PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

From the beginning, the collapse appeared to be very controlled. The 9/11 Commission seemed to ignore obvious relevant technical and nontechnical information when making their conclusions. The 'clean' demolition and knowing that jet fuel does not burn at a high enough temperature are two obvious facts that were ignored. - - - - I remember soon after 9/11 an article ran in Civil Engineering Magazine, published by the American Society of Civil Engineers. Soon thereafter Civil Engineering Magazine ran an article totally supporting the official story. Very disappointing.

There is a huge old secret government WW2 bunker under Grand Central Terminal in NYC. It so happens has private rail line connecting into the rest of the subway system. Cheney uses this system regularly to this day. (as seen on the Discovery Channel) I believe it is the logical the staging area for the men and materiel needed to place the devices in WTC 1,2 & 7..... in my opinion.

The available evidence points very clearly to controlled demolition. Most remarkable to me is the free-fall acceleration of all 3 towers, which every video camera that day documented. It cannot be refuted. This means that every single column provided precisely zero resistance (ie. zero support), all at the same time. This can only have been achieved through explosives/incendiaries. Again, this holds true for all 3 towers. Also, airplanes are designed to burn their fuel at as high a temperature as possible, for maximum efficiency. Jet fuel can not melt titanium or structural steel, let alone vaporize it. To suggest so is absurd.

It offends me that so much of the forensic and scientific evidence was ignored or dismissed by the officials in charge, largely in my opinion because the invasion of Iraq was a foregone conclusion and the Cheney/Bush administration needed a 'Pearl Harbor' event to galvanize public anger in support.

After studying the events of 9/11 for many years, I have concluded that the twin towers and WTC building #7 were brought down by controlled demolition. There are way too many items to go into here but the A&E 9/11 group has very carefully laid out the plausible explanation of the physics of how the buildings collapsed. After years of evidence that has surfaced including eye witness accounts by firemen and WTC collapse survivors, as well as all the information put forth by so many in the fields of architecture and engineering, the official explanation provided by government officials raises more questions than it answers and gives reason for a cover up. At the very least, an independant group without government ties needs to be formed with the intent to properly present an explanation as to HOW 3 skyscrapers built to withstand category 5 wind storms AND specifically, the forces from airplane impact, could fall into their own footprint at freefall speed. Oh and its worth mentioning building 7 had minimal damage, at worst, from the falls of the other buildings. It is the true 'smoking' gun. Start the investigation there with WTC 7, and the 'official' explanation will crumble like a deck of cards.

I recall seeing explosions on live tv on 9/11 that I've never been able to be able to find after the fact. They appear to have been simply removed or erased from history. They appeared to be bombs going off in the lobby of the trade center where fire fighters were entering. From my experience only a controlled demolition can collapse a building the way the towers fell. Not once but twice.
