PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I've worked as a writer and editor for over 10 years, including positions at mainstream daily newspapers and community journals. I've written several stories about issues relating to 9/11. Due to my research, I do not believe the towers fell the way the U.S. government claims.
I have viewed a lot of footage regarding Sept. 11, 2001, and the series of events really does not seem to add up. Steel buildings do not disintegrate from a strike, even if you add jet fuel. And there's been no justifiable explanation given for the WTC 7's collapse. I, along with thousands of other concerned citizens, call for a re-investigation of the events. This should be done by a true and impartial team of experts who have no governmental ties or agendas.

With my background in the physics of gravity I knew when it was happening early am on 9/11/01 those buildings were coming down due to sophisticated explosives.
My office was across street from the 69th Regiment Armory, Lexington Ave @ 26th St where Mayor Giuliani sent family member to look for their love one's after the buildings collapsed. Thousands of people on this small street of 26th believing they would find their loved ones. They came with photo's and many stories. With posters of pictures and contact information. Every inch of wall space was posted with people who were not coming home as they were annihilated, meaning reduced to nonexistence as were the computers, desk, chairs, refrigerators, sinks, toilets etc etc in largest buildings in NYC to dust. Fires do not do that. When i get back to FL 3rd week in April I will send this site and post photos that were in NYC Newspapers in the days after 9/11. Of the people trapped in the burning buildings looking out the windows, staring at the ground from the roof. Beautiful blue sky behind the them. Other's in free fall from the roofs as they knew there was no escape.Destiny had arrived at the door. These are the faces of death when a person knows it is over. The fall took about 21 seconds which compares with the 18 seconds of a dropped softball. This short time supports the conversation: Cascading concrete slabs were engaged in successive inelastic collisions. Reaction (inertial) forces from next-stricken slabs provided the only restraining (fall-slowing) forces. Applied (bracing) forces were apparently absent in this case. Brace-removing explosives are suspect. A Qbasic computer program which tracks the progress of the fall encourages the conversation.

If I cannot believe my own eyes, why should I believe a written report that says something else? My personal observation of the rapid descent of massive steel framed buildings in under 10 seconds on 9/11, followed by analytical observation of what I was being told by the news media as opposed to what my eyes and ears told me, resulted in my developing serious doubts about what has come to be called the official story of 9/11. I want to know why Larry Silverstein is on VIDEO RECORD stating that the WTC 7 was going to be pulled in advance of the collapse of that building. I want to know why the THREE WTC buildings collapsed symmetrically, in virtual free fall, when the official explanation given to the United States citizens and the world said that the heat of the fires resulting from jet fuel contained by the airplanes causing the building to collapse, when never in history has a steel-frame building collapsed due to jet fuel or even from a plane colliding with such a building. I want to know what was going on with the pool of molten whatever that continued to burn for MONTHS after the buildings came down and the WTC site was cleared. And I want to know why the EVIDENCE of the largest CRIME SCENE in United States history was cleared away in record time, the damaged and twisted steel shipped off to China, and why NO FORENSIC research or examination was ever done. I could continue ad infinitude. These are questions THE FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO DIED in the World Trade Centers on 9/11 would like answered. I believe it is REASONABLE to INVESTIGATE the cause of these anomalies. We are talking scientifically provable events, which differ greatly from the details of official story. In particular, I'd like to know why the NIST report is at such variance with observable fact and the laws of physics that a college freshman can recite. I believe this is evidence of a failed plan to bring down the buildings simultaneously with the plane attack. 7) Picture of a bright red explosion immediately before the collapse of WTC 1. 8) Pictures of WTC buildings with gaping holes in them where you would expect a mountain of debris in two different videos. 8 minutes 1 second into In Memorial video narrated by Rudy Guliani and 1 minute 10 seconds into video shown at 2008 Republican National Convention. We do every type of structural welding (including thermite), all types of pipe specializing in purge process, all types of alloy welding, and are generally well versed in all types of welding with the exception of underwater processes.
When I watched the news and watched the buildings fall, I turned to my wife and said "that was an implosion." We do work on high rises and are very aware of how well those beams are protected. Also, there is not enough heat produced by burning jet fuel to cause any kind of steel failure. Some sag maybe but that would be the extent of it. No building collapses into it's own footprint without demolition.

Being aircraft engineer with back ground in aircraft crash investigation along with explosive management, I do not think it is possible for such giant buildings to collapse in such a manner after aircraft impact. It is almost impossible.

