapse needs to be performed and taking into account all the evidence that has come to light by all of the various sources. While I would like my name to remain on your petition, I recommend for your own credibility and that of all of our names that less convincing and ambiguous aspects be eliminated from your arguments along with discussions of motive. I think consideration needs to be given to many possibilities as non-controlled collapses are nearly completely outside of human experience; whether architect, engineer, or even building demolition expert, none of us have an expectation of how forces at this scale and in these condition should behave. After spending a fair amount of web time investigating myself, I have seen a lot of real amateurish conspiracy mongers that are giving your cause a really bad name. While I believe your spokesman is the most credible I have seen, by keeping your arguments scientific and non-emotional you elevate your own position and improve chances for the end goal, a complete investigation into the collapses.

I have been in the profession long enough and have worked on multiple types of facilities enough, and have studied this tragedy enough, to feel confident in saying that there was no way those buildings could have come down in that manner. The twin towers were structurally designed to withstand that exact type of situation, and building 7's demise just makes no reasonable, logical sense at all. I feel even more vindicated in my views when viewing the footage of the various collapses, knowing that is not how a structure could possibly collapse under those conditions.

As I watched the collapse occur on the morning of 9/11/01 I was shocked because I had been sure that the buildings would not collapse as I watched for the time between the impact and the collapse. The failure mode made no sense to me as I watched it. I read the article in the New Yorker about the structural engineer of the building about a month later. He wondered if the fault lay in a cost cutting measure at the time of construction that was forced on him - one in which less insulation was wrapped around the steel. He blamed himself for the failure. I find the 9/11 Blueprint for Truth Evidence far more convincing.

The official story is political not factual. Intuition alone says the official story about WTC 7, in particular, is simply not true. Falling structures that tall and massive do not free fall unless the elements of resistance (structural elements) have been strategically and violently removed.

Examining the evidence clearly indicates controlled demolition of the three towers. The most telling evidence is the collapse of the third building without impact by a plane.
