To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Buildings such as the Towers were designed to withstand an airplane flying into them. Towers such as this do not collapse in almost free-fall without being demolished, it is part of the engineered design that the base must be strong enough to hold the weight and stresses from above. Engineers ALWAYS over design - just in case! (In case they are sued!!) No structural engineer with an ounce of integrity could possibly say that the 3 WTC buildings were not demolished in a controlled manner. Regarding WTC7, this was a more conventional type of steel framed building and should not under any circumstances have collapsed due to a fire, even if that fire raged throughout the structure. None of the evidence presented by the authorities makes much sense. It needs to be challenged and tested because if 'cold' fires did contribute to the collapse of these structures the designers are in trouble. It would mean that everything we have designed and built in steel and concrete is fatally flawed. We know this is not the case. The world has been lied to - repeatedly, and if you tell the lie often and loud enough, the ignorant public will believe whatever they are told to believe.

I am a 10 year Naval Veteran. My specialty while in the service of this country, was an Aviation Boatswainmate FUEL specialist. I attended and graduated PETROLEUM LABORATORY SPECIALIST SCHOOL, FORT LEE, VIRGINIA. I served as a petroleum laboratory quality control specialist while stationed at U.S. Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado Island, San Diego. I tested and certified the fuel for Air Force One for then president Ronald Reagan. I have done everything with jet fuel in the laboratory environment from freezing it, to frying it in a 3000 degree crucible, and then weighing the residue on an analytical beam balance. My military training was based on the ASTM (American Standard Test Methods) for petroleum products for JP-4-5-6. As well and all forms of Diesel and heavy lubrication products such as 5190 lube oils.

Without insisting on a thorough explanation of what transpired on 9/11, the AIA simply cannot claim to represent the architectural profession. - - - - I didn't see video footage of the collapses until 2005. At that point I spent months searching the web for more information. At the end of the day, the deliberate demolition is obvious. The reasons for doing so are incomprehensible - which is why many people refuse to acknowledge reality. The reality however, is that multiple crimes were committed, and crimes need to be investigated and the criminals brought to justice. They never were in Iraq.

Not only has no credible evidence been presented to support the official 9/11 story, a prima facie case has been made that the official story is false in material respects. I attended the University of Portland's Multnomah School of Engineering in the mid-70's. I left near the end of my senior year for health reasons. Although I received no degree there, I consulted as a working electrical engineer from 1980 to 2003, at which time I received my Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy School of Law. I never believed that the Twin Towers or the Murrah Building were brought down by the stated villains, but have always been convinced that black bag operators were responsible. It is my opinion that the alleged perpetrators were real and fully expected to do the damage that they are accused of. However, I also believe that 1) the methodologies used by these perps were insufficient to cause the type and extent of damage that was caused in both cases, and 2) that black bag operators infiltrated and used the actions of these perpetrators as shields to hide their own very successful techniques.

There is persuasive, if not, indeed, overwhelming, evidence that the events now known as 9/11 were black op false flag staged events---perpetrated by elements of the U.S. federal government. See the works of Webster Tarpley, David Ray Griffin, James Fetzer, and, especially, Professor Steven Jones. Regarding the 9/11 events at both the Pentagon and the WTC, my own research persuades me that the events were staged. WTC 1 & 2 clearly were the result of demolition, not due to the planes (possibly drones); and WTC 7 was clearly a straightforward demolition as well. The mainstream story and the original 9/11 Commission Report are both whitewashes. It is time for a thorough and independent investigation of both 9/11 and Oklahoma.

I have been following the 9/11 investigation to some extent. I must say that the lack of investigation and follow-up by the government and the media is stifling. I watched the collapse of the twin towers in real time on my computer. When I first saw them I thought these are controlled demolitions, just by the way the buildings came down. Now we have many engineers voicing their opinions about what could and could not have happened to bring down these buildings. There are individuals who are experienced military personnel who are voicing opinions that call into question the mainstream explanation about how these buildings fell. I am convinced these buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. I do not know who is behind these acts of murder. I can only guess, but I would rather not guess. I think it is irresponsible to avoid looking at the hard facts of these building collapses just because it will bring up questions about who was behind this that are scary to look at and answer.

