To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Although, I was always suspicious about the nature of collapse of the twin towers, I am MUCH more disturbed about the nature of the collapse of Building 7 and what is likely represents. Also, the significant signs of molten metal during and immediately after the collapse of the buildings, (negating the situations where rescuers used torches to remove rubble) is very alarming. Also, I am very disturbed by the lack of thorough investigation of the 911 events. I hope the credibility of the researchers who have found nanothermite is maintained as this will likely be a source of attack for those who want to prevent a new investigation. I believe it is time for firemen, engineers, architects, lawyers, pilots, family survivors, first responders to all support each other to DEMAND a new investigation. 911 is the blackest of modern day historical events and it is SCREAMING for a proper investigation. 911 was an excuse for war, and if in fact it was a premeditated act by more than just the air attackers, then the response attacks AFTER 911 were as much or more EVIL than 911 itself. The truth MUST be found and accountability must be resolved or we as a society, will never be free of its effects.

While on active duty I never once allowed myself to consider any of the information some people were talking about; I believe it was that I didn't want that type of distraction taking away my energy in performing my assigned tasks. However, something happened to me after I retired and began working again as a 'civilian'. Over the last year, I've spent literally hundreds of hours reading, reading and reading, along with viewing excellent and fact-based documentaries on not just 9/11, but every major event in my lifetime. It has been an incredible awakening for me to realize that my own government has conducted such mass global manipulation, death and war, supposedly in the name of freedom and democracy. The more the people ask about 9/11, the less the media report it. For example, there is no reason for molten steel burning weeks afterward. There is no reason all three simply evaporated during descent. Why was all power cut off the weekend (maybe two weekends) prior to 9/11. Whoever planted the explosives had access to every single room in that building since all cameras and motion sensors were disabled. Building 7 could not have fallen on its own. No way. Pull it. But the biggest farce is the failure of the Pres and VP to provide testimony separately and under oath to the 9/11 commission.

The most important issue confronting the United States citizen is the courage to demand the Truth, and not to be satisfied until an independent, objective, through and complete investigation is conducted into the collapse of the Twin Towers as well as Building#7, and also the attack on the Pentagon, and the overall events of the entire day on 9/11. The investigating committee must be well funded with subpoena powers. No one is above these subpoena powers, and Contempt charges must be lodged against anyone not obeying the subpoena. The hearings should be broadcast across the country, around the world every day until they are concluded. The findings will be made public and law enforcement will be expected to continue any further investigation if necessary and to indict anyone suspected of being involved in this national tragedy. The government explanation of the events that day are fantastic and unbelievable. The major media, free press has for the most part disgraced itself. Buildings don't collapse at free fall speeds unless the bottom structure is blown out. Nanothermite is not a natural ingredient found in Manhattan soil. Airplane fuel does not melt steel. Steel structured buildings do not fall from fires. Paper passports do not fair better than steel and concrete. Concrete does not become a powder from collapsing. Buildings do not collapse on their own.

In my opinion, the official investigations of the causes of the WTC collapses were not conducted in accordance with established, standardized methodology. These investigations did not actually 'conclude' anything regarding the specific circumstances and causes of the collapses; the point of conducting the investigations in the first place. The investigations did not accomplish what they were designed to accomplish. As a professional investigator with three decades of experience, I immediately began to question why these investigations were so poorly executed. I am not an engineer or an architect, but I do know what constitutes a thorough, comprehensive, professionally conducted investigation. What the government refers to as its investigations do not meet that bar and I am compelled to ask why.

I attended community college in the late 90's and majored in physics and mathematics. I transferred to university but never completed my bachelor's degree. I am very well educated about the fundamentals of physics, although not engineering, and I certainly feel that I have the expertise to conclude that there are more falsehoods than truths in the 9/11 Commission Report.
Every element of a controlled demolition that should be present was on 9/11. The fire based collapse conjecture does not adequately account for the amount of dust, the molten metal, the free fall rate of collapse, etc. Occam's razor dictates that the simplest explanation is usually the correct one. Controlled demolition accounts for the entire event. The fire based collapse requires a string of highly unlikely coincidences to be feasible. And, of course, 9/11 was the perfect event to justify two seemingly endless wars that are reaping *massive* profits for a select few defense contractors. All logic points to the unimaginable conclusion that those charged with protecting us were at the very least complicit in the terrorist attack in history.

