PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I Attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering for an undergraduate Degree in Architectural Engineering with a specialty in Building Environmental Systems. I learned about the design and theory of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems. I now work with M+W Group in the Mechanical Engineering Department, Designing Mechanical systems for the High Tech Industrial Industry, Primarily Semiconductor Production Facilities.
When the Events of 9-11 took place, I was 13 years of age, and did not fully feel the gravity of the situation. Upon reviewing footage of the tower collapses, they appear to be too clean of a collapse to not take further investigative actions. In any situation, there needs to be a third party, non-biased investigation. I did not think twice about how the towers collapsed until i stumbled upon AE911truth and saw the comparison videos and design professional testimony. With such a National Impact, every question should be answered, and investigated to explore every possibility.

After research about the evidence, pro and con I find the research about the question of WTC 7 provides probable cause for a criminal investigation. I have experience as an FBI witness on two criminal cases. This issue is to provide probable cause for the federal investigators. I did this and convictions were gained. The key part of my Ph.D. dissertation included evaluation of over 200 engineering science research programs done by Lawrence Livermore National Lab. I gave scores. Thus my national experiences hunting for engineering errors and my dissertation provides evidence I am skilled at finding quality or errors in research. The research by the federal agencies and commission was less than poor and demostrates they chose to cover the actual facts. After the initial shock was over, maybe a week or 2 after 9/11, I had a couple of immediate reactions: 1. The plane hit the building asymmetrically on one side; if the structural steel failed, it should have toppled over to the side, impacted (not dropped) in a free fall. 2. What are the odds that could happen twice in a row? 3. No way a bunch of terrorists could have figured this out and pulled it off on their own. Early on, I saw the evidence provided by Dr Steven Jones and what the government did to him in response. That, coupled with the miraculous discovery of undamaged passports in the rubble hours after the collapse, and simultaneously a worldwide coordinated press coverage identifying the terrorists was enough to convince me that this was a pre-planned false flag. I have been aware of AE for 9/11 Truth since its inception. I will do what I can to raise public awareness and support.

That is when I joined AE911Truth. There are many physical laws that the official story does not take into account but the most important are the laws of the conservation of mass and the conservation of energy.

I was still in college at Mines when the towers came down. I remember going to one of the 'presentations' that they had on campus to help explain how it could have happened... how the first steel structured building in history had suffered a full collapse due to fire damage(and 3 of them ta boot!). It was some expert from somewhere, and he was quite convincing in the fact that the fuel from the planes had burned hot enough for the steel to fail, and then the 'pan-caking effect' and weight from the stories above caused the accordion type collapse of the towers. Not really being an expert in melting steel (or anything yet, for that matter...) i bought this explanation without further investigation and got back to my classes and trusted it in the hands of the expert investigators. Ever since then, when I truly began to critically think about the disaster in 2001, I cannot bring myself to believe the 'official' explanations of what was reported to have happened on 9/11. It is obvious to me that all 3 buildings were brought down in a planned/controlled demolition, and that there is way more to the 9/11 story than we have 'officially' been told. Please re-open the investigation, and let us not be victims of repeating such dark pasts... by not letting our history be such a dark lie...

I concluded early on that the official explanation, even before the 9/11 Commission report, did not add up. The first couple of items that I found suspicious were 1) the pulverizing of the concrete and 2) the free fall of the Towers in less than 10 seconds. Since 2001 I have read many books on the subject starting with Painful Questions by Eric Hufschmid, The New Pearl Harbor by David Ray Griffin (I saw him speak in Berkeley a year ago with Peter Phillips) and Towers of Deception by Barrie Zwicker the latter of which included the CD The Great Conspiracy. From the latter book I agreed with the author (and Richard Gage whom I heard on KPFA today) that there needs to be another, more thorough, investigation of the events of 9/11/2001. To add to my list of suspicious items, I saw a public showing of a CD, in 2004, where the focus was on experienced criminal investigators and how they were making the case about the rapid shipment of the steel from the Towers to India and China and that act was destroying evidence at the scene of a crime. I worked at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center from 2001-2005. I was amazed how otherwise very savvy physicists and engineers didn't want to entertain the thought, or evidence, that the official explanation did not add up. They willingly accept the official pancake theory. I have my own theory about their willingness to accept the official explanation. Several years ago I came across a term called cognitive dissonance. The psychological description goes like this: the term describes an uncomfortable mental tension that arises from results from having two (or more) conflicting thoughts at the same time i.e. The Towers falling was a bad, terrible event and My government is here to help me and they couldn't have had anything to do with the destruction of the Towers.

