PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Without insisting on a thorough explanation of what transpired on 9/11, the AIA simply cannot claim to represent the architectural profession. - - - - I didn't see video footage of the collapses until 2005. At that point I spent months searching the web for more information. At the end of the day, the deliberate demolition is obvious. The reasons for doing so are incomprehensible - which is why many people refuse to acknowledge reality. The reality however, is that multiple crimes were committed, and crimes need to be investigated and the criminals brought to justice. They never were in Iraq.

The Environmental Engineering Program was part of the Department of Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on water and waste water treatment. I have over 20 years of experience working as an environmental professional, providing compliance support to companies on the following topics: air quality, hazardous materials/risk management, solid & hazardous waste management, storm water program requirements, waste water permitting, underground and above ground storage tanks, oil pollution prevention, PCBs, and asbestos.
I first became aware that the official government story regarding the building collapses was suspect after attending the 911-Inquiry Conference in San Francisco in March 2004. Since that time, I have been part of the 9-11 Truth Community, and have kept abreast of the developments arising from the ongoing research efforts of a number of dedicated individuals. In particular, watching video footage of the building collapses, hearing the numerous eye-witness accounts of explosions prior to the buildings collapsing, and learning that molten steel was present in the building debris (which, due to the laws of physics, could not possibly have arisen from a hydrocarbon fire--even under ideal circumstances--given the significantly higher melting temperature of steel), lead me to believe that the official story is simply not plausible. Learning more recently that evidence of nano-thermite was discovered in a sample of the building material, was particularly disturbing and I believe strongly that we need to push for a new investigation into the events of 9-11.

I am an attorney and have been investigating the events of 9/11/01 since that day, from Thierry Miessen forward. I was raised in NYC, and went to ground zero and saw the twisted steel girders being removed after that day.
I have been investigating the events and it was certainly an inside job. I have read many books and seen many films. Black Ops all the way. Physically impossible to have happened the way the Gov't states. Explosions apparent throughout, and all evidence points to controlled demolitions using nanothermites. Just read WTC 7 book by D.R. I was at ground zero on that horrible day. It nags at me every day of my life. I even kept my asbestos covered blue poplin Brooks Brother suit to always remind me of my lost New York friends and family. I am presently disabled unrelated to 9/11. I still practice a little law in the NYC area.
When you look at the video, it looks like a controlled demolition to me. I just would like an independent commission comprised of engineers and scientists to take a hard look as to what really happened. I am not a truther. I just have problems with the official version. Let's face it. Could a bunch of religious fanatics pull off a sophisticated attack without some help? I do not know the answer. But we need to find out for the sake of historical truth.

I am a legal professional and writer who has a good grasp of the laws of physics, and NORAD procedures, and investigation of crimes from thirty-five years' experience dealing with discovery and working up cases for trial. This has required coming up to speed on a broad range of different disciplines, construction and physics among them.
All three WTC buildings came down at very near free fall speed. The ONLY way the laws of physics allow for this is if the resistance was blown out with explosives. Fire outright CANNOT account for it, nor can weakened bolts or weakened steel or even both. Tiny bits of human bone cannot be found on rooftops so far away without the help of explosives either.

I remain doubtful about the official story. The perfect downward fall looked like a four-corners demo job; the reported presence of thermite in the rubble; the absence of any black boxes when fingernails and DNA could be found; the report that AG Ashcroft refused to fly in August and September; and most of all, the non-scrambling of jets from Andrews AFDB, all make for grave doubts about the veracity and credibility of the official 9-11 report.

How does burning kerosene cause pools of molten metal at the bottom of the World Trade Center Towers? Even if burning kerosene could melt the steel of the Twin Towers, how does one explain the pool of molten metal beneath 7 World Trade Center, which was not struck by an airplane (and don't give me that diesel-fuel tanks argument: diesel fuel has a burn output similar to that of kerosene!).

I do not have technical education/experience but through my legal training I believe I have the competence to assess (taking into account scientific studies published to date) that the official explanation for the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7 is unconvincing and that a rigorous, scientific, independent investigation should be conducted to establish the truth of the matter.
