PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am a Civil Engineer-in-Training working for the City of Milwaukee. I have researched this event continuously for the last 2 years and have been interested in it for the last 4. This event took place on my birthday so I feel compelled to find the truth about what happened that day. So many pieces to this disaster don't seem to mesh with what the government told America and I want to find out what happened. If our government is this corrupt, they must have their own agenda and are not making decisions by the people for the people.
Even though Debunking 911.com says there was a hole in the south side of building 7, that conspiracy theorists did not take into account, it does not mean the building falls neatly into its own footprint. If there is a hole on one side of a building, the building will tend to collapse toward the weakest point, toppling the building over or collapsing in some sort of non-symmetrical manner. Videos from building 7 show the building, at the same time from all 4 corners, collapsing straight down into its own footprint, not damaging anything else around it. How does this happen if there wasn't some other element helping with the collapse?

Based on the facts that all three structures collapsed symmetrically as well as the chemical evidence of explosive material found in the dust/debris from the site, I believe the structures were destroyed by controlled demolition, not impact loads/explosions/fires caused by the airplanes. Also, the steel frame surrounding the impact zones would have deformed slowly after the initial impacts due to the ductility of the structural steel. This would have resulted in a localized failure at the weak points(where planes hit) and toppling of the structures through the path of least resistance. WTC 7 was the mayors shelter and it collapsed at free fall acceleration for about 2.25 seconds into its own footprint with no plane impact. This indicates that all of the potential energy was converted directly into kinetic energy with no additional energy available to destroy the steel frame and concrete floor decks of the structure. Free fall acceleration is impossible without the use of explosives to remove the numerous columns, beams. and connections simultaneously!

In 1993, Brian Thompson joined the local combination volunteer fire department, working beside Seattle firefighters and trained at the Washington State Fire Academy. Seven years later, he earned his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Marquette University, including a 12-month internship in fire protection engineering at a consultancy in downtown Chicago. For the next 2 years he continued to work as a volunteer firefighter. Thompson then attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) where he earned his Master's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering. While at WPI, he attended Professor Jonathan Barnett's building fire safety lecture on the first anniversary of 9-11, in which Barnett describing his involvement and experience as a FEMA investigator, and their findings. He holds professional licenses in both Fire Protection Engineering and Civil Engineering in multiple states, and came into the role of Principal in 2006 practicing fire protection engineering design and consulting.

In an effort to answer these questions, I have researched various information and data compiled by others. My research has left these questions unresolved, and reinforced my doubt in the official story regarding the cause of collapse for both WTC towers and Building 7.

I graduated with awards from the department before working for the State of California and then taking a position as job captain and then project manager at a small architecture firm. I believe the official story defies my experience. Based on my years of structural experience, and after my study of videos of the collapse of the twin towers and building 7, I believe the events of September 11, 2001 could not have occurred as stated. From videos of the collapse of building 7, the penthouse drops first prior to the collapse, and it can be noted that windows, in a vertical line, near the location of first interior column line are blown out , and reveal smoke from those explosions. This occurs in a vertical line in symmetrical fashion an equal distance in toward the center of the building from each end. When compared to controlled demolitions, one can see the similarities.

NIST's report concluding that WTC 7 collapsed as a result of structural failure caused by fire is incomplete at best and disingenuous at worst. A new independent investigation is warranted and should be commissioned to fully investigate the possibility of collapse by controlled demolition.

The moment my eyes saw the way WTC7 collapsed, something felt by far unnatural. From watching the tech briefing on how WTC7 collapsed from the NIST, it only raised my suspicions further due to their weak explanations on the matter. My opinion on the matter is simple; someone, whether it be one person or a group of people from the NIST, is going through great lengths to not be assumed responsible for something that we don't know yet. With regards to their statement of endangering public safety on the investigation of how WTC7 truly fell, it can be speculated that the truth behind the events would enrage fellow citizens that were deeply impacted by 9/11. To sum up my thoughts into one coherent conclusion, NIST's explanation is just unfeasible. Even though I'm just a student, it's pretty obvious with common sense that WTC7 was NOT pulled down by office fires, and this only makes them ever-so-suspicious with regards to their declination to investigate the area.

I was on the project from ground/roff up it was a 6 story addition off the top of the working hospital. I know four trade of construction proficiently ,I now how to build structures many different ways they are constructed and so on.
As above I have been there and built that I do know how buildings are constructed and what it takes for them to fall. I have always watched demolition crews in person and on TV bring down big ,small,tall, short ,wide, narrow ,structures be demolished and have taken part in predemo while seeing the first tower fall in perfect proximity yet only having damage to the upper 1 corner i said to my self and others around that that was a perfect drop and from what I know about doing so [which is not much ]that it was not caused from the plane. In order to do something of that magnatude with that precision that it was a highly planned event from pro's. Followed by whispers of the towers having so called problems in the months and weeks prior to 911. With crews in and out during that period I have and always believed that it was a conspiracy by our Goverment/ I for one of probably a few million know that a building of this size could not nor would not fall so perfect unless it was extensively planned for months.