I have been a registered architect since 1980. Practicing principal of Environmental Architecture LLC. since 1983. I designed the Bank Of Singapore on the 7th floor of the South Tower of the WTC in 1991 and I am familiar with the building.
It is incredulous that the building could collapse symmetricly in to its foundation in any other way than controlled demolition ( C.D.). The video's are identical to hundreds of other C.D. I have watched.

I have not ever seen such a false reporting of how a jet fuel fire from a plane crash into the steel WTC buildings (designed to withstand such an unlikely plane crash) would create such a calamitous structural failure / collapse. Any professional that understands how a building of such height and built in safety features is designed to stand, knows this was a demolition.

The media & government cover up of the event is obviously done to cover up & hide what really happened. The way Bush so purposefully did all possible to prevent a real investigation is more evidence of their attempts to keep people from real discovery. - - This event is so much like how they planned the Pearl Harbor attack to get us into a war or like the Gulf of Tonkin. - - The purpose also appears to have been to create a more tyrannical control over the American citizens -- to see how they rammed thru the Patriot Act & other insidious legislation has had horrific consequences to our human rights.

How the three WTCs collapsed (symmetrical free fall, missing big mountains of building rubble etc.) OBVIOUSLY doesn't comply with the official statement (NIST). Open your eyes, switch on your sanity, reason and think about the simplest fundamental principles of construction and you can't believe that the official version still can remain stable.

Of particular interest and requiring additional investigation / explanation: Thermite discovery in debris - Pulverization of Concrete - Molten steel pursuant to impact and on site during FDNY / EMS clean up - Explosive charges observed along building perimeter prior to free fall wreckage descent - Explanation that fire temperature responsible for complete wreckage - WTC #7 Controlled Demolition - Unrelated to collapse of WTC.

Our government's refusal to cooperate with American professionals, working with the limited evidence left available, to find out precisely and correctly how these buildings failed to withstand a simple aircraft strike (in 2 of the 3 cases), which Code and plans inspection say they should have, as designed by IAW applicable Codes, is a troubling revelation. Politics may have played a part somehow, but that is not the subject nor in the scope of the professional review these experts and witnesses are providing simply to lend more insight as to how those events of structural failure actually could have occurred. One always knows something is not right when it is intentionally being kept out of public view and discussion behind the rubric of 'It's classified''. But why? Inquiring minds want to know facts, not half-truths and evasions, which we are increasingly seeing as a basic part of the way the government treats the governed, for its own private purposes.

No Architect or Engineer can observe, with an open mind, the video recordings of the collapse of 7 WTC or the twin towers without realizing these were clearly controlled demolition events, even without digging further into the illogic of the official report, the many inconsistencies, and the continuing resistance to a fair and public reevaluation of the physics and evidence. That this has not happened, and the fact that educated and reasonable people shy away from a discussion of the subject, is a reflection of how disturbing the implications must be for finding the official narrative false. After reviewing the evidence and given my experience, I agree that the report issued by FEMA is grossly inaccurate and the towers collapse was due to a controlled demolition using highly incendiary military grade explosives in a controlled demolition.

It's absolutely impossible that the steel building structurre of the Twin Towers and the third building was destroyed just because the plane impact.

My career has been in architecture and real estate development over 40 years based in Chicago. I have limited experience with high rise construction, but am familiar through this limited work as to structure and reasonable expectations of materials, etc.
As with most people, it was immediately apparent that the commercial airliners took down the towers. Upon further reflection it is more than can be believed that this was possible. I think the collapse of building 7 and the tenants and contents of the building have encouraged me to be very cynical of the official story line.

From the moment those buildings fell, I knew there was NO way a building could fall so 'perfectly' by simply a plane impact alone. In addition, every large catastrophic event is investigated for years, yet this event seems to have had minimal if any sort of investigation. Everything about these buildings coming down was a planned demolition.

Based on the information available on net, I firmly believe that the towers came down due to controlled demolition. There is no proof of plane that hit the Pentagon.
