PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I served twenty-two years in the U.S. Army. My occupational fields were Military Intelligence, Infantry, and Administration. The majority of my service was abroad. My Intelligence occupations included: Strategic Debriefer, Deputy Intelligence Liaison Officer, German Linguist, and Senior Interrogation Instructor. I served as a Correctional Officer for four and one-half years before I was forced into medical retirement. I am a Police Science Honor Graduate of Johnston Technical Institute, 1972. I have no Degree, but I do have an educational background, from various colleges and universities, which includes Criminal Justice, Computer Programming, German Country Studies, and Commercial Art. Some of my early work experience includes employment as a Private Investigator, Purchaser, Food & Beverage Manager, Innkeeper (General Manager), and an Internal Auditor.
Because of my Intelligence background, I realize that it is important to obtain specific information about specific events, but because I am an analytical thinker, I understand that specific events are often only a part of greater events, thus I do not limit my analysis of 9/11 events to the events of 9/11. Instead: I ask myself: How does this event relate to this other event? Are each of these events part of a greater event? There are parallels to the Oklahoma City Bombing and the 9/11 incident -- the premature destruction of evidence and the premature removal of evidence by our government are common factors. There are parallels to the TWA 800 incident, the Oklahoma City Bombing incident, and the 9/11 incident -- the exclusion of many credible eye-witness reports are common factors. There are parallels to the Warren Commission Report and the 9/11 Commission Report -- the reports are the reports of incompetent investigators, or the reports of agenda-driven officials who intentionally intended to deceive us. I am unable to theorize any other options. Because of my background, my knowledge, the reported evidence, and my analytical reasoning, I don't believe the official report about the collapse of the twin-towers and building #7. Furthermore, I believe that to exclusively focus upon those incidents is to miss the greater picture. Finally, it should be obvious to any informed observer, without any other evidence, that the symmetrical implosion of the twin towers was a controlled implosion.

The fact that the information is coming from degreed and licensed professionals in the Architecural and Structural Engineering community provides a level of credibility that will hopefully propel the issue into the public spotlight. I was skeptical until I recently read about the nano-thermite particles independently found in the WTC dust remnants. Coupled with the facts: that NIST did not test for thermite or explosives; NIST avoids the thermite discussion; and the pancaking collapse of the 3 buildings that looks exactly like a controlled Las Vegas style hotel demolition; denial seems impossible. NIST officials should be indicted.

I am what is called a 'truther'. I want the truth, I don't think everything is a conspiracy but there are a few events in history that interest me that the facts and events have been changed to change history. What happened in the JFK assassination and 9/11 are the two that have interested me the most. In my opinion all three buildings were imploded intentionally. Whether they knew this attack was coming and wanted ultimate destruction or this was a total inside job it doesn't matter. The matter at hand here is how and why the buildings fell. If not for Building 7, I don't think this theory would have as much legs as it does but when 7 went down it opened the scope of the whole thing.

I don't have any professor experience or education about architecture but from all the demolitions I've seen it's very clear in my eyes that these buildings did not come down due to a plane. It was a set up demolition with explosives located in the basement. How can a building collapse in on itself from being hit by a plane on the top?! It's not possible. Plus, the steel beams need to be heated pretty high to melt or bend and it's a higher heat than what jet fuel burns.

I firmly believe that until a truly independent investigation is conducted explaining how the Towers went down (all 3 of them), who was responsible for the act and what people within our government were involved in the cover up, this nation will never heal. The NIST report overlooked so many details that they are either unbelievably incompetent or were involved in the cover up and I don't think they were incompetent. 40 years in industry. Many buildings put up and torn down. If I had a nickle for every one, I could buy a taco feast.
No way the 19 did this w/o help. In every photo and every video, you can see columns far outpacing the collapse of the building. Not only are the columns falling faster than the building but they are also falling faster than the debris cloud which is ALSO falling faster than the building. This proves the buildings fell well below free fall speed. That is, unless the beams had a rocket pointed to the ground.
