On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In December 2005 I received a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Since then, I have worked in the construction industry designing electrical systems and managing the installation of electrical systems.
The question is all about investigation techniques: Look at the facts of the WTC, specifically Tower 7, collapses: 1) Terrorists used explosives on WTC 1 in 1993. 2) Over 118 first responders reported hearing explosions before all 3 collapses, many said it sounded like the 'bang-bang-bang' you hear during a demolition. 3) We have video, photographic and audio evidence of explosions after the impact and before collapse. 4) Live news was reporting multiple explosions, and the possibility terrorists also planted explosives. 5) Barry Jennings, the Emergency Coordinator for the NY Housing Authority reported explosions in Tower 7. He also reported being knocked down by explosions prior to the collapse of the tower. 6) Molten steel AND concrete were found at Ground Zero 'remember, hydrocarbon fires do not burn hot enough to melt steel or concrete.'N.F.P.A. 921- 19.2.4 Exotic Accelerants states that molten steel and concrete could indicate the use of exotic accelerrants, specifically Thermite. 7) WTC 7 was the first concrete and steel high rise to collapse during a fire that had not been struck by an aircraft. It was determined not to be significantly damaged by the falling debris, and diesel fuel tanks DID NOT contribute significantly to the fire (according to NIST final report 2008). So, with all these indicators, would you test for exotic accelerants/explosive residue/Thermite? How could you confirm or rule out the possibility that terrorists planted explosives in addition to the aircraft hits? Why does N.I.S.T. REFUSE to this day to test for exotic accelerrants in the most heinous crime in U.S. history? With the first high rise building collapses in history, why would N.I.S.T. NOT test for accelerants? Especially, with so many indicators, one in which we have lost so many lives, so many Brothers, so many Freedoms, and our Economy. I have not found a single fire investigator who can give a reason other than they didn't want to find exotic accelerants or they were incompetent! Well, if it was incompetence, we can go back and still test. If you can't answer why, then please take the time to investigate. Browse our website, and please sign the petition. Our communities trust us. If we let them know this is not how professionals investigate, or how we treat our Brothers and Sisters who gave so much, they will listen.

This is a simple fact. If you consider that all the floors below the plane strikes were untouched by fire or impact (the towers were built to withstand plane strikes)... their structural strength would be intact and therefore could NOT simply collapse.

I was able to determine these things because I'm one of very few physicists who have studied shock waves and how they work. Initially, I thought that the WTC Shock Waves were initiated by common explosives such as TNT. However, recently a fellow 9/11-truth-searcher told me that the perps detonated the steel with mini nukes developed at one of the large government laboratories (not NRL).

I was using the Internet for news information due to the inadequacies and bias of the Main Stream Media, when I stumbled across the video clips of World Trade Center Building 7. The more I investigated and researched the events of 911, the more questions I had. As an engineer, the video of the collapse of Building 7 was an obvious demolition. One other disturbing aspect of the 911 events was the attack on the Pentagon. I am aware that there are numerous cameras all around the perimeter of the Pentagon, as this is one of the most secure and highly protected buildings in the world, yet not one video was able to record the actual plane impact on the building? The video provided by the government is a farce and clearly is missing video frames that would obviously show a Boeing 757 hitting the building. My question is what are they trying to hide, and who exactly is trying to hide it. That's why I'm signing this petition for a further investigation of the 911 catastrophe.

There are too many unanswered questions about 9/11 in order to believe the official version of events. A more thorough investigation is needed to arrive at a more accurate assessment. There is not enough energy contained in jet fuel to explain the total collapse and destruction of the central core. The molten steel found in the basements of the towers needs to be explained scientifically. The collapse of WTC 7 is also very suspicious.

I specialize in tooling design and manufacturing of metals. I deal with melting points, stress analysis, failure modes, and chemical analysis, of various metals, primarily ferrous materials, on a daily basis.
There are still many unanswered questions. I agree that we need a peer review and a new, complete investigation with pieces of evidence such as the molten steel with traces of thermite. The amount of money that has been spent on these FEMA and NIST reports could have been spent on building a replica of the WTC to help support their fire theory. I'm not talking about a full scale 110 story building, maybe about 20 floors, to see if their fire hypothesis will hold up.

The cause of building WTC 7's collapse per the single point failure article did not show how the forces were transmitted through the truss members from the supposed column on the east side of the building (the initiating event) through to the other columns which were several hundred feet away. The article mentions progressive failures from this initial event, however the video of the collapse shows no such progression. Each and west sides fell simultaneously.