It's important to us as Americans to resolve this question in our minds... maybe some terrorist group was able to get in there and implode this building. We need to know how this was able to be accomplished... as Americans... to keep us safe in the future. If these steel framed buildings collapsed in their own footprints from fire, (in the path of most resistance at nearly free fall speed) that would be a first. And so we need to examine the reasons so that the builders can figure out why so that, for safety reasons, it doesn't happen again. I want to find out the reason for the basic structure collapse resulting in the deaths of so many Americans. If airplanes can cause these massive structures demise, than we need to investigate... for safety reasons.

On 9.11.01 our family was preoccupied with a serious personal matter. That day I did see the video of the North and South WTC towers collapse and spoke to family and neighbors that it was horrific, but in a way it was beautiful too in slow motion the way the buildings fell straight down just like video of buildings imploded by controlled demolition (Las Vegas, Seattle Dome et al.) I found it very strange that the Bush administration fought an official investigation of 9/11 for so long and then underfunded it and set a short time limit. The Columbine schools shooting was funded much more than the 9/11 investigation and also lasted for 5 years. My eyes and mind were opened in 2005 by David Ray Griffin's books, Paul Thompson's 9/11 Timeline and the Center for Co-operative Research. I also support 9/11truth.org.

The official explanation of the collapse has never made sense to me and always seemed inconsistent with what I saw as I watched the tragedy.

It is clear now that the World Trade Center buildings were destroyed as a result of controlled demolition. The forensic report released by the Associated Press found 6000 pieces of victim remains small enough to fit in test-tubes. 200 samples were matched to one person. The official story cannot explain these deaths. From a jet fuel fire and a simple collapse one would expect to find charred or squished bodies. Clearly, the victims had to be in close proximity to powerful explosives when they detonated.

As an attorney who is meticulously attentive to issues of evidence and proof, and one very-little inclined to conspiracy theories, I was profoundly skeptical when a friend asked me to view Richard Gage's Blueprint for Truth with him. Over the course of that two-hour viewing, however, I became convinced that there is substance to Mr. Gage's conclusions, and that they deserve serious attention from appropriate authorities. That this may have happened, causes me grave concern for our country. Under the circumstances, I am not sure to what authorities we can entrust this matter and its attendant consequences.

The evidence found is enough to re-open the investigation by a un-biased committee. The low credibility of the Weapons of Mass Destruction theory to support the US-Iraq and Afghanistan invasions, the historical precedents of such self inflicted attacks to start the Hispanic-American war (which resulted in the US-Puerto Rico invasion of 1898), and other similar precedents, undermine the terrorist attack theory of 9/11. The government control by unconstitutional cutting of civil rights using the excuse of protective measures against terrorist threads, is a direct result of the official version of the 9/11 attacks, so, when the new evidence emerge, like the demolition and implosion theories, a new investigation must take place.

The evidence for controlled demolition of WTC 1, 2, and 7 is overwhelming. The evidence for collapse by structural damage and fire is extremely improbable and inconsistent with all the physical and eyewitness evidence.

I remember watching the attacks on the television that day and saying out loud: What has George Bush done now? I was convinced that our government orchestrated the destruction of the Twin Towers for shock and awe. The government is not beyond mass murder and/or fabrication to achieve political ends. Cases on point: Pearl Harbor and the Gulf of Tonkin. The Project for a New American Century laid out the strategy for the foreign policy goals of the Bush Administration; 9/11 was the catalyst.

After many years as a journalist, writer and editor, I am now a Physican Assistant, providing community-based medical services. I have eight years of post-graduate education, including a Law Degree and an undergraduate BA in Philosophy Cum Laude: more than enough to know how to evaluate arguments from both scientific and logical standpoints.
Once viewed from a scientific standpoint, the all-too-familiar footage of the buildings' collapse can no longer be seen in the same way. The symmetric fall, explosive clouds of dust and rapid acceleration are patently incompatible with an explanation of mechanical failure following fire damage. Sadly, the American people -- myself included -- have been sleep walking away from an obvious truth. I urge all Americans not to let the words conspiracy theory put them back into the deluded slumber of post-hypnotic programming. Wake and be free, or remain enslaved by the malignant forces that planned and covered up this horrifying destruction, and the consequences of that signal false flag act.
