PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Originally earned an Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT in Melbourne. Then worked for 4 years at Technical Manager Land (Road and Rail) Transport for BHP Transport including work across Australia, in Indonesia, Peru and USA. Then a year at Roaduser International, a small international road transport research and consulting business. Finally set up my own consultancy John Lambert & Associates P/L. About 60% expert witness reports for legal or potential legal cases related to injury or death or damage associated with materials handling, forklifts, road transport, heavy vehicles, railways, or Agriculture. Around 30% expert engineering advice to road and rail transport related to loading, restraining loads and unloading etc.
I was an observer on TV from near the start. I knew the WT Towers were the tallest steel buildings in the world and that they had no concrete central lift towers. And in order to get to that height all the steel members were load sharing to high levels, and fire protection to steel weight minimized. I reasoned it was possible the initial explosion/ impact had blown the fire protection of a lot of steel members, and that the fire had then caused the steel to heat up over time until it was weakened to the degree that a floor level failed - outside steel members being thrown outwards - and the impact of the top of the tower dropping caused the next floor to fail and so on. However when the WTC Report came out I became aware of the failure of WTC7 and that raised a lot of queries for me especially as there was no plane impact or plane fuel fire. As a result I eventually became aware of AE911Truth and joined.

I find no historical or factual evidence to support the official theory of a pancake collapse due to a gas fire. Studying video footage of these towers being destroyed, I do not see a normal demolition collapse. Something totally new happened here: 200,000+ tons of steel de-molecularized and instantaneously turned into powder in mid-air. Why doesn't the steel hit the ground as in a normal demolition? Where are all the concrete and steel decking floors stacked up on the ground, as in a normal demolition? Where is the 70-story steel antenna spire and the football field of core elevator columns in the pile of debris for either tower? I challenge anyone to review the video footage while asking themselves these questions. Beyond obvious demolition techniques, what new technology is being used here? 90,000+ tons of concrete and 200,000+ tons of steel do not just disappear in midair, and float way as dust' yet that is what the video footage reveals. Matter doesn't just disintegrate. Why isn't the paper littering the streets of Manhattan burnt to a crisp?' how is it that organic matter of (paper) was not affected as the mountains of steel, concrete, office furniture, plumbing, electrical, mechanical units' all turned to dust? More questions remaining unanswered by the official story include: The non-resistance free-fall timing of the disintegrations, pictures of the diagonally molten cut base columns (used to 'walk' a building during demolition), unexplained basement explosions, the appearance of molten steel pouring out of the windows during the disintegrations, thermal evidence of molten steel in the rubble a weeks after the event, a pyroclastic cloud engulfing the island and leaving it 4inches deep in dust, the findings of an unknown substance of nano-thermite, and the collapse of Building Seven in a more traditional demolition-style freefall without significant fire or structural reason. These officially unexplained things are outside the natural laws of physics of a simple gas fire, especially for steel structures designed to withstand larger, multiple jetliner impact and structural fires. It would be interesting to follow the money-trail: were the buildings outdated, losing money, up to code, an environmental hazard costing more to fix than just tear down? Do we dare ask ourselves... Have we overlooked a profitable reason(s) for a secret demolition? To catalog the unfurling worldwide events since this day in 2001, I think a light must be held to the darkness and the question must be asked of those who have gained from this event, and what new technology coupled with nano-explosives can de-molecularize matter in mid-air? Why isn't the 70-story steel antenna spire and football field of elevator core steel columns of each tower in the piles on the ground? How has all this matter been turned to dust in midair? A practicing engineer for 3 decades and an avid student of engineering nearly my entire life, I have analyzed, designed and studied structures of all types, sizes and materials. I have not been directly involved with the design and construction of high rise steel frame, concrete core buildings. However, I have over the years designed steel framed facilities of every sort and have worked on a number of low rise steel and concrete office buildings. I have followed closely the official story of September 11, 2001 with a very keen interest as it pertains to my structural engineering profession.
Since shortly after 9/12/01, I have considered WTC 7 to be an intentional and very well executed controlled demolition. Every bit of evidence I have seen since that day has only solidified this belief. I withheld my opinion about the other WTC buildings until the 'official' building 7 story was released. I had decided that if the NIST report acknowledged the controlled demolition of WTC 7, I would grant latitude to the rest of the report. But it was all or nothing. That is the degree of my certainty about the fate of building 7. The official story of WTC 7 did not conclude it was a controlled demolition. Therefore, I find the entire 'official' NIST report subject to scrutiny. I assume that anything questionable in it is patently false until scientifically proven otherwise to my analytical satisfaction. This is the depth of distrust the building 7 story has created in me.

