PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The evidence strongly suggests World Trade Center 7 is in freefall for a substantial amount of time (~2-3 seconds), which is inconsistent with a natural collapse; freefall indicates the absence of any structural resistance and in my opinion this absence can only be explained by human intervention.

I earned both a Bachelor and a Master of Civil Engineering degree back in the early 90's. I did leave the field in the late 90's and have not returned to it. As far as being licensed, I do possess E.I.T. certification. At the time of the catastrophe, I did wonder why neither the USACOE nor the ASCE did not demand to investigate the site and take tests and samples, etc.., this being an unprecedented case for study in the field of Civil Engineering.

Worked as a mechanical engineer for a year and a half, math/statistics tutor/instructor for UC Berkeley for the last 36 years, for the last 27 years have specialized in second year calculus--vector calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, the foundation math courses for engineers, have conducted workshops in these courses for the School of Engineering for the last 21 years.
The first thing I point out to people who ask me about it is the resistance paradox. The WTC towers' top portions fell through the steel and concrete of the lower portions about as fast as pieces from them were falling through the adjacent air. Assuming a collapse, this would indicate the lower portions provided little more resistance to the tops than air would. Yet the top portions disintegrated while falling, which assuming a collapse would indicate the lower portions offered very high resistance. This is an irresolvable paradox, material cannot simultaneously present high and low resistance. Demolition on the other hand explain both phenomena. There are many aspects of the events which to me indicate demolition. The points presented on this site about both the main towers and WTC7 are excellent.

From a scientific point of view, it is absolutely impossible that the 3 Towers collapsed because of fire. The explosion clouds, as well as the free fall, makes no sense at all to me. There must have been resistance by the massive core columns, almost solid steel columns in the lower floors. I want to see the truth investigated about 9/11, which had so many consequences for everybody in the world, even till this day. The people responsible must be found.

I am a Spanish architect, with almost 20 years of working experience. I work on my own. I have built, for example, an 11 story building in Madrid, using concrete (floors -2 to +6) and steel frame (floors +7 to +9) structures. I am not familiar with high rises, but I have wide general knowledge of construction and standards.
All I ask for, as an architect, is an investigation that is also open to the possibility of explosives. In order to explain the destruction of those three buildings, it must review all the evidence, and all the testimonies of fire fighters, policemen, and all the people who where present that day.

There is no way any of the three buildings that collapsed on 11 Sept. 2001 did so without some kind of explosive or other device that removed all columns instantaneously. It is also clear that the steel could not have melted into fountains of molten steel merely with the airline fuel explosion, as temperatures would have been too low. This was evidenced by the free fall motion of each of the buildings, when they collapsed straight down as though a controlled demolition had occurred. There was also clear trajectories upwards of pulverised building materials caught in the footage of the event. This could not have occurred due to a pancake collapse theory. Indeed, had this happened, the remains of the buildings would not have disappeared. As I understand it, there is no case in history of a steel frame building collapsing completely due to fires.

It seems clear from the evidence that the 'official' version contains significantly erroneous information. The fuel load from the jets plus the fuel load from the building interiors was insufficient to result in melting of high strength structural steel. The building we impacted and damaged asymmetrically. The symmetrical collapse of both towers is improbable at the very least. Likewise, there is also no probable scenario for Building 7, given all evidence. The presence of chemical compounds indicating the presence of explosive materials used in demolition remains an unexplainable fact.

I have believed from the beginning that this was a controlled demolition just watching it happen. I have been in the building and was familiar with the design by Yamasaki. I worked for architects who were key people in his firm. I knew that the building was supported primarily by the elevator core. Later I heard that men had been doing work in the elevator shafts for many weeks leading up to the disaster. From there, I read a number of articles on who may have been responsible.

Son of an architect and grandson of engineer. All my family is full of architects and engineers, expert in structural analysis and construction myself. I studied as all we do in Spain lots of structural analysis. My final project with and A score was about a tower in the desert involved in with the experts in the field. In my career in Yaeger and Jordan and in other construction companies such as CEC and OCISA (old ACS). I have collaborated in many projects mainly in the field of construction and restoration.
A friend of mine and I elaborated a model that could replicate the official version of the events in the computer, and there is no way that a commercial airplane could completely destroy into dust these buildings. Many events in the history of US wars have been based on similar events that the official version could never justify until the truth is exposed too late for people to care about. Just an unfortunate event that the mass media accepted as it is and that the people care less and less to solve (so there is a problem with the official disclosure of events that must be solved no matter what). Just the truth and nothing else deserve the people.

