To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I don't believe that the three buildings came down as a result of fires. They were steel buildings, and, from what I have read, jet fuel does not burn hot enough to burn steel. Also, the free-fall of the buildings appear to be that of a controlled demolition, not due to fires. The buildings came down so fast, and without stopping at each floor level, which doesn't seem possible, unless the columns were pulled out, as would have been done to start a controlled demolition.

During 9/11/01, I was away on business in France, working with a partner company there. Not knowing French (I was escorted around work with translators), I could only understand the photographic TV accounts in my hotel room for the days that followed. Having previously seen many times the free fall nature of purposely demolished buildings, I instantly surmised that the terrorists had somehow accessed the buildings and planted charges to ensure that they would fall. What didn't make sense to me was, if the terrorists had gone to that kind of trouble to plant demolition charges in the building, why would they even bother flying a plane into the buildings? When I finally got back to the US, I was amazed that there was no talk or investigation of this possible cause of the buildings' collapse.

Since 2006 I have reviewed a large amount of evidence that is available on this topic, considered and debated many opinions, met personally and spoke with several core members of AE911Truth and other truth-seeking organizations, and I stand with the firm belief that the Twin Tower and Building 7 fell aided by controlled demolition. I do not like to speculate about anything that cannot be proven by scientific fact, and as such I do not hypothesize on what exactly happened on 9/11. I am however convinced there is a much deeper story that needs to be thoroughly and publicly investigated, so that the public at large can come to terms with the truth about what happened on 9/11 and who planned and benefited from it. It is only through society getting to the truth and coming to terms with an even like 9/11 that we can truly start addressing the broader challenges that our world faces, including wars, climate change, and education.

On the day it happened, I watched the WTC buildings fall on the television in my dorm's common room. I commented out loud, 'That's a controlled demolition.' (I had watched many of them on TV as a young child.) I was convinced later that I was mistaken, by offical reports. It was not until years later that I watched Building 7 fall again, in real time, and realized that my first impression had in fact been correct.

Shocked as was the rest of our country on 9-11. I was home recuperating from cardiac surgery and watched the films of the WTC falling numerous times. With no formal training in engineering, etc. I found it odd how the buildings fell so cleanly, so flat. My husband and I remarked many times since then watching films on YouTube, etc, that there seemed to be extra 'puffs' - explosions further down the sides of the buildings before any actual collapsing was taking place. I just want the TRUTH of what happened. Much the same as I think we as US citizens are entitled to the truth of the JFK assassination. It's our country- we deserve to have the truth. I have studied psychology since 2009, and during that time I was involved in an anti corruption task force that freed my university from the most corrupt rector in the country. He blocked already nationally approved funds to make new courses and embellished an deviated the funds. Anyway me and other students were able to push him away of office.By making people understand they have rights and not take institutional abuse and corruption as the way it's always been and always will be. Now UFPI, my university in Brasil became a real university instead of only an affiliated campus. A federal institution that has finally been able to offer a free medicine course that our city needed. I'm no stranger to political corruption, silencing and all abusive tactics used by people who misuse their power and this is why I'm signing the petition.
The 9/11 through movement is one of the most silenced and attacked by the media. Events after 9/11 impacted the entire world and we are still in war because of it.We all have suffered the consequences of 9/11 throughout the world. It's a financial crime, it's a crime against humanity. Thousands upon thousand of humans lives were lost and we need justice for those people, whether they're American or not. Died in American soil or not. They, us, everybody's who's life has been or will be affected deserve justice and REAL ANSWERS to what happened. Anyone with any understanding at all of the structure of girdered skyscraper buildings could see that the destruction of the WTC was a controlled demolition, falling almost directly into its own footprint.
