To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am not an Architect and not a member of your group, but I have been a member of ny9/11truth, ny9/11t-action and nyccan.org for the past 6 years. I have collected many signatures for the 9/11 Ballot Initiative here in NYC for a new independent investigation of 9/11. Unfortunately our hard work and determination were slighted when the 70 000 signatures were eliminated by the NY City Clerk, thus gagging the voices of 70 000 New Yorkers. I am German born but a naturalized US citizen, traveled all over the world as a PAA in flight purser, retired now, but not retired to do everything in my power to get the truth out about 9/11.
My initial response to the collapse of the towers and building 7 into their footprints was that no building would collapse in this fashion having been hit by a plane. Building 7 in particular was strange, as it was not struck by a plane, and the fires that one could see smoldering and not raging were not enough to bring the building down in such a fashion. For a while I was in denial, but then I heard Dr. David Ray Griffin speak here in NY at a 9/11truth meeting and he convinced me that not all of what our government had been telling us was true. After that I continued reading, especially the scientific data and became an active member in ny9/11truth.

There are enough questions being raised about the events on 9/11 in New York, Washington DC and Pennsylvania that a new investigation is appropriate. There are numerous question that this group, and others have raised. The rebuttals that I have seen have often been vague and have not addressed the specific point that was being raised. These rebuttals have left me uneasy about the 'official' story.

I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2002, and began working for an engineering consulting firm in San Francisco in the beginning of 2003, where I continue to work as Mechanical Engineer. I have been a licensed Mechanical Engineer in California since 2006.
When I found the information about the collapse of the three WTC buildings, I noticed that it is clear that the official account of what caused the collapse does not explain all of the observed behavior of the buildings before, during, and after their collapse. I think that a more rigorous investigation is required into what caused these buildings to collapse, regardless of how uncomfortable some of the information that may uncover may be.

Born and raised NY resident, traveled for family and pleasure many times to NYC. Visited the WTC and Windows on the World restaurant many times as a child and young adult and was always amazed at their size, presence and beauty. The attacks seems too sophisticated for a radical group to execute without help or support of a more strategic plan. I do have my doubts and reservations about how the buildings fell so perfectly and how they are the only three steel buildings of their size to collapse in history due to fire. Puzzled by how there were very few plane parts at any of crash sites compared to other crash sites for planes that have crashed pre/post 9/11.

From sound, logical, reasonable, scientific, evidence I believe that the WTC high-rise collapses were destroyed with the use of planned explosives. They fell symmetrically, the buildings were designed not to fall from even a larger plane crash, and the fires burning were not caused by the plane crashes or office fires because they burned too hot.

Official story to the 9/11 terrorism attack is frankly a joke. Evidence is proved here and in other sites that the massive destruction could not possibly have been caused by jet fuel. I recall being fixated in front of my television watching the news the day that the Twin Towers and Pentagon were hit. It had a huge impact on me emotionally and psychologically and, for the most part, I believed the information that the media and government were saying concerning this horrific event. A couple of years after 9/11, I began to research information concerning other possible scenarios of how all of these things could have occurred. The information, however, was, generally, from unreliable sources which made me question, at times, the validity of their claims. To me, however, it made perfect sense that the Bush Administration could have known or been involved in the attacks on 9/11 given the aims and objectives of PNAC and the very close ties that it had with said administration. There were just too many questions, however, concerning the events of that day which remained unanswered. It was very refreshing and enlightening to watch the movie by your organization (A & E for 9/11 Truth) about this tragedy from a source that is legitimate and working to uncover the truth from a scientific perspective. Hopefully, enough people will begin to demand an independent and scientifically based investigation of what really happened on 9/11 so that the real perpetrators of this crime will be brought to justice. I watched the movie tonight and like the one woman psychologist who was talking about how the truth hit her in the stomach, that is what happened to me. Even without the overwhelming evidence brought forth by AE Truth it is clear that the collapse of Building 7 is an unnatural event. Steel buildings don't just hog and fall from the sky because of an office fire. The real challenge is to bring a consensus to the public that the event needs to be re-opened and investigated. The Box Cutter Story is weak, but once Building 7 is brought in to the narrative, the Official Story begins to collapse in on itself.

The official story of 9/11 from the federally sponsored 9/11 Commission is a complete farce. It displays the same willful ignorance employed by the federally sponsored Warren Commission on the Assassination of JFK. Both have fingerprints of the CIA/Defense sector of our federal government which operates with the support of our elected officials and benefits from the blind-eye turned onto them by our mass-media.