The fundamental laws of materials and physics are categorically, overwhelmingly subverted by the 'official story' - as any truly academic-minded person surely knows if they have allowed their mind to consider/examine/test 'data' methodically. Richard Gage and others have done respectful jobs presenting so many obvious contradictions - and I applaud them. My genuine, enthused knowledge of all things 1687-Newtonian, coupled with awareness and wisdom I've acquired through the good graces of wise sages/mentors - as well as through completion of many proving-ground practicums in the 'school of hard knocks' - has forever relegated me to the contingent of those who not only question...but emphatically refuse to accept the official story. Besides the elementary, fatal flaw of that 'story' instantly and irrefutably outed by the freefall-speed collapse of all three skyscrapers - I'm troubled by apparent lack of attention to and scientific respect for some other digitally archived evidentiary issues. After the JP8 fuel was consumed and the fires were oxygen/fuel starved (clearly so by virtue of the billowing, black plumes of smoke emitting from both Tower 1 and 2), at the moments just before collapses began - there were clearly significant, circumferential rings of explosions manifested in huge yellow/orange/red fireballs that erupted through the clouds of pulverized concrete that appeared so suddenly. What were the sources of THOSE explosions sans JP8? Then, after one studies the looped-video collapse of the Tower embedded on Richard's AE911Truth site...I would ask that attention be drawn to the lower left-hand corner near the end of the collapse sequence. One can observe several - but one significant - explosive plumes that emit upward and outward from the center of the Tower. These plumes reach skyward, arch and peak, and then fall back toward the earth by virtue of gravity. If every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and when one reflects on projectile-motion properties - I would ask what (obvious) forces existed that created those plumes. I believe aerial pics of this collapse clearly show multiple plumes emanating from the center of the Tower, virtually encircling the core like Medusa dreadlocks. Frankly, there are so many fundamental aspects related to laws of science that prove beyond any reasonable doubt that their was controlled demolition - I'm flabbergasted as to how so many in the engineering/architecture/scientific community can possibly remain on the sidelines when the 'rationale' for far too many hideous, global realities was-is-remains all-things 911.

A land surveyor often stakes offices and other large buildings and we sometimes monitor these and adjoining buildings during construction. Any observant person can see the redundancy in the building construction.
No single column failure would result in a catastrophic collapse. All three buildings fell into the path of MOST resistance, not least resistance. This is impossible without removing the resistance. This is why there has been no record of a steel framed building collapsing in the way the three Manhattan buildings collapsed. Close up views of the North Tower show the building disintegrating above the impact area and the top of the building is descending while the portion of the building below the impact is not moving, proving that a demolition is taking place. The South Tower is tilting into the path of least resistance and suddenly it collapses straight down into the path of greatest resistance. The North and South Towers were hit at greatly different heights leaving the South Tower with substantially more weight above the impact area than the North Tower, yet somehow the physics of this great (crushing) weight did not accelerate the collapse of the South Tower in any significant way over the North Tower. Building No. 7 is clearly, without a doubt, a controlled demolition. The fact that if there was not foul play then those in control of the investigations and the Justice dept would have no qualms in allowing a fully independent investigation. In fact, if they are as innocent as they claim, a fully independent investigation would exonerate them. This was about the Caspian Sea and the oil and gas pipelines through Afghanistan and the uncooperative Taliban who were opposing the CentGas pipeline.

I am 23 years old, I am a musician. I have been researching 9/11 for a number of years now, and have been active in the 9/11 truth movement for some time. It has essentially consumed my life, and I do my best to use my platform as a musician to spread the awareness to as many people as I possibly can.
First of all I want to say thank you so much to AE911 Truth, you guys have really given this movement the proper credibility it needs to move forward. You are all heroes, and I admire you deeply. As far as the collapses themselves go, I think it is fairly obvious just by simple observation with an open mind that these buildings could not have come down the way we were lead to believe. The uniform nature of the twin towers collapse, and the rapid speed at which they came down is enough to spark you interest. The basic laws of physics and conservation of energy prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that something else has to be involved. Building 7....it took me 6.5 seconds to realize that this collapse was not a result of a fire. Even if 25% of the building was caved in (which has been proven to be false) the straight down free fall acceleration collapse we all witnessed is still not possible without the use of explosives. This coupled with the fact that great men like Steven Jones and Niels Harrit have found nano-thermite in the dust makes the need for a new investigation the most essential issue facing humanity today. Thank you for all you do, never give up for there is no stopping an idea whose time has come.

On 9/11, I was just starting 7th grade, throughout the day students were leaving class to go home, they were being picked up by their parents. The students in middle school, such as myself, had not been told of what happened, they only told the high school students for some reason. When I got home my father surprised me because he was home early. As I walked into the house I saw him watching CNN. They were just showing the video of the collapse and the towers burning earlier that day. He told me that the Department of National Defense, which he worked for, had sent everyone home after the second plane hit. My initial reaction after seeing the footage of the Twin Towers collapsing was: It looks like a controlled demolition. My father went on to tell me that Arab extremists had attacked the building by flying hijacked planes into it and that the impact of the planes had caused the buildings to collapse. I repeated again But it looks like a controlled demolition. Of course at the time I was only 12 years old and did not realize the implications of it being a controlled demolition. After watching the TV footage CNN had on replay, I later asked him Why would anybody attack a building full of innocent people. It doesn't make sense. He replied: Well that's Muslim extremists for you, they're just crazy. It just didn't make sense to me. That is all I really remember from my experience on the day of September 11th 2001.