While it may be an emotional journey to undertake, Dennis Kucinich is right, we need to revisit the day of September 11, 2001. There is a huge veil of secrecy concerning the events of that day. There are many severe and meticulously documented anomalies concerning what happened to this building. The real answers to what happened to this building on that day are such forbidden fruit that politicians are afraid to investigate. This is the Achilles heal of the whole 9/11 controversy. Almost anyone who looks at even just the most evident anomalies, will seriously question the official answers concerning that building's collapse. Realizing the vast majority of Americans were ignorant of the debate, I wrote the novel in hopes that through dialogue between the characters, problems with the official explanation could be analyzed and summarized in an easily understood presentation. FROM THE NOVEL: Sid was incredulous. 'Marty, how do they explain that the massive inner columns just disappeared. I mean, come on, if the trusses and girders had failed, allowing the floors to fall, those central column beams would have been left standing. You'd have these skeletal remains still standing. I can't believe anyone would believe this story. 'Are they giving the same reason for both towers collapsing? I mean come on. The first tower hit might, and I don't really believe it, but might be able to collapse this way. But the second tower hit, the first to fall, probably had little damage to the central core. Hell most of the fuel from that aircraft seemed to fly out the side of the building based upon that incredible fireball. The second plane only caught the corner of the outer wall. I doubt there was any real damage done to most of the core. Certainly not enough to, in any way, conform to that story of pancaking floors.' Marty agreed, 'Exactly. Now you understand the problem.'

Tower 5 burned and burned and burned, never fell. Tower 7 hardly burned at all, and fell after Silverstein admittedly said Pull it and 20 minutes AFTER the BBC reported it. What happened at the other locations gets so much attention, but there is enough evidence in these 2 unheard of buildings to warrant ANY investigation into their collapse. After all, they are not mentioned in the official report, so they have not been officially investigated, right?

I doubted the veracity of the WH propaganda from the first hours, based on Pres Bush reaction and Guiliani's advice that we should go shopping. I watched as CNN showed perfect Pentagon lawn, as BBC announced that #7 had fallen, as it stood clearly in background. I listened to the 'phone conversations' from the fly that 'went down in PA' as one passenger 'called his mom and ID himself w first and last names. And so much more.

I witnessed the demolition collapse. The collapse and statements from the rescue workers confirmed molten steel which cannot occur from jet fuel heat but does occur from incendiary type demolition explosives. This and the steel framed structure failure requires better explanation than the official version. Even the monument girder in Jersey City shows evidence of extreme heat (heat compatible with incendiary type demolition explosives). There are too many unanswered questions.

The advent of 9/11 and the tragedy surrounding the events are the singular greatest lie and fraud ever perpetuated. I recall working as a broker in the WTC in the mid 90's after the '93 bombing. The fact was already established after the bombing investigation that the buildings were originally built and inundated with asbestos protective coating, recognized as dangerous hazardous material even then. All the beam structures were coated in this covering and removal would have taken many years and billions($) in losses due to the closed buildings. The WTC towers and adjoining buildings were essentially condemned for the hazardous asbestos content, now killing the first responders (although squelched by the media). When I watched the buildings fall on 9/11, no mention was made of the dynamic stabilization dampers originally built as an afterthought on the upper levels of the building, consisting of concrete and steel and weighing 400,000lbs each. The force of these huge weights was essential to the planned and carefully controlled 'footprint' demolition. The 9/11 wives were paid for their silence and contractually obligated to never ask questions. Beverly Eckert, leader of the 9/11 wives group, publicly questioned the official report for its lies and inaccuracies, never took the pay-off. Eckert sued the government and consistently lobbied for a legitimate investigative commission. She died suspiciously in a very suspect plane crash, immediately after personally meeting with Obama and cabinet members and disclosing her plans to take her concerns and inside knowledge of the fraud to the public and the media.

After reviewing countless pieces of evidence and reading the official 9/11 Commission Report, I am not convinced that the Twin Towers and WTC 7 were brought down by jet planes and office fires. There needs to be a full inquiry as to how these buildings collapsed at near free fall speed, even at the risk of finding out that the official version is incorrect and the repercussions which it may entail. The truth is likely to be uncomfortable, but American citizens and the world population need to know.

