PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am a registered Prof. Civil Engineer in Utah (since 1967), Wyoming and Idaho (qualified short time later). Am a Prof. Land Surveyor in Idaho. - - Received my BSCE from Utah State University Logan, Utah in 1954. Was with U.S. Bur. of Public Roads for 3 years located in Oreg., Wash,. Alaska, and Wyo. Interstate Hwy Design engineer on I-15 from Lehi to Provo, Utah. After that, I was appointed Utah DOT's Standards Engineer (I started with zero standards.) Some BPR Standards were adopted, Developed new format, construction details and all new standards for all types of state roads and highway construction, plus traffic control design, signage and standards. Revised the Utah Road Commission payment handbook, which determined the methods for calculating the contactor's payment. - - As a Facilities Engr, for Hercules, I was placed in charge of all roads, buildings, roofs, barricades, parking & utilities lines, including: acid, steam, air, water, sewer and N. gas, plus projects: using, air, hydraulic, explosion-proof equipment & handling equipment. - - Mapped 6 underground coal mines in Utah, They used Explosives. - - I had an day to day association with an Explosives Expert & Chemist for several years. - - In 1949 (USAF) I flew over many bombed German cities and witnessed the damage done by bombs in WWII. The corners of the bombed-out buildings stood up 10 to 30 feet higher than the middle portion of the straight perimeter walls of the damaged structures. (Not true for 911 Bldg. #7. When a bldg drops/falls at free fall speed, it means to me that the floor above did not help, or cause the collapse of the next floor below (that would have caused a short delay). It means to me that there was no resistance, or delay by the floor below and therefore that floors below had already failed completely before the upper floor could get there. Each and every floor failed TIMELY. Only a well-controlled Implosion could do this 110 times in a row. And it was repeated for 2 more buildings (another 110 stories and then on another 47 story building.) - - I suspect that if any of the floors had failed untimely (too soon or too late), it would have caused a totally different failure scenario. Both would likely have missed the footprint below. The lower floors failed exactly as planned (which was about one-tenth of one second apart). Three huge buildings went down without a hitch. It could not have been better, if it were planned. And yet they say that it was NOT planned. If that is true, The only tougher job I can think of - is for someone to build one of those buildings - WITHOUT A PLAN - Timing may not be so critical. - - - - - - Seperate Comment: - - Why can't we find these EXPERTS, and these were EXPERTS that did this job? I suspect that there are only 5 or 10 people in the world, at most, who know how to even supervise this kind of job, and they all know each other, also, they would have access to the sources (find them too) of the explosives, Thermite, and other Specialties used on this project, etc. (That was a BIG, COMPLEX job.) So, many people in the business would know about it. This INFO should be easy to find (I bet they even advertise). With just a little waterboarding (JUST KIDDING), we would have our answers. Can you imagine that the U.S. Government is still continuing those trials and torturing those poor Arabs. In any of the videos, I never even saw one Arab, let alone any Arab giving orders to PULL IT. The owner had a big payday, that day, He had owned it only a few months. - - - - I have been very impressed with Mr. Richard Gage, Too bad, but the Constitution is either dead or fast asleep. Otherwise, why would they (your officials) have the nerve to prepare and obtain agreements with Canada and Mexico without protecting their butts. There are no borders, so there is no country, or Nation. Nations require borders, or they are nothing, except renegades. Do your police abide by the Constitutional principles and why not? For any Officer to serve a citation of any kind; there has to have been an INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR A CRIME COMMITTED. All other citations are issued under the de facto Officer doctrine under color of Law. (Ryder v. U.S. 515 U.S. 177). Very interesting. - - - - Another Subject: The Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal have ruled many times in the last 100 years that there is no contract between the Government officials/Police and the Citizens (in name only). If Mr. Gage ever talks to me, I will be happy to explain it to him. Sorry, but it is true.

If the collapse of WTC 7 was totally unanticipated, then how many other buildings in the world are in danger of seven second complete collapse due to a few small fires? Foreknowledge includes Gulliani's interview where he states that he was informed that the first tower (south tower) was going to come down in 10 minutes. Additionally, there are the elevated levels of stock put options on United Airlines, American Airlines, and Boeing; Larry Silverstein's comments on pulling WTC 7; Silverstein not eating breakfast at the top of the north tower on that day which he did daily otherwise; and CNN and BBC's anouncing that WTC7 had collapsed 20 minutes before it did.

