PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My first thought on seeing the vertical collapse of the first tower was Is that possible? Well, if it isn't I'll hear about it later. My attention then turned to the human disaster. It wasn't until December 2006 that I came across Professor Steven Jones' paper and realised that there had to be a major issue here. I read further articles and books, discussed issues at meetings and contributed in forum discussions. My attention turned to the question of how it is possible to keep something like this quiet for so long, since that would mean that normal scientific processes were being interfered with in a big way. The fact that this petition is even necessary means that there has to be something hugely wrong.

I've been aware that the official account of 9/11 was false since before AE 9/11 Truth was founded, but for professional reasons I was unable to sign until now. My guess is that for every AE that signs there are at least ten that don't for the same reason as me. I have the utmost admiration and respect for Richard Gage and everyone engaged in this effort. The evidence of controlled demolition for all three World Trade Center towers is overwhelming. In contrast, the official explanation relies on assertions but no evidence. The failure of the United States to investigate 9/11, the crime of the century, has placed a stain of corruption on our nation. Those public officials who continue to block a legitimate investigation of the events of 9/11 are complicit in the crime. Only the truth can set us free and restore integrity to our nation and government.

FEMA and NIST have been unable to explain the mechanism by which WTC1 and WTC2 have collapsed (the 'pancake theory' set forth by FEMA has been denied by NIST). Again, the only possible explanation for the collapse of these two buildings is by explosive demolition.

All my life I have been interested in the physical world and have observed the way things worked and interacted. Out of high school I went into the Navy and worked on aircraft, learning the fundamentals of how planes fly and the workings of aircraft carriers. After 18 years at large, watching the world, I started my engineering education at City College in SF, transferred to San Francisco State and graduated in 2000 with my BS in Civil Engineering. While at SFSU, I took great interest in the controlled demolition of a seismically damaged dormitory on campus, watching it in person. I obtained videos of other controlled demos just to study how the structures fell. I have been working for Caltrans as a bridge engineer since 2000. While I don't remember all the formulas for the physics, I certainly retain my understanding of the physical laws of the known universe.
Once I recovered from my initial shock of the WTC collapses and started watching the videos over and over, it became quite obvious that a controlled demolition had occurred. The photos of the massive steel backbone of WTC1 & 2 as they were being built should make even the most casual observer question how such a robust structure could possibly collapse, essentially into its own footprint without the help of controlled demolition. Count how many stars there are in the universe and that number may approach the odds of even one of the towers collapsing into its own footprint, let alone two or three. I knew WTC7 was a controlled demo the instant I saw it go down. It collapsed from the bottom up - the support for the lower floors had to be blown out of the way as the upper floors came down. When one stands back and looks at the larger picture, things become quite sinister. The high level of planning and secrecy required to pull off such an insane scheme as 9/11 is mind boggling. Apparently a CIA field office was located in WTC7...that's enough incriminating evidence for me...to...oh boy! Now we're beyond the engineering into the real scary stuff.

From the moment I saw the plane 'melt' into the tower, I felt as if I was watching a bad cartoon lampoon where the character runs through solid rock leaving an unbroken outline. No break up of the plane, no flying debris, engines, and even the fragile wing tips melted into the steel facade like butter, leaving a perfect negative impression! The whole crazy incident was surreal in so many ways! How could it have ever even happen? TWICE? No USAF defense in the skies? Nothing? Then all the other anomalies too numerous to mention going on elsewhere, in the most secure airspace in DC...another plane flies into the Pentagon? Oh brother! I was so torn...is this more sad, scary or hilariously pathetic? And this was before all the other unbelievable inconsistencies, too numerous to mention! But those towers blowing into powder and falling into tidy little piles, no bodies, no office debris, just DUST, was too much to bear. (But they found intact 'terrorist' ID's!) And they called me a conspiracy freak and disrespectful!!!

I've taken a few classes in computer science at community college.
My thoughts that day of the buildings collapsing were that terrorists had somehow managed to also get inside the building and had planted bombs. That they came down like controlled explosions that happen here in Las Vegas when they demolish old buildings. But then the media convinced me that it was the planes. I am an aircraft maintenance technician with a major airline in the United States. I understand the technical abilities required to pilot Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft and I do not believe that the accused hijackers of 9-11 were capable of the outstanding feats of piloting we are expected to believe. I remember looking forward to the first television broadcast of a building demolition in the 1970's. My best friend and I were so enthusiastic with expectation for a couple of weeks prior. A couple of years later my friend told me they built the towers with the demolition charges already in place. I wrote him off on that statement, but now, I'm not sure. It's irrelevant, really. The towers and 7 are down. I was appalled watching the towers come down in their footprint. My first thought and any research I have done hasn't changed my opinion about it being a demolition IE footprint, liquid metal, beams cut on angles, thermite & nano thermite, unexplained explosions, eye witness accounts, building 7 heaving, then dropping, etc.