I am a member of a long line of commercial/industrial building contractors. My immediate family has been erecting steel-frame buildings in New York since the 1940s. I personally worked in the building trades for over ten years. As general contractors, we have hired other forces to take down large buildings using controlled demolition in order to pave the way for our new construction.
Using the naked eye alone, it is nearly irrefutable that the twin towers, as well as WTC Building 7, were brought down using controlled demolition. Steel-frame structures behave like steel-frame structures...EVERY TIME. There is only one way to explain the uniformity and symmetry with which the 9/11 buildings fell: controlled demolition.

Despite having made 5 years (not full time) University studies in Physics (pure), and not working in the field, I still have a PURE scientific and logical mind and can see a canard when I see one; and if one tell me it's a chicken when it's a canard, I won't be fooled ! Firstly, the planes shock was NOT sufficient to induce such a collapse; Secondly, neither the fuel fire that CAN'T melt any steel, neither softening it to the point of inducing a swift break as it did; Thirdly, IF a softening WOULD be the cause of that IMPOSSIBLE collapse, it would have induced a GRADUAL TILT of the section above impact in the direction of impact, without producing that EXPLOSION LIKE event; Fourthly, since the fire in the first collapsing tower was on the verge of extinguishable (fire smoke on disparaging path) for tens of minutes, thus structurally cooling, and that it being struck last (45 min. later), this collapse defies logic and the laws of physics; Fifty, such a WOULD BE structural GRAVITATIONAL collapse would NOT have proceeded below ground level; Sixty, the amount of melted steel below ground level that lasted for WEEKS, IS PROOF that exterior physic-chemical agents were used in this destruction that ALL ELEMENTS points to a CONTROLLED DEMOLITION ! Finally, THREE (3) towers down on TWO stricken is TOO MUCK for logic : the third HAD to be controlled demolished, hence the two others !

When I learned this May (2010) about the collapse of WTC7 on 9/11 2001 from watching the video footage from CBS and NBC of its collapse, I thought (and still think) that the collapse was due to a controlled demolition, and when I learned (a few days after I watched the videos) that the official story attributes the collapse to fires, I was ALARMED by the SHOCKING discrepancy between the videos and the official story! My conscience simply does not allow me to ignore this discrepancy.

These building collapses give every indication of being demolitions. They collapsed into their own footprints and did not destroy the buildings adjacent to them. WTC staff report explosions going off in the building before they collapsed. Building 7 was not hit by an airplane, but it collapsed into its own footprint as well. Owner, Silverstein acknowledges on tape, There was so much loss of life . . . We agreed to pull it. Evidence indicates foreknowledge by government officials given the BBC announced that Building 7 had collapsed while it was still standing. Government officials say they never conceived of an attack on high rises, but the DOD conducted a training exercise that replicated the exact 911 scenario and flight plan on 6/1 - 6/3/2010

Why showed the 47 columns core of WTC 1 + 2 no resistance, fell down in free fall speed? I think some minutes before the collapse they were weakened. The unknown commander in the 'Giuliani bunker' in the 23rd story of WTC 7 pressed the knob and ignited in the deep basement, at the contact granite to core columns, the brought down nanothermit. It smoothed the 47 steal columns over 2 - 3 basement stories. Temperatures over 1200 grad of Celsius development. Mr. Rodriguez, the janitor of the twins, described a man, who flee from the basement heat to the surface. His skin was burned, fell from his arms undo face. The melting of the core column feet caused a total change of the tower static. Now the steal columns which were calculate for pressure stress had to bear pull stress. They hang in the air, because their feet were molten, building liquid steal pools. Weld seams opened, 10 000 of bolts elongated and ripped out together with nuts and flanges. A sudden explosion fulfilled with their shaking the work of destroying the connections. Now the 260 outer square columns had to bear the whole load of the tower, the core columns and ceilings with the concrete floors. WTC 2 was ready for destroying. At the 'explosion cut' high above nanothermit melted the 260 outer columns symmetrically.Two or three minutes before the south tower fell one could see molten steal at a corner of this cut spraying down. Here the 'destructiveness' didn't work properly! By the big explosion the upper part of the tower was lifted and fell like a hammer at the core. Further explosions, tatted with the fall velocity, take place, 'scrumps' came out of the broken windows. Several mushroom formed 'fly parabolic curves' of the tower debris showed that there were two powers working: gravity and the centrifugal explosion power. Every physicist who saw this, can interpret this only in one way: controlled demolition by explosives.