After viewing the documentation about the evidence surrounding World Trade Center 7, and comparing it to structural characteristics of building materials under fire conditions, the explanations given by NIST don't quite match up. While some structural failure of the building after prolonged exposure to fire conditions fueled by office materials is possible, large structural steel beams would yield slowly over time and the building collapsing all at once is all but impossible, unless it was engineered to do so.

According to official video coverage, it is not even clear what struck the first two towers (esp. by watching in slow motion), and WTC7 experienced no related impact whatsoever, aircraft or otherwise. Evidence that all three buildings were demolished professionally was observed by several eyewitness reports stating the presence of multiple explosions and confirmed through forensic analysis, specifically research by Dr. Steven E. Jones of BYU (whom to this date is the only individual I am aware of who performed ANY forensic analysis on the building debris). Further, Larry Silverstein's public pull it statement regarding WTC7 was particularly incriminating and obvious, his profit of $500M resulting from his prescient insurance policy on the building notwithstanding.

At first I could not believe that the world trade center buildings 1 and 2 were taken down by demolitions, but after doing my research, seeing several documentaries on general demolitions I began to compare the collapse of building 7 to the footage of normal building demolitions. As I continued to research the events of 9/11 it became clear to me that there needs to be a serious independent study of the events and the collapse of buildings 1, 2 and 7. Now, there is no question in my mind that all three building were taken down by controlled demolitions. One question that I did have in the following days of 9/11 was the statement that all steel was being sent to China, having grown up in a steel town in Ohio, I couldn't imagine that the steel would not have been kept for investigation.

The fact that building 7, with limited office fires in a relatively small portion of the building, collapsed instantaneously and symmetrically at the acceleration of gravity with almost no resistance at all from the concrete and steel below is alone bizarre enough to warrant further investigation. I am very concerned about the official story that the buildings collapsed due to structural failure for the following reasons: 1. I can clearly see blasts, unrelated to the plane impact sight, coming out of both towers as they fell. 2. It is clear that you can hear explosions as well. 3. Towers 1 and 2 don't appear to fail and collapse, rather they buildings appear to explode and crumble. It also appears to me that that towers 1 and 2 were exploded from the top down (as you can see blasts coming out of the building from the top down, and not bottom up), to give the appearance that they were collapsing from the top down. I believe that detonations went off in the basements of the towers to weaken them, but the final explosions were set off as the final collapses were initiated - from the top right down to the bottom. 4. WT7 appears more blatant - as it clearly falls from the bottom up. I have never in my life seen a pristine spontaneous free-fall such as this - except in controlled demolition. I am outraged that this was pulled off in plain sight of all of us, and that it was done with such arrogance. The arrogance that is maddening is that even if whoever was responsible believes we cannot all possibly be as stupid as the official story, they are arrogant to have a who cares attitude. Indeed they have remained untouchable.

I've worked on many high rise buildings of the same structural properties as those of the twin towers.
In my opinion the collapse of these structures I viewed on video many times could not have collapsed in ten to fifteen seconds by the fault of a plane crash. The temperature of jet fuel isn't high enough to cause the damage or destruction that was done to these structures. I feel there were other contributing factors involved to create such damage to these buildings. I would guess that H/E used in demolition would have to be placed in the right areas to cause these structures to collapse in the way they did.

I have read extensively about the 9/11 events and it is clear to me that the official story doesn't add up. One of the peculiar aspects for example of the collapse of WTC one is the fact that the upper portion of the building has clearly detached from the lower and has started to rotate. This piece should in my opinion have landed somewhere away from the rest of the rubble in still recognizable form. WTC 7 is of course the real smoking gun with testimony of explosions by people such as Barry Jennings.