There is so much evidence that has yet to be debunked or explained by the official story. - - - - The initial antenna drop in WTC 1 before the perimeter walls drop, accelerating into the path of most resistance, the concrete dust analysis and energy it took to make it, why the corners of the towers did not collapse at the same rate as the floors, the cut up core columns at ground zero, the lack of any photographic evidence whatsoever of any pancaked floors, the time it took to collapse, the energy needed to throw steel hundreds of feet, the squibs well below the collapse wave, and of course the collapse of WTC 7. - - - - Until such time that all this can be clearly explained without the use of explosives, I will throw my lot with fundamental laws of physics rather then the official story which defies those laws.

Interstate Hwy Design engineer on I-15 from Lehi to Provo, Utah. After that, I was appointed Utah DOT's Standards Engineer (I started with zero standards.) Some BPR Standards were adopted, Developed new format, construction details and all new standards for all types of state roads and highway construction, plus traffic control design, signage and standards. Revised the Utah Road Commission payment handbook, which determined the methods for calculating the contactor's payment. - - As a Facilities Engr, for Hercules, I was placed in charge of all roads, buildings, roofs, barricades, parking & utilities lines, including: acid, steam, air, water, sewer and N. gas, plus projects: using, air, hydraulic, explosion-proof equipment & handling equipment. - - Mapped 6 underground coal mines in Utah, They used Explosives. - - I had an day to day association with an Explosives Expert & Chemist for several years. - - In 1949 (USAF) I flew over many bombed German cities and witnessed the damage done by bombs in WWII. The corners of the bombed-out buildings stood up 10 to 30 feet higher than the middle portion of the straight perimeter walls of the damaged structures. (Not true for 911 Bldg. #7. I see that example as more proof that all 3 WTC buildings were Imploded. The corners failed due to the extra explosives. - - - - Lester D. Baker, P.E. - - Ogden, Utah
When a bldg drops/falls at free fall speed, it means to me that the floor above did not help, or cause the collapse of the next floor below (that would have caused a short delay). It means to me that there was no resistance, or delay by the floor below and therefore that floors below had already failed completely before the upper floor could get there. Each and every floor failed TIMELY. Only a well-controlled Implosion could do this 110 times in a row. And it was repeated for 2 more buildings (another 110 stories and then on another 47 story building.) - - I suspect that if any of the floors had failed untimely (too soon or too late), it would have caused a totally different failure scenario. Both would likely have missed the footprint below. The lower floors failed exactly as planned (which was about one-tenth of one second apart). Three huge buildings went down without a hitch. It could not have been better, if it were planned. And yet they say that it was NOT planned. If that is true, The only tougher job I can think of - is for someone to build one of those buildings - WITHOUT A PLAN - Timing may not be so critical. - - - - - - Seperate Comment: - - Why can't we find these EXPERTS, and these were EXPERTS that did this job? I suspect that there are only 5 or 10 people in the world, at most, who know how to even supervise this kind of job, and they all know each other, also, they would have access to the sources (find them too) of the explosives, Thermite, and other Specialties used on this project, etc. (That was a BIG, COMPLEX job.) So, many people in the business would know about it. This INFO should be easy to find (I bet they even advertise). With just a little waterboarding (JUST KIDDING), we would have our answers. Can you imagine that the U.S. Government is still continuing those trials and torturing those poor Arabs. In any of the videos, I never even saw one Arab, let alone any Arab giving orders to PULL IT. The owner had a big payday, that day, He had owned it only a few months. - - - - I have been very impressed with Mr. Richard Gage, Too bad, but the Constitution is either dead or fast asleep. Otherwise, why would they (your officials) have the nerve to prepare and obtain agreements with Canada and Mexico without protecting their butts. There are no borders, so there is no country, or Nation. Nations require borders, or they are nothing, except renegades. Do your police abide by the Constitutional principles and why not? For any Officer to serve a citation of any kind; there has to have been an INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR A CRIME COMMITTED. All other citations are issued under the de facto Officer doctrine under color of Law. (Ryder v. U.S. 515 U.S. 177). Very interesting. - - - - Another Subject: The Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal have ruled many times in the last 100 years that there is no contract between the Government officials/Police and the Citizens (in name only). If Mr. Gage ever talks to me, I will be happy to explain it to him. Sorry, but it is true.

