PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After earning an engineering degree following a curriculum that was primarily a hybrid of mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering, I worked awhile for a multi-national heavy industrial construction firm. After that, I moved into the software industry, and have worked as a developer/software engineer ever since.
The piece of evidence that I find most compelling is the sudden initial free-fall descent of building 7. This alone demonstrates conclusively that something other than a fire-induced collapse occurred. Some other inconsistencies I find very telling are the molten metal seen pouring out of the south tower just prior to collapse, the sudden and symmetrical nature of all three collapses, the lack of equal and opposite destruction in the towers, the missing jolt principle, the lack of erect core columns in the debris piles, the lack of any historical precedent, etc.

I grew up in a catholic family that greatly loved JFK and were heartbroken at his assassination. Shortly after, my father was among the first to see a showing of the Zapruder film, by a man who was traveling the country and presenting it at universities. For this reason, I became a bit of a conspiracy scholar from my middle school years and this continued through my adult life, as I became increasingly aware of a world that exists beneath the surface of things. I had just come into knowledge of the Bohemian Grove and Bilderberg meetings during the summer of 2006 when I rather suddenly came to the realization that the collapses of the WTC buildings on 9/11 were the result of a controlled demolition. This took my awakening to the nature of political power in the world to a whole knew level. I've followed hundreds of rabbit holes since then and feel there is a lifetime of work to be done, if one wants to refer to it as that. It's actually more a struggle for freedom and perhaps even survival. Richard Gage and his crew have been relentlessly assembling a body of evidence for over 14 years and have shown a courage that I can only believe must have existed among our ancestors as they fought for freedom against the British.

To my eye, the massive towers appeared to experience an implosion and collapse that physically defied the official explanation. The wreckage (what I saw of it) of towers 1 and 2 was also bizarre for a pancaking collapse (e.g. the pulverized concrete & melted steel). The lingering hot zones provided further red flags. The WTC 7 collapse was especially dumbfounding. It looked just like all those perfect demolitions we've seen in Las Vegas in the past 20 years (as opposed to an organic random structural failure caused by inexplicably hot fires). This has bothered me for 10 years (and especially after an official report appeared that seemed to be supported by structural engineers) so I'm glad to see this AE911truth movement!

Building Seven's collapse was equally unbelievable. The minor fires in that building could not bring the building down symmetrically in its footprint. No fire ever before that day brought down a steel-framed highrise. The University of Alaska report is in perfect alignment with the expectations of professionals in the building industry.

The official explanation of the collapse of the twin towers and building 7 overlooks key evidence that absolutely should be incorporated into the investigation. The fact that building 7, with limited office fires in a relatively small portion of the building, collapsed instantaneously and symmetrically at the acceleration of gravity with almost no resistance at all from the concrete and steel below is alone bizarre enough to warrant further investigation. The investigation should be about truth and nothing else.

Building 7 - a very unusual building... it was not in the direct blast zone on 9/11. It was the first building to collapse due to moderate fires - and collapsed so beautifully - straight down. What a day to do that, co-incidence? Then UK's BBC reported its collapse 30 minutes before it actually happened. Then, amazingly for such a reputable organization - it lost all records of that day. Unbelievable? Yes. I think the prophecy of the BBC shows a well organized government media machine that messed up its timing. This is only one tiny aspect of what happened that day. Was it George Bush - I have no evidence to say that - only that there is a need to establish what actually happened not just what we are told.

As I was watching the Towers collapse on TV on September 11, I immediately thought that they were brought down by controlled demolition. Knowing the curtain wall construction of the towers, with the central core within, and witnessing the glancing blow that one of the aircraft gave one of the towers, it struck me that very few of the core columns would have been affected, certainly not sufficient to cause the building to collapse straight down.