I served as a junior student apprenticeship with HW Belfast (where the Titanic was built!) At lunch time I sometimes climbed up the old rusting gantries to get a good view of Belfast harbor and to take photographs of the CANBERRA at its fitting-out location. I studied Naval Architecture at the Belfast Technical college and at Poplar Technical College London, England. I worked for one year as a petrochemical piping draughtsman for Procon Great Britain Ltd, an American Company. I joined a small shipyard, on the river Thames, as Assistant to the Yard Manage for W.R. Cunis Limited, producing design drawings and inspection of subbed out work, welding inspection, tolerance inspection, vessel damage inspection, cost estimating, rudder calculations etc. I emigrated to Canada via the EMPRESS OF CANADA JULY 1967 to commence work in BC with Robert Allen LTD. Naval Architect. I worked for the Federal Government for approximately thirteen (13) years as a Marine inspector (TI7) for Transport Canada I have witnessed several vessel fires. One of the fires was on a steel hulled old - retiring- BC Ferry, which, in association with a Lloyds' Surveyor, we verified it safe to travel to Mexico from Vancouver BC. I inspected the damage for Transport Canada. The fire commenced from a welders spark. The spark ignited a large pile of donated clothing that was situated under a hydraulic hose line from a header tank. The header-tank then dumped the oil on the burning clothing. The paint was burned off the bulkhead and part of the deck buckled some-what. Outboard of the damaged area the deck was undamaged and restricted the expansion of the steel. The heated steel had no choice but to buckle, as it was being held captive by the intact cold steel. The fire did not burn holes in the deck or bulkhead!
I live in Canada and feel that if the local Loggers were asked to climb up all trees and cut off each tree at 10 feet intervals commencing at the top, to satisfy a request for 10 ft length of logs, that they would tell the supervisor to go and take a hike! Similarly no TERRORIST would waste, (1.) Time. (2.) Waste Cutting Charges; to bring a tower such as WTC towers #1, #2, #3 vertically down, almost, into its own foot print. To cause maximum damage a terrorist would copy the usual method of logging, i.e. take out the equivalent to a wedge shape out of the bottom of the towers, core steel members, causing them to fall almost intact sideways in the direction that would cause them to strike other buildings and block roads. The presence of Thermite and Nano-thermite has been found in the WTC (World Trade Center) dust. Therefore, explosive and thermal cutting charges were used to bring down the WTC. From high school physics, one may remember the simple demonstration of a transparent glass tube, about six (6) feet long, sealed at each end by a small circular piece of glass. The tube, being about two and a half inches in diameter, and containing three objects, a small coin, a feather, and a small lead ball. The question put to the students being, If I hold this tube vertically so that the feather, lead ball and coin are resting on the bottom and suddenly invert the tube by rotating the tube in such a manner that the three objects remain at the end, by centrifugal force, and stop with the objects in the tube in a vertical upright position, which object will fall and hit the bottom first? Most students will say that the lead ball would hit the bottom first (reason lead is heavy, very dense, has a lot of mass for its size). What actually takes place is that all three objects, feather, coin, and lead ball, strike the bottom end of the tube at the same time. The students are amazed! The teacher then explains that he had omitted to tell them that the air had been removed from the tube Because of lack of air inside the tube (a vacuum having been applied to the inside of the tube) all objects fall at the same speed due to Earths gravity. The demonstration would usually be followed by a story of Sir Isaac Newton and the apple plus more details on gravity. From the available videos of all three WTC towers they fell at near free fall speed i.e. To explain free fall, if you jumped off say tower #7, without a parachute, at the same time as the cutting charges were set off, you would hit the ground at the same time as the top of the tower! 6.5 seconds being the approximate near free fall time. In Dr. Steven Jones paper, there is a photograph of the top of, from memory, WTC tower #2, rotating sideways. Have you ever seen a tree being cut down, falling with rotation sideways? Does the tree suddenly break up into say two foot sections as it rotates? Why then would the top of WCT tower#2 not continue to rotate in one piece until clear of the lower section? You may look at the videos on the internet or youtube and see what took place. Note: ''With the top section of the building removed, loosely hinged, a partial downward force would be applied to one edge of the lower portion of WTC #2. The only fire in the building was caused by an aircraft and by this time all of the fuel had burned up. There was no fire in the lower portion of the building so, with the top of the building removed, the core steel structure would have experienced a reduced load and would not have collapsed without the use of demolition cutting charges. I have attempted to keep my analysis super simple so that your young children can understand what has been written.

With my working knowledge of physics, I know a steel structure, namely Bldg 7, cannot fall at free fall or close to free fall speed, indicating no resistance, without the use of explosives in a controlled demolition. Also, I have seen video of molton steel dripping from Bldg's 1 and 2 which indicates to me the use of thermite or even nano-thermite, military grade. Also, the angle of the steel columns indicate 'cutting' which occurs with controlled demolition and thermite. Also, the owner of Bldg 7, I believe within a week of the demolition, bought insurance on the building, and was seen on TV explaining there was a decision to pull the building. There is no way the official 9/11 Commission report is correct in it's findings, when they did not even use the scientific method in their research and look at this simple evidence.
