PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There are many eye witness testimonies of large explosions even before the airplanes allegedly hit the towers. There are simply far too many discrepancies. An international external investigation should be undertaken into the 9/11 attacks.

I graduated with a BSE in Electrical Engineering in 1974 and went to the USPTO and worked in Class 290 and Class 318 for 7 years. Then I transferred to Fort Monmouth, Patent Law Division of CECOM, and stayed there for 3 years. Then I transferred to the Underwater Sound Lab (NUSC) in New London where I stayed for 2 years and then left to pursue self employment as owner of a video store. I qualify as an 'expert' on the subject of perpetual motion devices especially when that kind of prime mover is attached to a dynamo (Class 290). As the law allows for a requirement for a working model for such, I viewed many attempts to secure a patent for one and never issued a one. Prior to all that, I was a Missile Technician in the USN for 7 years and was stationed first on the SSB(N) 632 Blue Crew for 5 patrols and then on the SSB(N) 659 Gold Crew for 4 before leaving to attend UCONN.

Engineers and architects know this, which is why explosives are used to bring down large structures in densely populated areas.

Our active 9/11 group has hosted Robert Bowman, David Ray Griffin, Cindy Sheehan, and in Sept., Kevin Ryan as speakers to enlighten and inform the local population. I have had an AE 911 Truth bumper sticker on my car for over a year. I just finished Hal Sisson's Modus Operandi, and though it is fiction, it sure offers a lot of plausible explanations for how 9/11 happened. I listened to Paul Zarembka recently on Guns and Butter, and wow, he has a lot to say as well. A lot of good information out there, people need to get it. Donating to NYC CAN to help their effort--how I wish the mainstream media would pay attention to that drama instead of the stupid crap they focus on! In the case of the collapse of the WTC buildings on 9/11, AE911Truth has convincingly demonstrated that US government agencies have presented our citizens false and misleading information. The motivation for such misinformation is unknown, but nefarious and malevolent forces can be easily attributed given the many blatant deceptions and overt dissimulations AE911Truth identified. I demand integrity and independence from governmental influence in a new process of investigation including data gathering, hypothesis formation and analysis to reevaluate the destruction of the WTC, buildings 1,2 and 7. Another Commission report brought to you by war criminal Henry Kissinger...who is connected to .....what do you know....every evil war and coup you can think of. The impact zone of the North Tower was a company called Marsh & McLennan, which at the time was one of the world's largest Insurance Brokerage companies. One of the Executives was a guy named L Paul Bremer, who was also the chairman of the Congressional National Commission on terrorism from 1999 to 2000, and the US Ambassador at large for counter-terrorism from 1986 to 1989. Instead of going to work on the day of 9/11, and dying inside the Towers with hundreds of his employees, he decided to go on MSNBC and tell the world that Osama Bin Laden was behind the attacks, and possibly Iraq and Iran, and then he demanded 'severe military response we can come up with.' L Paul Bremer was given the role of the Iraq occupation. Governor Bremer not only worked inside the Buildings but had offices directly at the impact zone of the South Tower. Flight 175, which would hit on 9/11, to give us the official story on National Television. Bremer, the Iraq occupation Governor can't get more connected to 9/11 than that right? Oh wait, I forgot to mention that Bremer was also the former manager for Kissinger Associates. He was a member of the board for Axel Nobel, the parent of International Paint Company, which produced a fireproofing application for skyscrapers called Intercharm (check spelling). Bremer was also on the international Advisory board for the Japanese mining Machinery Company, Komatsu, which at the time had been involved in a joint venture agreement with Dresser Industries, the oil services intelligence front where Prescott Bush senior and George HW Bush got their start with Neil Mallon. Anyway, the Komatsu Dresser mining division operated from 1988 to 1997 and in July 1996 it patented a demolition device that could 'demolish a concrete structure at high efficiency, preventing a secondary problem due to noise.... flying chips and dust and the like.

In 1987 Dr. Moseley obtained his doctorate degree in Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine, then passing the California state written and oral examinations for independent practice as a California Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist (MFT). In 1991 Dr. Moseley passed the national written and California State oral examinations qualifying under Business and Professions Codes as California physician category provider by the Medical Board of California, Board of Psychology. During this time Dr. Moseley subsequently obtained sixty-units of Continuing Medical Education leading to a Diplomat Certification in Forensic Science during 2007. In 2014 Dr. Moseley passed the written examination qualification for fitness of duty evaluations by the Police Officer Standards and Training (POST). Dr. Moseley officially retired on April 15, 2016, in order to engage the public to expose the violations of medical rights of citizens within the proceeds of the public programs for supplemental social security, workers' compensation, and the prison industry in California. The violations within each program occur under prevalent conditions of managed care as circumventing independent medical judgment extending to decisions for disability benefit and mental health care needs of Californians.

