PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am an engineer and was working at ground zero 9/11/2001, and witnessed the destruction of WTC 7. It was clear to me it was a controlled demolition. The fire department and NYPD were telling us it was coming down all day. There was no structural damage to the outside of that building, with fires from some of the windows on the 3rd floor. I saw this with my own eyes as I was working their on 9/11/2001.

I served as a junior student apprenticeship with HW Belfast (where the Titanic was built!) At lunch time I sometimes climbed up the old rusting gantries to get a good view of Belfast harbor and to take photographs of the CANBERRA at its fitting-out location. I studied Naval Architecture at the Belfast Technical college and at Poplar Technical College London, England. I worked for one year as a petrochemical piping draughtsman for Procon Great Britain Ltd, an American Company. I joined a small shipyard, on the river Thames, as Assistant to the Yard Manage for W.R. Cunis Limited, producing design drawings and inspection of subbed out work, welding inspection, tolerance inspection, vessel damage inspection, cost estimating, rudder calculations etc. I emigrated to Canada via the EMPRESS OF CANADA JULY 1967 to commence work in BC with Robert Allen LTD. Naval Architect. I worked for the Federal Government for approximately thirteen (13) years as a Marine inspector (TI7) for Transport Canada I have witnessed several vessel fires. One of the fires was on a steel hulled old - retiring- BC Ferry, which, in association with a Lloyds' Surveyor, we verified it safe to travel to Mexico from Vancouver BC. I inspected the damage for Transport Canada. The fire commenced from a welders spark. The spark ignited a large pile of donated clothing that was situated under a hydraulic hose line from a header tank. The header-tank then dumped the oil on the burning clothing. The paint was burned off the bulkhead and part of the deck buckled some-what. Outboard of the damaged area the deck was undamaged and restricted the expansion of the steel. The heated steel had no choice but to buckle, as it was being held captive by the intact cold steel. The fire did not burn holes in the deck or bulkhead!
I live in Canada and feel that if the local Loggers were asked to climb up all trees and cut off each tree at 10 feet intervals commencing at the top, to satisfy a request for 10 ft length of logs, that they would tell the supervisor to go and take a hike! Similarly no TERRORIST would waste, (1.) Time. (2.) Waste Cutting Charges; to bring a tower such as WTC towers #1, #2, #3 vertically down, almost, into its own foot print. To cause maximum damage a terrorist would copy the usual method of logging, i.e. take out the equivalent to a wedge shape out of the bottom of the towers, core steel members, causing them to fall almost intact sideways in the direction that would cause them to strike other buildings and block roads. The presence of Thermite and Nano-thermite has been found in the WTC (World Trade Center) dust. Therefore, explosive and thermal cutting charges were used to bring down the WTC. From high school physics, one may remember the simple demonstration of a transparent glass tube, about six (6) feet long, sealed at each end by a small circular piece of glass. The tube, being about two and a half inches in diameter, and containing three objects, a small coin, a feather, and a small lead ball. The question put to the students being, If I hold this tube vertically so that the feather, lead ball and coin are resting on the bottom and suddenly invert the tube by rotating the tube in such a manner that the three objects remain at the end, by centrifugal force, and stop with the objects in the tube in a vertical upright position, which object will fall and hit the bottom first? Most students will say that the lead ball would hit the bottom first (reason lead is heavy, very dense, has a lot of mass for its size). What actually takes place is that all three objects, feather, coin, and lead ball, strike the bottom end of the tube at the same time. The students are amazed! The teacher then explains that he had omitted to tell them that the air had been removed from the tube Because of lack of air inside the tube (a vacuum having been applied to the inside of the tube) all objects fall at the same speed due to Earths gravity. The demonstration would usually be followed by a story of Sir Isaac Newton and the apple plus more details on gravity. From the available videos of all three WTC towers they fell at near free fall speed i.e. To explain free fall, if you jumped off say tower #7, without a parachute, at the same time as the cutting charges were set off, you would hit the ground at the same time as the top of the tower! 6.5 seconds being the approximate near free fall time. In Dr. Steven Jones paper, there is a photograph of the top of, from memory, WTC tower #2, rotating sideways. Have you ever seen a tree being cut down, falling with rotation sideways? Does the tree suddenly break up into say two foot sections as it rotates? Why then would the top of WCT tower#2 not continue to rotate in one piece until clear of the lower section? You may look at the videos on the internet or youtube and see what took place. Note: ''With the top section of the building removed, loosely hinged, a partial downward force would be applied to one edge of the lower portion of WTC #2. The only fire in the building was caused by an aircraft and by this time all of the fuel had burned up. There was no fire in the lower portion of the building so, with the top of the building removed, the core steel structure would have experienced a reduced load and would not have collapsed without the use of demolition cutting charges. I have attempted to keep my analysis super simple so that your young children can understand what has been written.