I have a B.A. in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley. I have worked as a volunteer for Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth since January of 2008. I was the President of the 9/11 Truth Movement activist group at UC Berkeley and hosted an event with Richard Gage at Wheeler Hall on April 11, 2008. I also featured excerpts from Loose Change: Final Cut, a film directed by Dylan Avery and produced by Jason Bermas & Korey Rowe.
A main emphasis of mine is demonstrating the value of objectivity. I seek to distinguish an alleged fact with an objective fact using the scientific method. These three points must be specifically falsified in order to invalidate or reject the controlled demolition hypothesis. These points have never been falsified.1) WTC 1, WTC 2, and WTC 7 all collapsed at free-fall speed, indicative of controlled demolition.2) WTC 1, WTC 2, and WTC 7 all collapsed symmetrically, indicative of controlled demolition.3) The debris from WTC 1, WTC 2, and WTC 7 was sampled and observed to have had previously molten-metal as measured by FLIR radar and independent labs. The solidified metal requires temperature obtained through explosives or incendiaries. These temperatures cannot be generated by hydrocarbon fires or jet fuel from planes alone. Next, I use logical fallacies to understand how and why critics are using false logic to defy claims made about the 9/11 Truth Movement. The most frequent fallacies used against 9/11 Truth Movement tend to be:1) False Analogies (i.e. 9/11 truthers believe in false-flag operations are that the government has participated in false-flag events and thus are construed as unreliable in their objective views about the events of 9/11). 2) Straw-man Distortions (i.e. Most 9/11 Truthers believed that it was not Osama bin Laden that perpetrated the 9/11 attacks and thus are incorrect about their justifications about their perspective of physical events that occurred on 9/11.) 3) Ad Hominem (i.e. those 9/11 truthers are crazy). 4) Appeal to Logic (I.e. Assuming the quantity of literature is more significant than the quality of data. In the 9/11 Commission Report and NIST Report, for instance, Philip Zelikow and Larry Silverstein constantly claim that millions of pages of documents were utilized and thousands of hours of testimony were included in the 9/11 Commission Report; however, this information is meaningless. If I write a 20,000 page NIST report that does not necessarily mean that information is scientifically true or can be utilized for forensic purposes.) 5) Appeal to Authority (i.e. NIST and Popular Mechanics are legitimate because they are authorized or endorsed by the government or legitimate scientific institutions.)

I attended the University of Portland's Multnomah School of Engineering in the mid-70's. I left near the end of my senior year for health reasons. Although I received no degree there, I consulted as a working electrical engineer from 1980 to 2003, at which time I received my Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy School of Law. I have practiced law since that date.
I never believed that the Twin Towers or the Murrah Building were brought down by the stated villains, but have always been convinced that black bag operators were responsible. It is my opinion that the alleged perpetrators were real and fully expected to do the damage that they are accused of. However, I also believe that 1) the methodologies used by these perps were insufficient to cause the type and extent of damage that was caused in both cases, and 2) that black bag operators infiltrated and used the actions of these perpetrators as shields to hide their own very successful techniques.

There is persuasive, if not, indeed, overwhelming, evidence that the events now known as 9/11 were black op false flag staged events---perpetrated by elements of the U.S. federal government. See the works of Webster Tarpley, David Ray Griffin, James Fetzer, and, especially, Professor Steven Jones. Regarding the 9/11 events at both the Pentagon and the WTC, my own research persuades me that the events were staged. WTC 1 & 2 clearly were the result of demolition, not due to the planes (possibly drones); and WTC 7 was clearly a straightforward demolition as well. The mainstream story and the original 9/11 Commission Report are both whitewashes. It is time for a thorough and independent investigation of both 9/11 and Oklahoma.

If health symptoms and conditions are alleged, then I investigate and substantiate the etiological nature of those symptoms and conditions.
I have been following the 9/11 investigation to some extent. I must say that the lack of investigation and follow-up by the government and the media is stifling. I believe the American People deserve the truth of what happen to the buildings on 9/11/01. It is readily apparent from all the evidence that this has yet to occur. I knew immediately when the third building was excluded from the Commission Report and was never identified in media accounts that there were obvious cover up issues involved.

My professional life is as a practicing attorney. I represent individuals in criminal cases, abuse, neglect, and dependency cases, child support, and civil cases. I watched the collapse of the twin towers in real time on my computer. When I first saw them I thought these are controlled demolitions, just by the way the buildings came down. Now we have many engineers voicing their opinions about what could and could not have happened to bring down these buildings. There are individuals who are experienced military personnel who are voicing opinions that call into question the mainstream explanation about how these buildings fell. I am convinced these buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. I do not know who is behind these acts of murder. I can only guess, but I would rather not guess. I think it is irresponsible to avoid looking at the hard facts of these building collapses just because it will bring up questions about who was behind this that are scary to look at and answer.
