PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In my professional opinion, the NIST reports on the collapse of WTC buildings 1,2 and 7 on 9/11 do not explain a number of observed and measured items. These include but are not limited to: the acceleration of the buildings during collapse, the sudden and complete collapse of the buildings, the presence of molten steel, and the presence of thermite.

While watching the towers come down on the news on 9-11-01 on the television news, I was surprised that they did not fall asymmetrically to one side because, in my experience, symmetry is rare. Then, as I saw the recap television footage replaying the jets crashing into the buildings over and over while explaining that the heat from the fires caused the buildings to fall apart, I wondered again how the buildings could crumble straight down since the jets hit them off-center and since the buildings appeared to be built in a nearly symmetrical section, and yet be so tall. It was not until a friend approached me over a year later with doubts about the official story that I thought anybody else had the same doubts concerning the physics of the building failures, and why there was not a very thorough and public ongoing investigation.

I received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa in 1996, then a M.S.E., also in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 1998. After that I immediately began working for IBM as a development engineer in the Printing Systems Division. After 6 years at IBM, I left and starting working at Lexmark as a test engineer, where I still currently work.
For a while now, I've felt there was much more to the 9/11 story than what we've been told since the event. Watching the evidence from the video confirmed my suspicions. I feel that the folks who've put the video together have done a great job of shining a light of truth on the situation. In my opinion, this will usher in and strengthen the wave of conscious attention necessary to reveal the truth about what happened. I think the truth will hurt, but it will be monumentally important to the evolution of humanity.

I was first introduced to 911 around 2005/2006 when I saw 3 documentaries, Loose Change, 911 Mysteries: Demolitions, and Fahrenheit 911. While at that point in time, I was not very convinced by some points shown in them, the one that caught my attention instantly was the towers falling. The more I watched it, the more I was convinced there was something very seriously wrong here. In the recent past, I have revisited 911, and had a look at it in a more objective manner. Here is what stands on top of my list today: 1. Eyewitness reports and video evidence have been completely ignored and kept aside. I would think, this is the first step when it comes to solving any crime. One need not look further to be convinced that something is seriously wrong with the 911 investigation and media reports!!! 2. Three buildings that are designed to withstand enormous loads, 2 of which are 110 stories tall, and had an acre sized floors, and both falling at free fall speed like there is absolutely no resistance below. Seriously? Did the building resistance decide to take an abrupt vacation and crumple down to earth? 3. The energy simply doesn't even begin to add up for the buildings to get demolished! I don't even need to get a calculator. A building with an acre floor span, 110 stories tall, is designed to take loads multiple times its actual load. The energy required to demolish such a building and so quickly, is off the charts. Anyone who has a basic understanding of real world science will tell you that the massive energy hole between what was needed and what was available means that the extra energy had to come from another source. 4. WORST CASE scenario, if something seriously had gone wrong in the buildings, I would absolutely expect the buildings to tilt and fall over. Again, this is a worst case scenario!! Falling straight down through themselves and their enormous resistance, and this at free fall speed, is not even a possibility here. No way. Not happening. 5. The buildings crushed/demolished themselves in such a way that would make it seem that buildings are brittle by nature. 6. If 911 happened the way it was told, it should be called The Amazing Coincidences Day! There were that many amazing co-incidences and all in the same day. Even if one of these amazing coincidences happened on one day alone, would be quite amazing, and we saw a spate of these happen all on the same day. Jaw dropping!!! Enormous capital is controlling most of our planet, and it has strategically made media very expensive. This has in turn coupled media tightly with enormous capital; hence, media is now the voice of capital interests. This is why media is no longer free and unbiased, and exactly why mainstream media does not cover 911.

I'm a 40 year old Union Ironworker and live in Manhattan New York.I've been Ironworking for about 14 years and have been on some of the biggest jobs in the U.S. over that time. I moved to New York on July 4th weekend of 2001 from California and got a job out of local 40 Ironworkers hall to work on the Willie B. bridge and 2 months later I got a front roll set to the biggest event in U.S. history. Seeing it live and talking my own photo's and then going down there and seeing it for myself and helping clean up the mess that was left behind and breathing all that bad air seamed worth it at the time but now with my heath and seeing new evidence about the event has made me wonder that if the terrorist did not do it then who did and why. I don't want to die from this like so many others and not know the truth.

After obtaining a Diploma of Agriculture (Longerenong, Victoria) I spent my early years as an employee, then contractor, in Queensland. It is my belief that it is important for those who dispute the official explanation for the WTC collapses to stick rigidly to the evidence which stands up to scientific scrutiny. All observations are in accord with controlled demolition but not with fire and impact damage. The NIST report falls far short of a proper scientific study.

It seems incredible to me that anyone can believe that these collapses of buildings into their own footprints at near free fall speed can be attributed to the forces of gravity aided by structural damage from the planes and heat from burning office materials weakening the steel structure. Once I read the work of Stephen Jones, BYU Physics Dept., Emeritus, on thermite reactions I concluded that a controlled demolition was the most likely explanation of how the 3 trade center buildings came down in the way they did.