I am very concerned about the findings of how the buildings collapsed, the amount of thermite material that was found in the rubble, and especially the collapse of building seven and the excuse that fire brought that building down. Most people I talk to have no idea that there even was a building seven collapse. None of what was presented in the official report matches up with science or what is possible in a fire scenario. I have a B.S. in Psychology. I have completed college level courses in chemistry, astronomy, and geology. I worked for Underwriters Laboratories as an engineering aide and then as a customer service provider. I completed a three course series in Architectural Rendering at the UCLA Extension School of Design. I mention the experience above as it may be most relevant to this forum.
I observed concrete walls of the twin towers exploding into clouds of dust as each building systematically collapsed into its own footprint.* As I do have some basic knowledge of the properties and effects of fire, and fair powers of observation, I can say with reasonable confidence that fire alone would not pulverize concrete. I can also say with reasonable confidence that scattered fires in WTC-7 would not cause that building to neatly fall into its own footprint within seconds, as I observed in visual records of that event. Nothing in the official story of 9/11 addresses my observations. Not only do I find the official story unconvincing, this story is so much at odds with my observations that I find it deeply troubling - on many levels. * As mentioned above, I have completed college courses such as chemistry, astronomy (physics portion), and geology that have helped me to understand scientific critiques of the official 9/11 story. I have also watched programs on the demolition of skyscrapers and other grand scale buildings, and therefore recognize the signs and characteristics of a systematic demolition vs. random collapse.

As a scientist, I am well aware of the properties of different chemicals and metals. As the son of a well respected structural engineer, I learned enough to know how overbuilt most structures are. A hydrocarbon fire is not capable of producing the intense heat needed to bring these buildings down.
As a scientist, I look at facts to find the truth. All of the facts support controlled demolition of all three buildings. As I watched footage of the towers collapsing today (9/11/9), I find it hard to believe that the impact caused the tower to fall the way it did. I believe that not only those who died, or knew someone who did, but all of us deserve to know exactly that the CAUSE of these collapses were for all 3 buildings. The Truth does set us free.

Though not an architect myself, I have studied numerous books, watched many DVDs of the event, and am convinced a truly independent investigation should take place. I've been waiting years for this to catch on in fog that our corporate medias cloud around this event. In fact it's time to repeal the Patriot Act.
Everything shows this was a controlled demolition. Marvin Bush and his cousin Wirt Walker and their companies Securatec and Securacom should be investigated as they were principals in the security company responsible for the towers. What role did Controlled Demolition's affiliate AASI doing asbestos abatement prior to 911, since they were in the towers during this period? Did Peter G Peterson, head of Blackstone Group aid Larry Silverstein in gaining an insurance policy that included a terrorist attack clause? Who was the unidentified recipient of the put options who couldn't possibly be involved with terrorism? And while we're on who benefited, who did the fire sale of steel from the Trade Center site net a tidy ( I'm sure ) profit? Why were operations transferred from the EOM in the 21st floor of Tower 7 to 47 Barclay St. which by Google I see is just behind the Ole Salomon Bldg? Who cued both the BBC and Fox News to broadcast 20 minutes early that it had collapsed? And the towers collapsing, are they America's Shock and Awe?

As a citizen of the USA, I want a new commission with subpoena power to admit truthful and scientific evidence so as we can know what happened honestly with the tragedy and who all was involved. I cannot see any evidence that these towers were destroyed by fire. There is no logic that makes any common sense to that explanation. Another commission of investigation to the facts is the only democratic thing to do. How can the American people ever trust their gov't if this is not done?

There is no way that both of the Twin Towers collapsed in exactly the same manner. I have been to the top of one and when I saw the first Tower collapse straight down on itself I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The first thing I said to my son was this can't be happening - that is impossible.

Have doubted official story since shortly after the event and read everything I can get my hands on. Attempted to hold discussions in the local democratic party HQ but met with insurmountable objections. Concerns about three buildings falling onto their own footprint. Concerns over conflicting testimonies and analytical reports by engineers. Laughed at first Scientific American article desperately trying to cover evidence from pentagon attack. Concerns about the companies possibly targeted by attacks ie ONI (pentagon), large bond brokers (twin towers), FBI offices and others involved in investigating possible government complicity in covering up covert actions in Russia and other countries.

Since leaving academia (UMass, UMich, UHawaii) I have become a system change activist in Boston MA, especially on issues of trade and local democracy.
Although it is useful to view hour-long videos, a few minutes viewing the videos of the towers exploding and the collapse of Building 7 is sufficient for any lay person to suspect controlled demolition. Recent evidence of nanothermite in nearby dust makes the case almost water-tight. D.R. Griffin's scholarly work on context is intellectually and socially convincing. For the general public and politicians to acknowledge domestic involvement or leadership in these demolitions will probably require confessions of one or more insiders. Surfacing these will require strong immunity and witness protection conditions. To make this happen, the President will need added encouragement and protection.