Upon hours and hours of video review and listening to other professionals regarding the 911 events, it is clear to me that the story I have been lead to believe requires further investigation. That is to say, the pancake collapse theory that is being suggested by FEMA & NIST. Revisiting these videos years after, has allowed me to look at these events with a non-emotional point of view. My understanding of the laws of physics, structural dynamics, mechanics of materials, knowledge of explosive devices as well as the energy required to turn concrete into dust, suggest that there were in fact large amounts of high explosive devices used to bring the towers down.

Watching the WTC twin towers destruction, live on television, I was of course shocked thinking of the lives that were lost at that moment. I also thought that the engineers that constructed the building must have made a terrible structural error. Two months ago I saw a video of WTC 7 for the first time from the events on 9/11/2001, and I got an awful feeling. I realized immediately that I was watching a preplanned destruction of the building. What was shown was simply not something that a terrorist organization could accomplish. The only organization that had the sophistication to pull off what happened on 9/11 are sitting in the White House in Washington D.C. This compelled me to search on the internet to learn more about the events surrounding 9/11. It is too obvious that the facts presented by ae9/11truth.org and 911truth.org are a frightening reality that one day, all of us must accept. The question to answer now is; what can I do about it? As an individual there is little I can do, especially when the Congress of the United States are somehow controlled and manipulated. As a member of a group, we may be able to take action that will save the United States of America from a future far away from peace, freedom, and democracy.

Even though it may not be easy to see, it becomes quite obvious that the official story we have been told by the mass media and particularly by Fox news about the nature of the collapses is a lie. I suggest that a computer model be made for the WTC Towers, so that engineers can run the simulation and publish their results.

It is an engineering certainty that the buildings could not have collapsed from fire. Why haven't any, to my knowledge, of the engineering or science departments of any university acknowledged this fact? - - - - It is probably because they are concerned that they would lose their endowments. The nature of the collapses of the 3 buildings in New York City on 9/11 are far too questionable to accept the popular story of their destruction. The removal and recycling of the scrap steel, the pulverization of the concrete and other building materials, and the tell tale signs of controlled demolition all prevent me from taking the government findings as complete. Coupled with the PNAC paper that basically describes our current political situation in the world, the coincidence' is just too big a pill to swallow. A full and independent investigation should begin immediately.

I attended Texas Tech Univ. from 1988 to 1997 and graduated with an MS in Electrical Engineering. My first engineering job was for Agri-Tech, Inc. in Woodstock, VA from 1997 to 2000. I designed the computer controlled hardware and software for industrial fruit sorting machines used by packing houses. I then worked for an Electronic Design Automation firm Silicon Metrics in Austin, TX from 2000 to 2003. I designed software EDA tools for microprocessor firms.
I believe the 3 WTC buildings that fell were demolished with explosives. We have many things working against us trying to get the word out about 9/11: 1. The public education system has moved away from teaching technical skills and is deliberately dumbing us down. 2. There is less respect for human life today than there was at mid-century, though respect for human life now is better than it was in ancient times. In order for people to want an investigation into 9/11, they have to care about the people that died. Many people I've met simply don't care about the deaths on 9/11. 3. These is less social capital today than there was at mid-century. Read the book 'Bowling Alone.' When people become aware of 9/11, their network of acquaintances are so limited that the word can't spread. People rely on the media for information and opinions rather than each other. 4. The lemming effect gives people the instinct to appeal to authority and follow others. Almost the entire argument against the 9/11 Conspiracy is the appeal to authority and the reluctance to look at the information and form an independent opinion. If most of the 80,000 architects in AIA don't agree with Richard Gage, then he must be wrong.

I have always been disturbed by the videos of the WTC buildings collapsing: it seems to me that the twin towers could not have collapsed vertically to the ground as they did just from the side impacts of the planes at their uppermost stories. It doesn't make sense that fires from jet fuel could melt structural steel, let alone in sufficient quantity to collapse both towers. And what about Building 7, which was not hit by a plane at all? The official explanation does not seem to cover the facts as they appear to anyone watching the events unfold with a reasonable understanding of basic physics. If the official story were true, then why hasn't there been investigation and radical re-engineering of structural building codes for high-rises? The insurance companies and developers would demand this at a bare minimum.