The major infrastructure consisted of many steel columns on the order of 3' x 4' at the base, with some wall thicknesses in excess of 6---- These dimensions in structual steel do not allow for clean breaking ---- Bending- -- OK.---- To say nothing about the structure it supports dropping @32 feet/ per sec / per sec. Another thing --- Each floor of the towers was 1 acre of concrete --- probably 4 to 5 inches thick with at least 6x6x10 steel mesh reinforcement. Yet, all were reduced to a pyroclastic flow that blanketed the island from river to river in ankle deep dust approaching air-float density. Little or no concrete, just dust! Let's not forget the girder that fell into a building a block away! There are many more things that tried to make a liar of Mother Nature on that day, but this will do for now.

My first thought on seeing the vertical collapse of the first tower was Is that possible? Well, if it isn't I'll hear about it later. My attention then turned to the human disaster. It wasn't until December 2006 that I came across Professor Steven Jones' paper and realised that there had to be a major issue here. I read further articles and books, discussed issues at meetings and contributed in forum discussions. My attention turned to the question of how it is possible to keep something like this quiet for so long, since that would mean that normal scientific processes were being interfered with in a big way. The fact that this petition is even necessary means that there has to be something hugely wrong.

I have lived, for the past nine years, with the events of 9/11 haunting me nearly everyday. What started out as anger and what I then thought of as patriotism, has now turned into guilt, fear, and unrelenting anxiety. Starving for the truth as to what exactly happened that day... and what's continued to happen from that point on. In the Fall of 2001, I was only 18 years old. The college that I was attending was located less than a mile away from an airport. When news struck of what was going on in NYC and at the Pentagon, we were immediately dismissed (evacuated) from class with instructions to get away from the school/airport area. As a friend of mine and myself made the terrifying one hour trip back to our home town, we listened to the radio in a desperate grasp for what was happening. Ironically enough... Howard Stern was giving the most detailed account of what was going on in NYC that day. Our minds were filled with thoughts of more attacks, war, and even being selected for the draft. Thankfully, neither of us ended up fighting in Iraq. Life slowly went back to normal, that is, until more and more evidence started to come about of a possibly conspiracy within our government being involved in the attacks of September 11th. Now, as a parent, I strongly fear for my 7 month old daughters future. In my mind, I feel that things can only become more distorted and volatile in our nation. Feeling there is no end in sight, to the hypocrisy and deceit that plagues our country. Tired of being misinformed by the media as well as the people who run the United States of America... I now search for help, information, and guidance. I would also like to offer my assistance in spreading the word about the need for real answers regarding the historic events of September 11th, 2001. I was working on the core-and-shell retrofit of the landmark Bank of New York building at 48 Wall Street the morning of 9/11/2001. After being notified that the WTC north tower was on fire, I paused a project meeting for a 15 minute break. We never got back to it. I personally stood at the corner of Liberty Park, which is across from WTC Borders Book Store when the second plane hit. The things that went on over the next few days I have always wondered about and questioned in my mind. On day three, I was called back for the disconnect of 48 Wall St. from the power grid. This was necessary, as the electric company would be attempting to power up downtown and did not want to electrically blow out any buildings on power up. How amazing it was to witness; truly an incredible effort to re-set a temporary power grid above ground over all of the lower downtown area in such a short time. Especially, which I did not know at the time, the main power feeds were completely severed from the collapse. The quantity of heavy cabling required on site so quickly and laid out on the street surfaces - alone an incredibly coordinated task - add to it all the volcanic ash type dusting, vehicles all over the areas and war zone type images. Now in retrospect, the coordinated removal of the debris began immediately. The firm I was with had assigned one or two engineers to assist on dismantling design and sketching. They along with one of the firms huge cranes were removed shortly after. From my first basic structural classes, I was told that the biggest danger to a steel structure that was exposed to high heat was that the affected or exposed steel would eventually lose its integrity and become rubbery - stressed past its modulus of elasticity. In witnessing the second plane hit the south/east corner of the south tower, and assuming that the heat was intense enough - long enough, the tower would have failed at and around impact height. In my opinion, it should have looked like a wrecked car that had been broadsided. The building would have been compromised from that corner and up and diagonally. To the extent that adjacent structural bays away from impact or heat areas would have reacted from the new imposed lateral and vertical stresses, I cannot speculate, I would only say that it would have been slow. That's all for now . . . My prayers to all those firemen (many just boys, it seemed), whose faces I looked at as they got out of their cars and pick-ups and were suiting up in fire equipment. The faces of disbelief as they walked the block or two towards WTC. These are but a few images I will never forget.

The fact that WTC Building 7, which had not been hit by an airliner, collapsed at nearly free-fall speed, with all the characteristics of a controlled demolition, is as close as possible to absolute proof that the official story is false.
