PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Degreed as a chemical engineer in June 1965, in a French engineer school. I prepared a thesis on a physical chemistry subject until obtaining a graduate Docteur-Ingenieur in january 1970, at the university of Lille. The main results of my work were published in 'Le journal de physique' (French scientifical journal about physics) in march 1971 under my name and that of my bosses. After that educational period, I joined the steelmaking industry for my whole career. I worked much of the time for french USINOR group and finally during some years for the german THYSSENKRUPP when this company bought some parts of USINOR activities. I retired in May 2002. During my career, my job was about liquid steelmaking (special converters AOD for stainless steel) and hot rolling. I was a good specialist of reheating slabs of very special steels at a temperature as high as 2550 'F ! I've got a medal from the french steelmaking technical association (ATS - Association Technique de la Sid'rurgie fran'aise) for that job.
Concerning the 9/11 events, I am absolutely convinced that the softening of any of the inner columns of the WTC under a fire is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. These colums were similar in shape with the slabs that I had to reheat from the room temperature to that of hot rolling mill. Flames, as high as they can be, are unable to heat the metal in the whole thickness. As a matter of fact, to reheat a 10 inches thick steel slab, it takes a least 3 hours in a very special hot rolling furnace. The system is very close to the theoretical black body (radiation is the main heating process, despite the type of fuel used). This furnace demands two complete days of preheat to be operating. And, naturally, the slabs are not insulated as the colums of the WTC.

I've worked as a writer and editor for over 10 years, including positions at mainstream daily newspapers and community journals. I've written several stories about issues relating to 9/11. Due to my research, I do not believe the towers fell the way the U.S. government claims.
I have viewed a lot of footage regarding Sept. 11, 2001, and the series of events really does not seem to add up. Steel buildings do not disintegrate from a strike, even if you add jet fuel. And there's been no justifiable explanation given for the WTC 7's collapse. I, along with thousands of other concerned citizens, call for a re-investigation of the events. This should be done by a true and impartial team of experts who have no governmental ties or agendas.

I personally do not see how the central supporting structure of WTC1 and WCT2 were reduced to dust by only the strike of an aircraft, How is that ejecta was accelerated upward in this building failure? How is it that ejecta managed to be accelerated horizontally to buildings in the area? How is it that WTC7 fell into it's own foot print? All these buildings were equipped with sprinkler systems, but no water vapor seems to have been observed during the ''explosions''

I studied civil engineering and worked for (Millbury Systems, then FP McCann Ltd) a precast concrete company for over 10 years, on various projects for all sorts of customers. My experience includes the construction of precast 'fire walls' in electrical substations.
I have only reviewed the footage available in the main stream in regards to WTC7. In my experience concrete and steel will not catastrophically fail in the way we are being asked to believe i.e causing free fall of the building, due to fire. I have no experience with explosives, but in my opinion WTC7 looked like a controlled demolition. Even though WTC 1+2 were hit by aeroplanes, they should not have collapsed, certainly not straight down from an eccentric strike.

I just wanted to sign the petition. These questions make me feel small and insignificant. I am primarily a survivor. My children are survivors too. We have been victims of a horrifying 'healthcare' system that has failed us in so many ways. There is so much evil in this world. My experience has to do with having raised beautiful children who have struggled for 30 years. My grandson suffers, too. And I have suffered healthwise as well. Too many traumas. Too much violence. Lies. Deceit. No one ever told me what caused all of our grief. For us it was lack of informed consent for medications, vaccinations, and tests. My education was limited to high school. I have run a construction company for 15 years before becoming an insurance adjuster. I know the look of a planned explosion to take down a building. There are way too many issues for this to have been what they stated that it was.
The controlled way the buildings fell with no damage really to any of the other buildings was more than what would have happened if a plane had run into the building. The reporting on the other building by the BBC 20 mins before it actually happened. vThere are just too many issues, like where was the air support when these went off the planned flight patterns. We have planes to deploy to stop this and nothing was done in fact they were told to stand down.

Clearly controlled demolition. The biggest doubts, however, are not caused by the Twin itself, but by the fall of the 47-story building known as WTC 7. It was about a hundred meters from the North Tower, with two lower buildings known as WTC 5 and WTC 6. 'Was the control center of the entire business complex, but also the headquarters of major institutions, including the CIA Secret Service. At 17.20, it suddenly slid to the ground. Although the building was heated by fires caused by debris falling from both towers, according to several experts, a normal office fire could not jeopardize the statics of such a colossus. And, moreover, the collapse of the building was much more reminiscent of controlled destruction than a spontaneous collapse. The 9/11 Commission Report, the resulting US Investigation Commission investigation document, makes no mention of WTC 7. The NIST report noted that the collapse of the building was caused by a normal fire, which in this case led to the failure of an important support pillar and thus to the collapse of the whole building. one of them should therefore not be jeopardized. And they warn, similarly to the Twin, that fire destruction is manifested by large, slow deformations and the ensuing collapse tends to be asymmetric, leading the path of least resistance.