I never considered what I saw until years later when I heard the statement it was a controlled demolition. That was what had bothered me all those years. Truly little visual difference from that of hotels, etc. that are demolished to make room for other ones. Plus working in Air Traffic Control, I know planes are built to be as light as possible. I could never understand how 2 planes could bring down 2 towers with steel columns. The fire retardant in them and office fabrics was already diminishing fires. To even assert that and then a 3rd building demolished from thin air was nothing but a fairy tale.

Jet fuel fire. Black smoke from buildings indicates that the fire caused by initial impact had significantly dropped. Yet after the collapse satellite imagery scans equipped with heat recognition showed temperature far in excess of any thing that could be produced from a jet fuel fire. Thermite, placed in the building is probably the most likely cause.

I was horrified at the sight of the event until the moment the first building fell straight to the ground, I knew that nature had just been turned on its head. I was always in doubt about the chain of events. I learned to fly when I was 18 years old and I don't believe that untrained or barely trained student pilots could operate the jet aircraft in question with the precision and coordination to deliver such a precision and destructive blow to the Towers. Additionally, the collapse of the Towers appeared to be managed, it was more of in implosion that an explosion and the buildings were take down in such an orderly collapse, like a managed demolition. That is just from a law man point of view, from witnessing managed demolition of TV news programs over the years.

I do not have expertise in structural fields, but have studied psychology, history, and politics. I recognize the potential for deception on a mass scale, to cover up plans and operations which do not fit a democratic model. I'm also a grandfather deeply invested in my grandchildren's future and dreams.
I do not believe the official, US government version of what happened, which does not account for many highly pertinent facts, which thankfully ae911 has brought to light. The context of surrounding events, the behavior of officials, and the history of private groups (such as PNAC) strongly suggest a hidden story.

It has always obvious to me that it was a controlled demolition. The other thing that needs another investigation is the 'B-757 attack on the Pentagon'. As a pilot I am totally convinced of the impossibility of the results of the official investigation. Also - what became of the people on the aircraft that is alleged to have crashed into the Pentagon!!

I have studied the events of 9/11 for many hours an remain deeply disturbed about numerous accounts of the official story. The free fall of Building 7, the immediate removal of all the steel from the towers to be melted down in Asia and the lack of consideration for the use of explosives and the missing airliner at the Pentagon and the size of the hole in the Pentagon wall just to name a few. A typical investigation into a normal airline accident can take years. Painstakingly rebuilding the aircraft piece by piece to determine the cause. What happened here was a crime that continues to remain concealed by the perpetrators. It's time to reopen an official independent investigation into these senseless murders.

High school Education. I am a truck driver, welder, plumber, mechanic, and small business owner. I have attended classes and taken courses for the knowledge, not a degree, for transmissions, air brakes, photo voltaics, auto painting, engine rebuilding, irrigation, and real estate sales. I learned to weld from several gentleman, a couple of whom were born in the 1890's, and one who was one of the first 10 people to be certified to weld amusement rides. And my, grandpa was a gases welder for the I C railroad and taught me how to weld with gases. I have a very extensive welding and cutting reference book collection!
If one compare's the concrete building rubble from say the devastating bombing of cities in Palestine by Israeli jets, there is not one photograph or video I have seen where the concrete is pulverized into powder like what happened to the Trade Center Towers. There are always large and small pieces shown in piles. If one looks at pictures of earth quake devastation to concrete buildings, there are large and small pieces of concrete but not large quantities of pulverized concrete powder after one of those events. And if the temperature for a fire were to be hot enough to melt those steel beams, it would have felled in one twisted piece over a much more lineal area. No those buildings had to be assisted by properly placed charges or properly placed cutting apparatus. (Chemicals perhaps). It is without question, in my mind, that those 3 World Trade Center buildings were brought down in a controlled manner.

The truth must be known. I find the story that poorly trained pilots could fly the alleged aircraft, supposedly involved, dubious at best. I have been a professor of IT and systems engineering for 15 years. I also was a licensed private pilot. I have a BS in Mathematics, MS in Information Systems, and PhD in Systems Engineering.
As a pilot I can say with reasonable confidence that it would be impossible for a bunch of guys who have been certified as private pilots and learned their instrument rating on simulators without multi-engine and jet training (which would take hundreds of hours to master) to fly planes to New York and Washington. That just does not happen.

I have read much on 9/11 and seen a number of documentaries which refute the notion that The World Trade Center was attacked by civilian RPT aircraft flown by Muslim terrorists. It would seem that there is enough evidence both from engineering experts and actual eyewitnesses and professional firefighters and police officers to show that the whole 9/11 terrorist event was orchestrated and carried out by the US government and associated agencies.
