PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Without even speaking to the two tallest towers, it is obvious that Building 7 was a controlled demolition. I have training in structures, being a graduate in Civil Engineering. I have training in physics, having passed the rigorous curriculum at Ga. Tech. And it is obvious that building 7 came down at the acceleration that the force of gravity would require. That means that every connector that attached vertical members to horizontal connectors, at each floor level, had to give way completely, and simultaneously, such to bring down that building at the acceleration due to gravity. The 911 Report did not even address the spontaneous implosion of Building 7 at 5:20 PM on the afternoon of 911. The subsequent NIST Report issued years later, failed to explain it's conclusions, or at least failed to explain then in a manner that makes any physical or engineering sense. Therefore, in the interest of truth, and indeed of national security, a fair and impartial commission needs to be placed in charge of a new investigation. And sense the same engineering and physical concerns also surround the conclusions of the 911 Report that did deal with the twin towers, this investigation also needs to have the entire set of events of 911 as it's subject scope.

I am a software engineer who majored in Computer Science and minored in Information Science. I attained my associate's degree in 2009 while working on my bachelor's. I left college and pursued a career in software engineering after completing all technical courses required for my bachelor's, not wanting to pay for 'filler' courses to attain the degree.
After doing much research on the 3 WTC building collapses, I decided to do the math myself, as there is much debate on the topic. I have concluded that the buildings did indeed collapse at near free fall speeds while traveling through the path of most resistance and finally landing in their own footprint as they fell vertically with little horizontal trajectory. The findings of molten metal and thermitic residue in the buildings remains by multiple, independent, and credible sources drastically add to the question: What really happened that day? There is more than enough evidence to support the need for an independent study to determine how and why the 3 WTC skyscrapers collapsed in the fashion they did.

Having spent many hours viewing video recordings of the event from many different angles, it looks clear to me that the WTC could not possibly have simply collapsed at nearly free-fall speed. It was obvious on the day this happened that the twin towers were a controlled demolition. Being a New Yorker I have seen this kind of demolition many times. I've been a software engineer in several fortune 500 companies for over 30 years.
It was clear to me that something wasn't right when Building 7 fell. Never in the history of skyscrapers have any fallen due to a fire (jet fuel initiated or not) and never has a skyscraper fallen into its own footprint. It takes weeks of planning and precisely placed and timed explosives to bring a building down into its own footprint. Yet we are told to believe that not one, not two, but three skyscrapers came down into their own footprint in the same location caused by a plane crash and the ensuing fire. Oh, and pay no attention to the fact that no plane hit Building 7. It really doesn't take an expert to figure out that something is seriously wrong with this whole scenario. A serious independent investigation should have been done 13 years ago. What are the government and powers-that-be afraid of if their 'official story' is accurate?

I know it is impossible for the towers and wtc7 to have collapsed the way they did without resistance being removed as they fell. The near free-fall speed and uniformity of the collapse show that something (most likely explosives, as Steven Jones has shown) had to be used to remove that resistance. The towers and wtc7 would have slowed as they collapsed had the collapse been due to gravity alone. Also the collapse would have slowed quite rapidly - there would be no energy available for them to collapse to ground level as they did.

I have been studying the 9/11 events in depth ever since they were reported. My Computer Science education and experience, combined with countless hours of 9/11 research, has provided me with more than sufficient proof that the reporting of all 9/11 events, by both government and media, were deliberately false and misleading.
I concur with Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, that WTC buildings 1, 2, and 7, were all bought down as the result of carefully pre-planned demolition, rather than through processes offered as explanations by government agencies, such as NIST.

I have long believed that the destruction of the buildings was deliberate simply by the manner in which the buildings collapsed. I feel that there needed to be a reason for us to go to war and pass bills that remove our individual liberties and the U.S. government used the 9/11 'attacks' as this 'reason'. The amount of money that has been spent and the length of the current war are red flags in my opinion that this was not an outside terrorist attack.

Please look at David Handshuh's (NY Post) photo from the plane impact. He snapped a photo at the moment of collision from directly below the impact. It shows an explosion. Before long, the smoke formed a 1 mile diameter mushroom cloud.Many people believe it was Jet A fuel, however, that's IMPOSSIBLE.Jet A fuel does not explode at sea level under ANY CONDITION.This is not my opinion only. This is 40 years of data collected by FAA, DOT, NTSB, Army Corp of Engineers, NASA and Caltech~Jet A is Non-flammable. A Review of the Flammability Hazard of Jet AFAA-DOT Office of Aviation Research. Conclusions presented by the NIST does not make sense to anyone who has ever tried to collect the facts about 9/11. All people just deserve the investigation that would produce credible outcomes based on all facts known so far and considering and respecting natural science laws. All tragic events of 9/11 should be reopened and re-investigated in favor of all of us and our children.
