PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Over the years since that sad day I have read several articles about the structural implications of the 911 disaster and talked to other architects and engineers. It is obvious that many knowledgeable professionals question the previous conclusions about what has happened. It is time to find, document, and react to the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

It takes a basic understanding of high school physics to understand that twos building designed to take multiple hits from a Boeing 707 and continue to stand will be able to take a single hit from a Boeing 767, and remain standing. They will not fall straight down, at near free fall speeds minutes apart. Also two building struck at different locations will not fall in exactly the same way.

I never thought much about the technical details of the collapse of the three buildings, nor did I watch the videos with a keen eye. A year ago, scanning the movies on Hulu, I saw there was a four part series on the 9/11 tribunal in Toronto. The scientific evidence presented therein bought out facts that cogently pointed to a more probable and realistic cause of the collapses. I realized the abhorrent deception by our government. I then viewed your film on 9/11 which reinforced many of the facts presented in Toronto, but in a more condensed manner which made it easier to view. The psychological analysis in the last phase of the film rings so true. Most people that I have discussed the demolition theory with look and me as if I were from another planet. The Bush years were the worst 8 years of my life, as we had to deal with two wars, deceit, lies and cover ups by him and his administration. The whole 9/11 episode rings of the workings of the military industrial consortium in this country for power, control and wealth.

I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. I worked for a developer (commercial and residential) for two years after graduating. During my engineering courses I studied structures with Harry West, an excellent structural engineering professor. During that semester, we did a case study on the disaster that happened at the Hyatt Regency in Kansas City in the 80's. I recently looked up the information about the event (in particular when I was watching Mr. Gage's videos about WTC 7 and the 9/11 disaster in general) and was surprised to discover that the Kansas City disaster was the biggest structural steel failure, in terms of loss of life, until 9/11! I wonder what engineering students have to study now when the facts about 9/11 are so unclear and decidedly incorrect in the government version that NIST released. Why can't we get a proper investigation into these events that addresses the real facts presented to us, like free fall collapse through path of greatest resistance. It's nonsense that the government would even have high school students believe such stuff, let alone advanced university engineering students. Please include my name in your petition. I think the victims of this disaster and the subsequent victims (both US soldiers and Iraqi citizens and US citizens in general) deserve the truth.
I was shocked to see the scientific facts that Mr. Gage presented regarding the collapse of WTC 7. It should be obvious even to laypeople that the collapse was a controlled demolition. Even newscasters of the day reported they thought that was what they were seeing. Why is the government hiding the truth from us? It is obvious that explosives, at the very least, were used; more than likely, based on the finding of the microspheres of iron in the dust, the incendiary thermite was used. I am not a 'truther' or kookspiracist. I simply have an engineering background and am amazed that people who see Mr. Gage's presentations would think that he is making things up: that the laws of physics took a break on that September day. I now think and feel so differently about our government and even about agencies like NIST and the ASCE that have failed the engineering community on this incident. Why didn't these agencies explain the obvious fallacies and discrepancies present in those events? I feel betrayed by our government. I also feel a deep sense of distrust for such agencies that have the responsibility to protect the general public by providing unbiased and truthful investigations into incidents that harm and kill us citizens. I remember studying the Kansas City Hyatt disaster in engineering school. We were taught about the consequences of negligence in our work as engineers, how loss of life and property can occur as a result of poor work on our part as engineers. How can current day engineering students look at 9/11 and learn anything when so many paradoxes and controversies surround it? Our government needs to reopen the investigation and find out what really happened. So many lives have been lost and continue to be lost as a result of the rash decisions and outcomes based on what was perceived to have happened, most of which is unsubstantiated by facts and scientific laws that must not be disregarded. I wholeheartedly support Mr. Gage's movement to get a new investigation, and I hope he is able to achieve what he has set out to do: reveal the truth.

Evidently all the three towers fallen on 9/11 did not just collapse under the weight of their own damaged structures. The combination of two basic facts, the very first collapses in history of these kind and the optical proof that these collapses did not just happen by the force of gravity alone, should have been a huge demand for the most thorough investigation in the sake of truth and peoples safety in history. But in stead, they first refused to investigate and later they frustrated the investigation that was forced by organized family members of those who died on 9/11. Now, what can be more contradictory than that?

This happens naturally in volcanic explosions, where granite is also pulverized into ash. The connection is very clear. Somebody developed the technology to harness this effect. Have watched all the videos, your explanation of the sequence of events seems the most plausible, the fact that contractors had access to the elevator shafts immediately prior to the collapse also obvious is the fact that it was know to several people ahead of time I.E., Zim Shipping moved out one week prior breaking their lease after 30 years occupying those offices, and Larry Silverstein conveniently not there, Rudy Giuliani evacuating Building 7 before the collapse, the testimony of the firemen was very compelling as well.

Although I was a high school dropout I have published 3 books about my profession in technical, historical and environmental essays. I feel very lucky to have lived the American dream, as I deem the Norman Rockwell years.
From early on the events of 9/11 left me very unsettled and questioning of the official story. The evidence of the destruction is undeniable premeditated intent long before the day of attack. Most of the people I know and have worked with, even my wife, tell me I'm a conspiracy theorist and should just let it rest. All I can make out of this is they are too afraid to admit that 9/11 was an inside job and prefer to stick their heads in the sand. As the sun rises and sets the truth needs to shine its light and set.

9/11 was a smoke screen to cover up the truth. We have a government that is crooked and evil. A lot of horrendous events have occurred right in front of America's eye, but explanations and cover ups have been set in place to cover the reality of the matter. Though not an Architect, Engineer, or Construction Worker of any kind, I believe that I can recognize when a building is being pulled by a professional demolition team. (especially when the building owner tells me that they pulled the building (Bldg.7) and it came down in an identical manner to WTC Towers 1 and 2!) I can observe and I can listen. All three buildings fell in a way typical of controlled demolition. There was evidence found of thermite powder, there were reports by the firefighters who survived the crash of the buildings, of unexplained series of explosions. All of the aforementioned was not mentioned in the official findings.

I have a few questions that have never been answered by the media or government... 1. Why has there not been an explanation for the third building that fell on 9/11? 2. In the pictures of the Pentagon crash, where is the aircraft, the engines, the landing gear? An entire B757 does not disappear into a building on impact. 3. Regarding all three buildings that fell on 9/11, why did each of these structures free fall on collapse?

I was a Navy Aviation Structural Mechanic and was trained by the US Navy to know about metals strength and weaknesses caused by many different types of stresses.
I have been trying to get another investigation going ever since I read NIST Official report on building 7 collapse. The reason is the NIST report is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to have happened the way they describe, because ever since I watched that horrible morning I knew that explosives or some other device had to have been used.

Have no expert knowledge of subject but can compare the collapse of the 3 buildings to pictures on youtube of controlled collapses and make a determination that the official story is not true. Had seen pictures of controlled collapses in past years in Minneapolis because my cousins owned and ran the Carl Bolander & Sons Construction Company in Minneapolis and their main work was building demolition. I believe the damaging results of 9/11 should be ended as soon as possible by forcing the Federal government to face and admit the truth and change its policies.
