PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been a practicing architect/urban designer and management consultant with over 40 years experience and the founder and president of Barasch Architects & Associates, Inc., a multidisciplined architecture/engineering corporation. I have had broad experience in the planning, design & engineering of multi-story, braced-frame and moment-resisting steel frame structures including office towers and large scale institutional complexes.
After reviewing the data presented by the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Organization and through my independent assessment of the data I have reviewed, and based on my 40+ years of professional experience, I have concluded that it would be nearly impossible for any of the principal World Trade Center Towers to collapse in the manner or in the recorded time frame as a result of any fire or explosion caused solely by the impact of terrorist-guided aircraft alone. Braced steel frame buildings simply don't collapse in a symmetrical manner with a uniform plume of debris in 102 or 56 minutes respectively with modern structural design standards and state-of-the-art life-safety systems which must be continuously inspected by local building inspectors based on ever increasing performance standards centered on human survival.

The way the towers fell (especially building 7), the speed of collapse, the claim that the fires were hot enough to melt steel, all seemed suspicious to me. Having just read David Ray Griffin's book on the collapse of world trade center building 7, I am convinced that the whole scenario needs to be revisited and scientifically investigated by a non-politicized panel of experts in all the applicable fields: structural engineering, explosives, physics, chemistry, etc.

I spent almost 30 years in telecommunications, the bulk of it in cellular. I've maintained/repaired microwave and tropospheric scatter transceivers and associated multiplexers, and cellular switches. After graduating High School, I joined the Navy to become an Operations Specialist where I monitored surface and air traffic from the Combat Information Center (CIC) of an aircraft carrier: USS Ranger, CV'61. Due to my military experiences, and from working around explosives combined with design and construction experiences, I never thought what was being presented to the public was the truth. To me? What I saw was a well planned and rehearsed military operation. Too many failsafes, failed. Too many things which could go wrong, didn't. The odds of this being carried out as presented, and by the people named, were so great as to be unbelievable. And, when the buildings were pulled, I felt the resemblance to the Riechstag when the Nazis came to power to be a twin. Human behavior. The Pentagon cruise missile attack looked to have been a naval warhead because of its focused damage.

In my humble opinion, there are too many inconsistencies in the 'official NIST report.' Build 7 looks to me like a controlled demolition. There are videos of first hand reports of hearing bombs go off from firefighters and pedestrians. Over the last several years, I have watched the construction online of the new World Trade Center in New York. I have also reseached the history and construction of the twin towers and found both projects very impressive. Not being an architect or structural engineer, I started researching the facts and evidence of the collapse of the WTC Twin Towers and most notibly WTC 7. The Twin Towers were designed to withstand the impact of a Boeing 707 and later I learned from your website and several others that fires do not cause global collapse of steel framed skyscrapers. Nevertheless I feel that the people behind this, either foreign and/or domestic had an agenda in mind. For the 2800 people that died that day, our troops, and people that died in Iraq and Afghanistan and myself, we all want the truth. I was surprised that evidence was being removed the following day without a proper and thorough investigation! I am not convinced by FEMA, NIST and the 9/11 Report. I want another investigation by people or organizations independent of the Federal Government. Those responsible should be brought to justice like anyone else.

Veteran and one of the first to volunteer to go fight, was denied as my unit was already scheduled for a rotation. I was so angry and ready for payback. Thats what they wanted from us. I had no idea a third building had even fallen for years. It's obviously the least able to explain. I have so many friends that died over there and once I finally started seeing more descriptive pictures and videos, I began asking questions and doing research. I am now a student at Indiana University-Purdue University studying to be a Dr. of Physical therapy with a major in Excersise Science with a minor in Psychology and a minor in History with a focus on American History. I have a wife and three children and I believe our government has a responsibility to us as we do to them. The truth needs to come out. Its time.
The biuldings clearly were demo'd. Plain and simple. Biuldings that fall go with the least amount of resistance. Not through EVERY SINGLE FLOOR, BEAM, SHAFT, DESK..... ETC. These biuldings were designed to take a hit from a comercial airliner and survive due to a plane flying into the empire state biulding (I believe in the fifies?). How is it that three high-rise biuldings fell within an hour of each other in the most congested city in the nation, and all three land nice and neat in next to perfect piles without just completely destroying everything around them?

I cannot in all understanding believe that not just one, but three buildings collapsed in on themselves. It would be scientifically and statistically improbable. To lie to the faces of the dead and their loved ones, to clean up in a hurried fashion as the steel was airlifted out of site, is far to coincidental, and as far as I am concerned, is a Government cover up. Why? to initiate the war in the middle east. No more, no less... The two towers were already considered as money sucking white elephants and bringing the two needs together was the perfect crime. Became aware in 2003 that the official narrative and mainstream news/analysis of the attacks of 9/11 could not be true, as the works of David Ray Griffin and Michael C. Ruppert (among others) made painfully obvious. Self-taught over the last 40 years about our true history, which has been distorted by those entrusted with public and private educational institutions.
"Not one of the three WTC towers could have ""collapsed"" as advertised; Building Seven could have been taken down solely by conventional explosives, while the Twin Towers required a more sophisticated approach, being extraordinarily tough. Thermite, tactical ( and relatively ""clean"") nukes and possibly advanced weapons from orbit must have been utilized if all the evidence is taken into account. The attack on the Pentagon was also not what it seemed, nor was the destruction of the aircraft which was allegedly made to crash in Pennsylvania by its passengers. Many other goals were accomplished by this ""inside job,"" codenamed ""The Big Wedding,"" and our planet continues to suffer from the continuing plan outlined by PNAC. I saw a PBS special more than a decade ago on building demolition. We learned by watching that program how much work, skill and planning it takes to bring down a building in its footprint without taking out the buildings next to it. I disbelieved the official story immediately because it was just not possible for buildings that had been crashed into by airplanes to drop so perfectly in their footsteps. Building 7 didn't drop just because it had a fire going in it. A fire couldn't make a third building drop in its footprint.

Served 4 years in the US Army as 11B, infantryman. I never questioned anything about 9/11 while serving. However now that I am out, I have begun to do so.
I have no credentials or any background in architecture or engineering. However when I watch the buildings fall, the twin towers and tower 7 it just does not look right. I have watched videos and looked at pictures of other skyscraper fires like the Mandarin hotel in China. The hotel in China was completely engulfed in flames, for 3 hours. It did not collapse.

I am an ex army soldier, I have no experience in the relevant areas but believe the truth must come out. I have been interested to see the recewnt story of Tony Rooke and the BBC court issue. I will consider taking action in a similar manner.
It is my belief that the official story of the 9/11 destruction is a lie. I support the campaign for a full and thorough investigation. There is evidence that supports the truth and it is being hidden away from public sight by corrupt officials. Although I have no expertise in this area, as a person who believes in truth and accountability I support the campaign fully.
