On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am familiar with all sorts of materials testing - compressive and tensile strength, microscopy, spectroscopy, etc. My undergraduate program especially focused on the chemistry of materials.
I recently re-discovered an interest in the phenomenon known as creep - how a material such as steel under an applied load may fail at temperatures far below melting. I recall a colleague saying 'creep is what caused the buildings to collapse'. Before watching the movie at this website, my biggest concern was how could creep cause such a symmetric collapse? I would expect instead to see the buildings fold at the weakest point(s), instead of falling straight down at nearly free-fall speed. But it is hard to imagine how local heating combined with coincidental insulation failure could cause the necessary uniformity of temperature along the massive steel columns. I enjoyed seeing analysis of the buildings' design, especially the heat sink near the base and other fire-safety measures.

I am a person who learned the scientific method as a child, always questioned commonly accepted beliefs, even when it put me at odds with my parents, church leaders, school administrators and others. As a lighting designer and licensed electrician, I have had more than the average exposure to building practices and techniques used by architects and designers.

I entered the construction profession through the Chicago District Council of Carpenters Apprenticeship Program in 1972. Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, Project manager and am now unofficially retired. Cutting and welding steel is taught in the apprenticeship program as required for pile drivers, and dock and wharf builders. I used that training and became a certified welder. I am also a private pilot and am familiar with airspace communications requirements and intercept protocols.
I have always been intrigued with building demolition. I have watched the slow methodical use of the wrecking ball and marveled at the science of the synchronized use of explosives. I was home when the planes struck the buildings and from the first news flash, watched all that unfolded until mid day. I knew what I had seen with my own eyes was impossible. I listened to news anchors suggest the unbelievable truth as I watched those buildings explode and disintegrate. I did not learn of the destruction of Building 7 until 2005. And I was amazed that I could have been ignorant of such a tremendous detail of that day for all those years. My education in the applicable fields of concern here suggest an orchestration of immense size and complexity. I have incessantly sought out information concerning these events and find the official accounts to be both disappointing and insulting.

The video images of 9/11 shown to the public are not of a Boeing 767 or 757 passenger jet! Just check out the long tube structure connected underneath the fuselage of the 767 Twin Tower videos. No Boeing passenger jets have this long tube! Therefore, it cannot be a passenger jet. A new independent investigation of 9/11 is seriously justified and needed! now!!

I would like a new independent investigation opened to determine and explain the new evidence discovered in the last 11 years since 9/11. Being a layperson, as are many citizens in the world today, the original explanation produced following the 9/11 attacks seemed reasonable. It added up in my average educated mind that when planes hit buildings, they fall down. i didn't even recall Tower 7 falling, no plane hit that building. I had heard some of the conspiracy theories since the attack and watched some YouTube video, but concluded there would be no way our government would have had anything to do with this. And while I am not concluding that now, I do think that it is of the utmost importance for a new independent investigation to be opened to explain this new evidence of explosion, free fall of the 3 buildings and the forensic, physical and scientific discoveries since that awful day in 2001. I am a 26 year old air traffic controller, in my fourth year of working for the FAA. I attended George Mason University and Old Dominion University to pursue journalism, then changed career courses. Although I am not by any means a trained scientist, I was accepted into and attended several math and science programs, and have a better than average working knowledge of physics and chemistry. I am also a writer for a popular LGBT blog.
It seems unlikely that two massive structures would respond to a fire in a way that no one has ever seen before, on the same day. While this could be explained by airplanes hitting the tower, WTC7 was NOT hit by a tower, and was built with an entirely different steel core in place, and also fell in the exact same way. It seems unreasonable to believe that all three failures, though dealing with different intensities of fire and different impact points, were due to weakened steel, when no steel structure has ever seen this happen before. If this is the case, a more thorough investigation is needed to ensure that there aren't more buildings out there susceptible to a total collapse in the event of fire.

French cabin crew member shocked by all researched that proves the incredible and impossible key facts revealed in the official reports.
I do not feel comfortable with the facts that flight attendants made some calls, live from the airplanes, as clearly as revealed, when we know they have been made from the aircraft's rear location, the noisiest part of airplanes.