Further, it seems to me that the weakened areas of the buildings where the airplanes impacted, upon failing, would have caused the building structure above the point of impact to topple about the point of impact, rather than fall as a they did in the manner of a controlled demolition.

The enormous redundancy, the tipping off and bending aside of such a huge structure would take a significant amount of time-although the structural failure and rupture could be instant, the elastic and plastic deformations and redistribution of loads are material and take comprehensive amount of time. The metal and concrete never pulverize off after fire. Any vehicle burned by gasoline leaves a chassis intact-the official version is childishly naive and absurd.

The world was not prepared for this in that no one figured out the size of explosion from jet fuel combined with impact and perfect air. Size or KT was almost nuclear. Without EMP, backlash and fallout. And Radiation. Preparedness and intel should have stopped this miles from the city. Defense System. The people on planes would not make it out alive any way. There is nothing engineeringly speaking that would have helped the Buildings other than the asbestos in fallout which killed many.

I hold Bachelors degrees in Math and Physics, and the first degree ever awarded in Nanotechnology. I worked in software design and development, beginning at Texas Instruments and ending with several years of independent consulting. I now teach Math at Navarro College.
In a way, I do not see the need for another government-funded investigation. The independently conducted research has more than adequately demonstrated that the WTC was brought down by controlled demolition. However, a formal, government recognized, investigation will add weight to the conclusions, and can begin the process of demanding accountability.

I find it sickeningly eerie, the number of similarities between the official investigation of 9/11 and that of the assassination of President Kennedy: from the immediate destruction and suppression of evidence; to the refusal to collect and analyze evidence; to government-sponsored scientific tests that disproved its own theories; to the evidence of foreknowledge; to the selling of its own exhaustive investigation by virtue of quantity and not quality. We should not seek the truth simply for the foregone desire to avert a similar instance in the future; we seek the truth--transparent and repeatable--to prevent continued governmental abuses on various levels, utilizing increasingly dangerous and deadly tactics as can be easily demonstrated in the 40 years between the assassination of a president and the mass murder of nearly 3,000 innocent people.

Watching 9/11 unfold on the TV that fateful day like so many others affected me deeply. The loss of life was so horrific it is no wonder it took me 5 years before I was able to open my eyes to real information without all the emotion getting in the way. When I did, to my utter surprise, I found the video evidence did not match the official story. I think anyone with eyes to see, who takes the time to watch all 3 building collapses several times will see that they are not collapses at all, but explosions! Then, when you dig a little deeper, you find that every part of the 9/11 story has huge holes in it. As a citizen of this country I demand a true independent investigation (NO POLITICIANS OR INSIDERS) of what really happened on Sept. 11, 2001.

I am a Union Operating Engineer, and work in the field of heavy construction. I have helped build iron framed structures, so am very familiar with what is involved with the integrity of the buildings. I have 20 years experience in the industry.
Heat rises, so why would the buildings' integrity have been compromised below the points of impact and below the fire? This does not compute... As Spock would say, that is not logical. I have watched Ironworkers cut big iron with oxygen/acetylene torches and know that a fire from jet fuel could in no way cause buildings to collapse the way the Twin Towers did on 9/1/11. Not to mention all of the rebar in the concrete floors and the conduit that held all of the electrical wiring... both of with would have caused major resistance in a natural fire. These buildings disintegrated into dust... they did not collapse. They fell in the path of greatest resistance... not possible without the help of explosives. The iron is BIG IRON... as I have heard it called by Union Ironworkers...