I graduated in 2000 from Florida Tech. My diploma is a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. I work in Ohio until 2002 in the automotive industry. Then I worked in Czech Republic and ended up working on the Viaduct of Millau as a maintenance manager.
I have some experience on building and maintaining a steel structure because I worked on the viaduct of Millau for over three years. After viewing documentaries on internet and comparing the official version with facts, I started having doubts. I don't know much about material behaviors due to explosions and fire, but it is no big deal to understand what is true. A building with steel frame does not fall down because of fire. A building does not fall straight unless it is due to demolition, and does not fall at that speed. And where are the pancakes. How metal melted, and concrete turned to dust? And here are only few doubts I have on how the buildings fell. So many questions, so few true official answers.

The building collapses were initially suspicious but I accepted the theory for several years. I stumbled on Loose Change on the web and really watched the collapses. I noted the time it took for the buildings to fall. I saw the squibs. I learned the BBC reported WTC 7 collapse BEFORE it happened. I saw the lack of plane wreckage at the Pentagon. I read about Operation North Woods. All of this added up to a different explanation than what we were told.

Nowhere in academia or in practice is there evidence to support the NIST's assertion of a new phenomenon. This is a discredit to the entire Institute. Cover-up of truth, is however, not new at all, although it is enjoying an apparent resurgence in popularity. Why can't we get a serious and independent (non-government) investigation of this phenomenon?

Where to start! It is patently obvious to those who have not been brainwashed by the main stream media that the towers could not have failed as the official narrative tries to describe. Thought of the explosive nature, the speed, the symmetry and many other points too numerous to mention must surely lead us to some ask some very searching questions on what really happened?

In April 2007 I was astonished to find out that the WTC towers had collapsed on 9/11 had fell at nearly free-fall speed. After reviewing the videos of the two towers falling symmetrically into the path of most resistance I realized that something was very wrong.

I am an outsider, and initially I didn't think about the videos of the WTC buildings collapsing which I had seen only once on 9/11/2001. But then a friend had let me borrow In Plane Sight and Loose Change DVDs and I was initially very doubtful. But after seeing these videos, I was firmly convinced that 9/11 was an inside job. The more I thought about the building falling at free fall speed, the more I realized how ridiculously impossible that is - it's amazing that many of us saw that building fall and didn't realize the problem with the physics of a gravitational collapse explaining that kind of rapid and complete fall. Now, the free fall speed, the molten metal for weeks, the hole in the Pentagon, the air force stand down, the evidence is overwhelming for controlled demolition. My employers have included Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, GE Aircraft Engines, Teledyne CAE, Raytheon, USNavy Civil Service, Detroit Diesel Allison, Cummins Engine Company, and Hillenbrand Inc. As a Reliability and Quality Engineer for over 30 years, I was required to consider all of the facts associated with any engineering failure. Disciplines that required my constant awareness are design integrity, manufacturing defects, environmental exposure, life limiting factors, etc.
I was acutely aware of Engineering Cost Analysis and Life Cycle Cost Analysis, with many post graduate courses in these disciplines. My career was heavily biased toward statistical analysis and Warranty Cost Forecasting, requiring me to consider all possibilities, emphasizing the likelihood that the less likely events should be considered less heavily. Perhaps, this is why I was extremely reluctant to even consider the possibility that 9/11 could have been a staged event. What is the chance that our own government could pull that off and get away with it? I pondered. When I was confronted with the facts, and I considered the reality that the temperatures of jet fuel combustion do not support the suggested failure modes posed by the government's official report, I was forced into a paradigm shift. This reality has changed my entire perspective on the groups that I had previously dismissed as emotional, uneducated fools. I was wrong and I am grateful to the 9/11 Truthers for holding me accountable for the Truth! Now, I too am a 9/11 Truther. The facts about the collapse of three WTC buildings on 9/11/2001 just do not support the theory posed by the PBS Report, or the US Government's publication. There must be further explanation to satisfy my hunger for the truth about the horrible realities of the WTC and Pentagon murders. As an engineer, as a patriot, as citizen of the United States of America, I demand that the government which is accountable to its citizens appoint an independent commission to investigate and report on the Truth of 9/11/2001.

Even though my personal domain of competence is not civil engineering nor materials, I feel that the 'official version' of 9/11 does not make sense. There are very many specific questions that have not been answered satisfactorily (or not answered at all!). I feel that a serious inquiry should be carried out, but personally wonder whether we will ever know the truth and who are the real culprits.