A primary concern is that the NIST report did not even test for explosives. There is certainly enough evidence to support the hypothesis that the building collapsed by controlled demolition. This should be enough to motivate a new investigation to address the oversight of the NIST study.

I am industrial engineering student at UW-Milwaukee. I will be graduating in December 2012. My limited technical experience includes the following: November 2010 - April 2011 I worked as a research assistant in an ergonomics laborotory. I collected data on different tests designed to look at stroke survivors' ability to grab and hold items. I have been researching the 9/11 incidents for close to 5 years. Taking into account: first responder interviews (found all over YouTube), comparing the collapse of all three towers against a controlled collapse, collapse at or near free fall acceleration, no precedent for a high-rise collapse due to fire in human history, the incendairy thermite and nano-thermite found everywhere in the dust particles, and, the mid air pulverization of tons of steel and concrete I have come to the conclusion that the official story is false. A new investigation is completely warranted.

I watched the second plane fly over and hit the second tower from my terrace, nine blocks from the WTC. My life changed forever that day and I have never recovered. Having lived in NYC for a long time, all I can say about the original location was that the towers were so alive and beautiful and the people who worked there were full of hopes and dreams for their future. What they got was not the American dream. It brings tears to my eye every time I think of 911 and the friends who were lost there.

Ddesigned Commuter tunnel up to 1979 (a 300 million $ project) in Philadelphia. Became bridge Enginner expert in Cable and orthotropic decks. Wrote paper on probabilistic stregth of cables damaged by corrosion. Coauthored manual on same subject.
Aside from the explosions and the melting of steel, I find it impossible that the top pancake could detach from all of its supports at the same time. The failure of those connections, if caused by fire should be slow with visible deformations of the Building, they should be random and at time intervals. I do not believe that the potential energy of one floor relative to the flor below could cause release of such violent energy

It did not appear to be heat-based failure based on at least one book I have studied (Engineering Design and Construction Failures). Based upon project work with the Forest Service including inspection of blasting for gravel pits, the testified noise, debris chutes, flying debris, but most of all the reverberating effects.

I thought from day one that the collapse of the Twin Towers looked like a planned demolition. I anxiously awaited the official investigation and felt sure it was all a cover-up when the Commission and NIST finally reported that the failure was a result of the impact and subsequent fires.

I can recognise the difference in appearance between oxidising/molten steel, and heat induced hot shorting aluminium. I do not agree that it was molten aluminium seen flowing from the WTC buildings prior to their collapse.

I have always, being a great believer in the constants of science in this universe, and I am aware that energy cannot just be created, it is diffused or dispersed in many different ways, the energy output from the collapse amounts to at least ten times the energy from gravity alone, including the devastation to the structures and human life.

I completely agree with the fact that a remote demolition system was utilized during the made up attacks on Sept 11, 2001. Then by re-watching the twin towers and building 7 collapse and there is no doubt that they were brought down by planned explosions. I received a B.A. in History from the College of Charleston, after which I pursued a career in architectural design. I have a degree in drafting. While working as a draftsman for a local builder, I drew two house designs and a number of remodels. I currently work at the Mid-South Division of Cives Steel in Rosedale, Mississippi.
I have become interested in the twin towers since I now work in a structural detailing office, working around structural steel for a large, nationwide fabricator. It would have been impossible for the fire from an airplane crash to demolish either of the twin towers in such a short period of time. It certainly would have been impossible for Building 7 to be levelled in a matter of seconds from just a small amount of debris from the nearby buildings. I have also seen footage of explosions going off below the point of collapse. These were tragic explosions and crimes against humanity. We deserve to live in a country in which the true perpetrators of these crimes are brought to justice.

Too many inconsistencies in official explanation and what is discernible in photos, videos, eyewitness reports.... an impartial, thorough investigation is warranted with significant representation from AE 9/11 Truth professionals.

For the layperson, I think that it's best to use a metaphor that was once used by the great Architect Frank Lloyd Wright; a high rise building is much like a tree. There is a foundation system that anchors it to the earth like the roots of a tree. There is a structural core from which the floors are suspended which acts much like the trunk of a tree. Envision a fire in a portion of the tree that causes all the limbs and the trunk to collapse on itself, and you may be able to have some comprehension as to why the 'official' explanation of the 9/11 event is beyond reason.

Based on what I have read in various sources and seen in documentaries, I believe the truth about 911 is being obscured and obfuscated by a government unwilling to be transparent. There are lots of unanswered questions with shoddy explanations not even based in good science. We should expect and demand more from the government out of respect for the victims.

From what I know and understand about the fundamental laws of physics and chemistry, and the evidence that has been presented by AE911 Truth, I believe the destruction of the WTC buildings was due to a preplanned controlled internal structural compromise of all three buildings. I believe the information and evidence presented by NIST for the events on 9/11 to be scientifically unverifiable, and therefore false. I believe a new independent investigation should be conducted, and that all information and evidence be made public for scientific inquiry.