I used to pick up progress reports and partial blueprints from the mailbox every few months as the WTC's were going up. My father went from Seattle to N.Y.C. for the Grand Opening celebration. It was a focal point of enthusiasm in our house. Issues like Kaiser aluminum claiming to be able to conquer the aluminum-steel interface problem and others were discussed. I since spent some time in energy resource exploitation plant construction until I decided that money and not sanity was governing this industry. It didn't take long to figure out. I have been in poverty ever since.
The charges were put in as construction proceeded. I have known this for over 40 years. The WTC was losing over $10 million per year. The aluminum was falling off the outside and the building was condemned to be brought down by 2007 at a projected cost of $4.5 to $5 billion. BlackStone(BlackRock) and L. Silverstein knew the particulars mentioned herein and bought it anyway for $166 million. The rest further indicates conspiracy to defraud and commit genocide against occupants at this location and in the process defraud the insurance company investors of good faith policyholders of their combined equities. Other parties to this transaction knew these particulars as well.

I find it very hard to belive the official report. The twin towers falling at near free fall speed into their own foot print after being hit high is just not an acceptable explanation. And Building 7 not being hit at all and falling in the same manner due to debris and small fires is an insult to anyone with the ability to tie their own shoes. I pray to god the talk about our own government knowing about the attack is not true. Truth is we deserve to know what really happened. If a terrorist group was smart enough to circumvent our security so be it. We will have to live with that and take measures to prevent future events. If something more sinister took place, the people responsible have to be held accountable.

I was 16 when the 3 buildings only 50 miles away from my house collapsed in on themselves. I became suspicious almost immediately. I watched the news for weeks just like everyone else. Each day a new development and none of it made any sense to me. Since then I have watched countless videos proving and disproving the conspiracies. I have no doubt in my mind that these buildings had fallen from means we were not informed of by our Government. The buildings had been specifically created to withstand plane crashes. Several people had reported explosions minutes and seconds before the buildings had collapsed. All 3 buildings had pools of molten steel, 1 of which was not hit by a plane. Building 7. The most suspicious of the 3. When I watched that building fall in on itself I was flabberghasted. No high rise steel reinforced buildings in the history of high rise steel reinforced buildings have ever fallen in on themselves in that manner because of a few floors being on fire. Until that day. Yet no official investigation was even mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report. Which of course the 2 people put in charge of the commission (Thomas Kean (Chairman) and Lee H. Hamilton (Vice Chairman) ) have both publicly admitted that the C.I.A. had obstructed their investigation and that the commission is missing key points of information needed to come to a real conclusion of what had happened. That fact alone should give every American reason to believe we are being lied to or just simply malinformed. As John F. Kennedy has said ...Government at all levels must meet it's obligation to provide you with the fullest possible information, outside the narrowest limits of national security.. Our Government as failed to provide us with the fullest possible information regarding 9/11. And I call for a nonpartisan reinvestigation into the facts. Though we are 9 years in the future from when it should have been investigated and many facts will be hard to determine from the loss of the materials from the site. As they were shipped to be recycled mere days after the incident. Even though every inch of metal and concrete should have been dealt with as evidence. I have tremendous faith that the facts will show that not only did our Government not act accordingly, but that we (whether or not we had a hand in it's forthcoming) had used the incident to rationalize a war that never needed to take place. I could go on for hours or even days on why I have no confidence in the investigation presented to us. The knowledge I've come across literally spans thousands of hours of research and reflection. And I know there are millions of other Americans who have invested more or less the same amount of time and effort, many of whom have practical and hands on experience with sciences and technology that would only help their understanding of the situation more than I ever could. The people are speaking and the Government installed to protect those people are ignoring. We demand a new investigation.

What happened to the maintenance man, William Rodriguez's testimony that he heard massive explosions in the basement prior to the planes hitting? His testimony was completely stricken from the report. Inside Job, you better believe it and the culprits will be brought to justice. It is just a matter of time. Something marvelous called Nesara or Gesara was supposed to be announced which would call for the resignation of both houses as well as the supreme courts as they are all traitors who have sworn to uphold the constitution.