On the balance of physical as well chemical analytical evidence available from NIST, EPA, FEMA and and the open peer-reviewed scientific literature, it appears to be possible that the three buildings WTC-1, WTC-2 and WTC-7 were in fact brought down by a controlled demolition using (resonantly wired) Al/S/Fe2O3 based thermite explosives, possibly in form of a silica based sol-gel coating applied to the central steel cores of the towers and/or WTC-7. A truly independent group of engineers and scientists (possibly composed only of non-US citizens from other NATO/G-7 countries) should be set-up to investigate this possibility.

I am impressed that the only record of a structural steel building collapsing occurs on one day, September 11, 2001. All of the buildings fell basically within their footprint, and one, Building Seven, was not hit by an aircraft yet fell with absolute precision.

Initial steps towards an electrical engineering degree were cast aside when I discovered linguistic anthropology, a field that I still enjoy after 39 years of teaching it at the University of Texas. I have not lost, however, a deep interest in physics and engineering.
Common sense suggested from the moment of watching the buildings fall, that they were demolished deliberately and by explosive means. Such demolition and the required time for set-up, as well as the subsequent cover-ups by various government agencies and commissions requires the conclusion that multiple elected agents of the executive and legislative branches of this government were complicit in the 9/11 crime.

The official investigation was insufficient in it's scope. Much of the post-collapse evidence has been left out of the official investigation. The questions that have been raised due to the post-collapse evidence have been ignored and certainly left unanswered. The official explanations for the 3 major collapses are not backed by physical evidence. Catastrophes that would be considered minor compared to the events of 9/11 have been investigated with greater care and completeness than what has been done and reported by NIST and FEMA. A more thorough investigation of the cause of the collapse of those three buildings is long overdue.

I'm a tenured professor at MIT, and have been teaching there for the past 15 years. I started off as a field consultant working with structural engineers, and gradually moved up in the industry. After I received my doctorate I moved back to Boston, and started teaching at MIT.
It all started when I first saw the attack on television. There was an abundance of information, supplied by, 'experts', and the media. However, there were so many questions left unanswered. I took the liberty of running some of the numbers myself. I had to do this because the collapse just seemed too precise, falling onto it's own footprint, the near freefall speed of the collapse. Even other factors, like the explosions heard on the lower floors, are trivialized by the media. The numbers just don't add up.

The official story of the collapse of building 7, delayed until August 2008, not mentioned once in the 911 commission report, defies credibility. The NIST report on the towers, to a lay person, could, possibly be true. But the official story of the collapse of building 7 cannot be true. And if that isn't true, the tower collapse story probably isn't true either.

Statement: The events on 9/11 will remain one of the worst crimes of the 21st century, and served already as pretexts for wars that claimed thousands of lives. They compromised the relation of Western countries with large parts of the world, and have already been used to strip the population of Western countries off vital democratic rights. There is compelling evidence that, in contrast to what the world has been told about the 9/11 events, the WTC towers were destroyed by controlled demolition. Consequently, one may conclude that the so-called 'attack on America' was in fact an inside job. I believe that the www.ae911truth.org website presents compelling evidence that the collapses of the WTC towers on 9/11 was very likely a result of controlled demolitions, and that previous investigations, including those by FEMA, NIST, and the 9/11 Commission were not sufficiently independent of conflicts of interest and political influence, and that a new investigation of the evidence by a truly independent body of scientists, engineers, and architects is a moral imperative, for revealing to everyone the truth about what happened, and laying the groundwork for true justice and reconciliation.

A couple of weeks before 9/11 I watched a documentary about the development of techniques that enabled the demolition of a building without destroying others nearby - when I watched the 9/11 news footage, the buildings appeared to fall as if by planned demolition, which I found very strange. When the Bush administration did not call for an investigation, then resisted calls for an investigation, my doubts about their explanation increased. Thanks to Richard Gage and others there are solid reasons to demand an independent investigation into this event.

The way the buildings fell appeared very controlled and do not seem characteristic of a structural failure from fire. I have always been extremely concerned about WTC7 collapsing, ESPECIALLY IN SUCH A CONTROLLED FASHION, when the only damage was minor fires and some structural damage from falling debris.

Even after all of these years, the absence of common sense understandings about the 9/11 event by the public is very frustrating. One does not need to be a degreed engineer or architect to understand that it took lots of help to make those buildings fall so neatly into their own footprints. I consider the deaths of those in the WTC towers on that fatal day to be murder. I remain amazed that the interest in the subject seems to have evaporated.

There is compelling scientific evidence from many reliable sources indicating that the official story regarding the 9/11 attacks is not accurate and is full of discrepancies. In a democracy, the People have the right to transparency and information about their government's conduct. We, the People, demand a thorough investigation by an independent team of scientists and qualified others from the U.N. that are not allied with any U.S. government bureau (FBI/CIA). Until the truth behind 9/11 is revealed, we will remain vigilant and insistent on our right, as citizens, to know what really happened and why such an enormous effort has been made over the years to cover it up.