I have 20 years in the construction industry involved with demolition on land and underwater. I saw the burning of demolition explosives flowing out the sides of the building and the manner they came down and knew it was a set job. After spending years setting explosives for Large road construction sites and shopping centers, I know what a planned implosion site looks like. I grew up in a TV family at WRGB, an NBC affiliate in upstate NY, as the son of a writer producer and director working in the news room and helping with film editing and live TV person for documentaries and commercials. I knew the stories were being changed and altered for rebroadcast.
I saw the burning of demolition explosives flowing out the sides of the building and the manner they came down and knew it was a set job. I also realized that jet airplanes with no windows were not commercial air transportation but either military or private. I heard live interviews of people sitting outside the buildings talking about explosions inside the building before the planes hit. After spending years setting explosives for large road construction sites and shopping centers, I know what a planned implosion site looks like.

It would appear that all the crucial evidence regarding the causative agent(s) in the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings has been sanitized and then refocused away from reality. One can only wonder of the real causes and agenda in this most abhhorent murder of thousands of innocent people and the bravest of the brave firefighters who went into harms way only to end up immortalized for eternity. May they rest in peace, the truth be told and those responsible be held accountable and punished to the full extent of the law.

Although I have no means proving my gut feelings about what really happened on 9/11/2001, I would put money on the bet that the Bush administration used the attack to obtain the support of the majority of the American people to open a new war on Afghanistan in addition to the raging war in Iraq, in pursue of indirectly funding the all-powerful US weapon industry. I am almost convinced, at least I would not be surprised at all, that this administration firstly had full information about the terrorists preparations prior to their attack, secondly decided not to intervene these activities, and thirdly purposely used this attack to also demolish building 7 in the event. The controlled demolition of building 7 means it was planned and prepared for a long time in advance. That being true, it becomes difficult not to assume that the collapse of the two towers also was prepared in advance, and was the real cause for their destruction, not the aircraft and the fire inferno. This would then lead to the proof of the US government at the time wanting the plans of the terrorists to be successful, and even having prepared to help them in making sure the three buildings would come down, and kill almost 3000 people as a side-effect' This then is the world we live in, a world full of hypocrites and money horny individuals, who don't blink an eye killing their own fellowmen to benefit themselves as much as possible' Believing this scenario is the reason I also want an independent investigation to come about, and incarcerate the ones guilty until they die' I pray your initiative will be fully successful.

I have numerous citations of valor and Army commendations. To summarize, I was always in the third deviation above the mean on all standardized national examinations. I know a great deal about metallurgy, building structures, utilization of thermite for destroying buildings, temperatures when metal liquifies etc.
After reviewing the evidence, I firmly believe that the Twin Towers and WTC 7 fell due to use of thermite, and in fact one of the newest forms of thermite. The explanations of our government are so childish that without the cleansing from the press, no one with any education would believe a word of the explanations. With the 10 year anniversary of this crime to humanity most people have been ostracized for demanding the truth.

The part that makes me saddest is that even though so many Americans have been watching TV shows about CSI (crime scene investigation) and know that standard procedure at a crime scene is that yellow police tape surrounds the crime scene and NO ONE touches any evidence, yet on 9-11 the evidence was removed and destroyed. And the American people who watch CSI shows did not rise up in anger at this blatant violation of standard operating procedure.

I have been an Electrical Engineer for most of my working career, including Hughes Aircraft Corp., Optoelectronics Corp, and Cox Broadcasting. I designed & built a radar mapping system for Pioneer Venus, designed and supported Ground support equipment and a fire control system unit for the F14 & F15 aircraft, and was Program Manager at Opto., Chief Engineer at Cox. 1)Jet fuel burning cannot melt steel. 2)Explosions were noted by witnesses before and during the fall. 3)Sparks coming from building during fall. 4)Free fall of the buildings into their footprint indicate the underlying structure was removed by explosion. 5)The pool of molten steel under the rubble (note #1 above) 6)Picture I saw of column cut at a diagonal in the debris. 7)The fact that building #1's top started to topple sideways and then it rotated back to the footprint indicates controlled demolition. 8)The most damming of all is the finding of unburned high energy thermite in the dust of the towers. 9)The statement made about pulling building 7. 10)The disappearance of jet engines at the Pentagon. 11)Hole at Pentagon too small for a jet liner with wings. 12)The convenient absence of jet fighters that should have been scrambled in this event of hijacked, off course jetliners. 13) Bush's reaction after being told.

