PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In the intervening years I worked at a variety of jobs, the most applicable being the 12 years when I did instrumentation & controls and then mechanical design engineering for a variety of industries. I have a typical plodding but thorough and mechanistic and engineering approach to any subject I approach.
I felt indignation when I first heard that people were questioning the official version of 9-11 events. It took several years for it to filter through to me that building 7 fell at free fall speeds 7+ hours after the towers. I've perused the NIST report dated 2008. I do understand the elaborate chain of events described therein and they sound very unlikely. I've heard some expert testimony questioning many of the premises and details NIST used to construct their report. I'm convinced the NIST report is unsatisfactory and that we owe it to the victims, their families and to ourselves to continue investigating. The bad guys are still out there. Their monumental arrogance and sociopathic mentality will continue to surface if we don't.

How is it possible that such a massive structure with steel core, collapses by fire strictly vertically? How is it possible that material gets blasted out of the building so far if fire is the cause of the collapse? Why was there such a high temperature at the base of the building several days after 9/11? Why could comparable buildings resist fire over more time an did not collapse?

My knowledge of engineering principles tells me that the goverment's explanation for the collapse of WTC 1, 2 and 7 is inconsistent with the observed speed and symmetry of the collapse of those buildings. If the government's explanation was valid it should have significant implications for building codes and the way we design and build high rise buildings. Yet virtually no changes have occurred in structural engineering codes since 9/11/01. I am upset that an NFPA 921 investigation was never done on these three buildings, nor a proper forensic investigation of the structural components of these three buildings.

I have read the NIST and 9/11 Commission Reports and found them to be highly implausible on their face. David Ray Griffin's Debunking 9/11 Debunking is a comprehensive look at the events that day that raises serious questions. What AE911Truth asks is that only a sliver of the truth be discovered, a logical explanation for the destruction of the 3 World Trade Center buildings, without speculation, political bias, or secret agendas included. I support that effort because it is not only a reasonable demand that citizens of this country place upon its agent, the U.S. government, but one which is wholly fundamental to a continued free society. Evidence of thermite, free fall collapse in a demolition manner, and eye witness accounts which were excluded from evidence, must be reexamined publicly. My inquiry into this matter came as a result of being a photographer at the Pentagon that day, went inside the building and surrounding areas, and personally saw no reasonable evidence of a Boeing 757-223 having hit the Pentagon, although there was related debris. In light of the USG's historical false flag activity i.e. Gulf of Tonkin, it was reasonable to look into the possibility that Pentagon and NYC may be similarly staged events. The continued shroud of secrecy surrounding the events of 9/11, to include the non-release of dozens of surveillance videos that supposedly captured the plane hitting the Pentagon, only strengthen my position and resolve. I recommend that the official story be corrected to conform to the legally required guidelines of the Information Quality (Data) Act. Obvious demolition. There was no possible way that a plane could demolish either one of the buildings. Most definitely there are people in our government and nation who had prior knowledge of the collapses and indeed planned the whole event to further their control over their fellow human beings. It's very sad to see people's energy being used for destructive purposes when only a fraction is needed to free all people in a positive holistic way.

I listened to Richard Gage on The Alex Jones show today. I was impressed with what you had to say, and also about the termite evidence in all three buildings.
On 9-11 I was a New York State Advanced Emergency Medical technician and went to ground zero later that day at about 2 pm from my home in western, NY. I never questioned the official story until about 2 years ago. It is very obvious when you look at the evidence that something is very wrong with their story! I was unaware of collapse of Bldg. 7 until 2004. NEVER heard about it from any MSM, but from Alex Jones films and radio. Very obvious demolition of Bldg. 7 when seen on video. Whenever a plane crashes in the US, all of the parts are gathered and pieced together to determine what actually happened during the event. Why wasn't it done on 911? The pancake theory NIST provided does not make sense. Scientific experts from around the world should be able to grill these NIST members to find out why they are deliberately leaving out the most important information--the evidence that explosives were used.

While there is no doubt that commercial airliners struck the twin towers, the evidence is overwhelming that their collapse was not due to structural damage caused by the airplane impacts nor due to the fires caused by the jet airplane fuel (the structural steel of these building would not melt at the temperatures remotely close to those at which jet airliner fuels burns) or to a combination of these factors, but due to controlled demolition of these buildings. Furthermore, it is absolutely ludicrous to assume that building 7 could have sustained any significant damage from trauma caused by the airliner impacts of the twin towers. This was also obviously a controlled demolition. Steel structure buildings simply do not collapse at the rate of free fall for any other reason. The molten steel pouring out of the sides of the twin towers at multiple sites prior to its collapse, even sites remote from the site of the airliner impacts, the fact that extremely hot pools of molten metal burned in the basement of the twin towers for many days after they collapsed and the fact that a significant amount of nano-thermite was found at the demolition sites among many other factors strongly support the conclusion that these were controlled demolitions.

Clearly the most disturbing thing about this information is who is responsible and if they were able to pull this off on 9/11 how can anyone be safe today. Why were the families of victims given money by the government? Is this a way of silencing them so they do not seek the truth?

Having initially fully trusted the official version of 9/11, it became more and more clear to me that this cannot be the truth. Too much mounting and unambiguous evidence defies this - e.g. the collapse of WTC 7 many hours after collapse of towers, the manner in which the towers fell etc. On top of this the NIST report was a scandal. Now is really the time for a thorough and new investigation of the event.