The 'planes' going into the WTC were, in my opinion, used as missiles and the buildings imploded from controlled demolition. I had projects in the WTC. I know they were designed to withstand the impact of a plane. I knew the buildings very well.

Ever since my studies of architecture, my professors and all professional literature have stated that STEEL BUILDINGS with proper fire safety WILL NOT BURN DOWN. Not even after a week. The day of 9/11, I was working on an Army base in Germany and was immediatly suspicious about the official narrative on TV. Not only the construction details did not make sense, but also all of the MILITARY PROCEDURES that supposedly didn't work that day, it was just way too much. I hoped that an investigation would clarify the events after the dust settled, but only inconclusive nonsense got published. Anybody with open eyes and basic knowledge about construction and demolition knows that buildings DO NOT COME DOWN IN FREE FALL, except with intensive preparation and installation of explosives at the exact spots. Otherwise, the building will incline to some side and cause major destruction. What was seen at 9/11 in NYC is in no way possible as officially declared. Only a real investigation of ALL EVIDENCE will bring the truth. It is time to get this truth to light!

It is obvious the 3 towers were brought down by controlled demolition. Fire and even burning jet fuel will not produce enough heat to melt or weaken the steel structure to the point of failure and collapse.

At the time of the attack, I was in my Tehran, Iran office which our time zone was between 10-11pm working on my soon to be due submission for a Church design for the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church here in Irvine, CA. My UAE partner, Dr. Paxima, was visiting me pertaining his theme vacation destination, including Las Vegas style private resorts, for the first time ever in any Arab nation, specifically for Hollywood actors and actresses. My firm was hired by him to design and develop it. All of a suddenly I received a txt message from another partner of mine saying that if we had access to a high speed Internet, after saying yes, then he told us to go to cnn.com and check out what's being reported. Once at cnn.com, we were watching the first tower smoke raising from it, and we're in shock, however at first I thought it was a preview for an upcoming Hollywood movie premier, until the second airplane ran into the second tower. Now I have been traveling in and out of USA twice a year at least and almost every time coming in, I would stay with our family member, who is a Jewish Navy Lawyer living in the Flat Iron bldg, whose mother in law was visiting them, when the first explosion happened in the basement of one of the towers. I couldn't believe what I was seeing was true, so tragic. I was even very naively telling myself that how much more dumb was the second pilot who could not see such humongous bldgs in the world and followed the first pilot unintentionally!!! Then I remembered my cousin so I called him to see if they were okay and that if they also knew about what was really going on as to whether the whole thing was for real or a sick joke hoax. After many tries of calling with my international calling card, they would not respond so I decided to email them, which in my utmost unbelief, he acknowledged that the news was unfortunately 100% tragically absolutely true and not fake. And that's when it really hit all of us in Iran.

There are powerful interests who do not want the facts of 9/11 known or it would have been investigated as a crime immediately. The challenge will be finding an investigator fearless enough to go wherever the facts lead, but if there is such a person in the US, he or she would never be appointed to lead an investigation of 9/11. Therefore it's equally or maybe even more important to uncover the facts and publicize them, as AE911truth.org is doing. That needs to happen before 9/11 goes down the memory hole.

I took my degree in architecture from 1987 - 92 (5 years degree). Immediately after, I worked at an architectural office in Lisbon but quickly found my happiness working for myself, which I have been doing since 1997.
The WTC destruction, or better yet, controlled demolition and faking of a terrorist attack is the most blatant crime I can remember in my 50 years of life. I believe that if the truth is to be uncovered, it will be a decisive turning point in the way things work. I really am hoping for a quick resolution to this disgraceful situation so as to: give some sense of justice (if possible) to the victims families and to bring the real criminals to justice, signaling to all others that the days of impunity are over. The video evidence clearly and forthrightly shows explosive ejections far below the zone of visible collapse on all three buildings. This, for me, is sufficient to investigate in excruciating detail, the actual causes of the collapse. Steel does not fail in this manner. The evidence collected thus far is conclusive in my mind that the towers, which were designed to withstand the impact of a jetliner, did not fail from the impact of the airplanes or the subsequent fire.