The story being told about 9/11 does not correspond with the initial facts and evidence. This entire process goes against our constitution and is an insult to our forefathers of the USA. I spent some 7 years in the Mechanical Building Trade, and although my work never entailed work involving a high rise, it did entail the understanding of retrofits. I was also attending classes held by the GBCA in Philadelphia and working towards my license. I had applied to Drexel University to continue my education in the architectural engineering program, but needed to put this future goal on the back burner for more demanding family needs. I am also the parent of a US Army soldier who provided our military with a body through my own selfless service by raising my Granddaughters to meet their needs.
From the very beginning of the destruction of the twin towers, I commented to those who would listen, that I felt it was NOT a terrorist action, but an inside plot to gain access to the middle east and boost the popularity of President Bush. I had been a car buff and played with jet fuel, which I knew burned rapidly. I also knew a demolition expert that had worked for our military, who explained, How charges were set to implode a building, much as Americans had watched happen to other buildings scheduled at some point in time. Am I the only person to find the collapse and DAYS of burning odd?

He was too far up in the tower to have ever made it down and after he noticed the elevators were not working and the power was out, he remained in his office. Diesel mechanic by trade, seventeen years in the industry, specializing in all aspects of heavy truck/machinery repair and maintenance. Welding, cutting, and fabrication (steel and aluminum) are a big part of my trade. Through the years I have also worked for a few welding companies, and I have done both construction, and demolition. Some of my hobbies include astronomy, electronics, automation, exploration, and researching just about everything that tickles my fancy.
I was a volunteer working at Ground Zero with a mobile welding company. We were one of the first non-union welding companies on site. I remember as we rolled up, the dust in the air was still very thick, and covered everything in the area making it hard to focus. As my eyes adjusted, and I got my first good look at the pile that was once 2 World Trade Center, I was in disbelief! How could such enormous buildings have made such a small piles? Then I noticed many of the surrounding buildings didn't suffer any significant damage, and the streets and walkways were clear of large debris. All the columns seemed to be so neatly stacked, and the rubble so concentrated in such small areas, it seemed there had been a cleanup effort going on for days before we got there! And this was just about twelve hours after they came down! Impossible I thought. This cant be right! I turned to my friend and said These buildings couldn't have come down any cleaner if it was a planned demolition! He agreed! We didn't give it much more thought at the time because we had one hell of a job ahead of us. After returning home I really started to think about the whole situation. Nothing made sense about it! So I started doing my own research. I've seen every theory from alien technology to nanothermite paint. The only thing I can say for certain is that the reasons we were given for the collapse of those buildings are a lie! I still live with nightmares from my experiences on the pile. And every time I see it played over on the news I can still smell it and taste it in my throat. Hopefully the nightmares will be the only thing that plagues me and I don't develop cancer as well. Either way I will pay my dues for my good deed, I just want to know the truth! As do many other people around the world who don't live with their heads up their asses! I think We The People deserve it!!

I graduated with a degree in construction management in in 1992. I also owned a contract glazing company for 10 years, T&M Architectural Metal & Glass. I was a contractor at the the WTC site from 2002 - 2003. My company installed the structural steel elevator tower on Vesey St. as well as the stainless steel enclosure panels around the elevator that would be installed.
I am well aware of testing, ul labels and fire retardent material that must be tested. I was a contractor and still am for a fabrication and installation company for glass and metal. It was virtually impossible for the the buildings to fall in a pancake theory due to fires on the 89th floor. I am sorry, but it does not take an engineer or a rocket scientist to draw this conclusion.

Simply amazed at how there has been no real investigation into what happened on 9/11 2001. As a constructor / designer of buildings via CAD + 3D Software, A well astute understanding of how buildings are put together and how extremely strong and tough they are, to be demolished... It just doesn't happen without planned intervention. Simple as that! No matter what way it gets dressed up, the pancake affect did not take the buildings down. The facts and evidence is there, provided by vasts amounts of people, established people expressing their doubts about how many things happened on that day. I'm 100% positive that the two towers could not have collapsed the way the 9/11 Commission report has explained, without even getting into building 7.

BUILDING 7 is the real problem for me as well as many other weird evidence that just does not make sense. I did not appreciate what appeared to be a cover-up of the 9-11 Commission and their report. It is well past time that a real investigation be done by a fair and honorable committee.

I worked for a summer in WTC II, on the 101st Flr, in 1987. - - I have been designing residential projects in San Francisco since 1991.
A friend in WDC was near the Pentagon after the crash and saw no plane parts anywhere, I've heard that area of the building was already being rehabilitated.
