PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The collapse of WTC building 7 is unprecedented: a building that collapsed supposedly due to fire and structural damage. The facts regarding WTC7 are compelling; it experienced a duration of free fall, it was a building outside of the main block of the twin towers, and the two buildings next to it experienced only superficial damage. Furthermore, other WTC7 evidence is suggestive, such as eyewitness accounts of explosions and news accounts and first responders as eyewitnesses that indicate foreknowledge of WTC7's collapse with certainty. For these reasons an investigation into the truth of WTC7 is warranted, and that truth weighs on the veracity of other 9/11 information.

Of the two buildings that sustained similar damage (i.e. the twin towers), the last building hit fell first, after 54 minutes. The other building fell after 100 minutes, despite that these building were subjected to similar forces. These anomalies warrant further investigation.

Based on the investigations, experiments, analysis and findings by those within the AE911 movement and other grass roots communities since 2001, it is plain that the official N.I.S.T investigation fails to provide a fully satisfactory explanation of the events that occurred on 9/11. By all accounts, the official conclusions and explanations of events that day have and continue to be a gross violation of justice in respect of some 3000 people that died, 3000 that have suffered and died since then, those yet to die from respiratory, cancerous and other post-9/11 related illnesses, the suffering and loss of families, friends and those that have died or suffered in 9/11 justified military events that continue to be carried out to this day. A new, genuinely independent investigation that considers all evidence, that produces a well-substantiated explanation of how each building came down that is widely accepted by the scientific community and wider public is sought. To date, no one has been brought forward in a court of law on trial for perpetrating or carrying out the destruction of 9/11 so in addition, a follow up criminal investigation in light of whatever scientific conclusions are drawn is necessary to hold those responsible to account and to provide reparations for the victims.

I watched the collapse of the WTC twin towers as it was happening. I had an innate sense even at that time that something about the neat way they fell didn't make sense. Ever since then a steady buildup of information in conflict with the official version and a growing list of unanswered questions has only served to strengthen that conviction. The consequences of what happened on that day are felt today around the world and are detrimental to the liberty of us all. One can only ask 'When will it end?'. An ISP company partly owned by that software company was sold in the mid '90s and I chose to go with it to that new company to be the VP Technology and is where I am today. That ISP company soon also became a CLEC (telco).
From day 1 I never believed what I was hearing. I had seen some WTC steel on the ground before it was hoisted into place years ago and it was a massive heat sink. By my early teens I owned a cutting and welding torch, and had been casting lead sinkers and soldiers for years, and would think nothing of heating some steel part cherry red to facilitate bending it, or burning off dirty gasoline (from parts washing) in an old steel barrel. So an educated gut feeling was that 911 could not happen the way we were told.

How much more evidence to people need to see before they start to wake up? People need to stop burying their heads in the sand whenever they begin to question what is real and what isn't and taking the easy route out. It is just so obvious that they blew those buildings up so they could go to war and start the weapons of mass destruction scenarios. It is ridiculous to state that the WT7 building collapsed into its own footprint with free fall speed just because of some office fires. Same for the twin towers, being hit by an air plane would not get them to fall symmetrically. Only controlled demolition can do that!

As a student growing up in New York after September 11th, I decided to research what happened on that day and why; however, the more documentaries I watched, the more news articles I read, and the more I sought after facts and credible information, I began to find more secrets and inconsistencies rather than the truth. After viewing documentaries and reading statements from numerous sources, I strongly agree that the collapses of both Twin Towers, as well as Building 7, need to be further investigated. To my knowledge, the 9/11 Commission did not conduct any investigation into the collapse, and provided more of a cover up story instead of a detailed investigation. I have researched numerous videos of the collapse of the Twin Towers, and they all appear to be controlled demolitions. It does not take a rocket scientist or engineer to find that there were explosives after watching video evidence and testimonials from firefighters and eye witnesses.

Dropped out of university mid 1970's and was offered employment in a small computer company in 1983. All programs I have watched on TV simply serve to confirm my suspicions that the plane impacts and fires there were insufficient to cause the collapse seen. The theories offered so far, for an inside job, are most plausible for what actually occurred. Too much information is omitted from the 9/11 Commission Report to make it even slightly believable.

For me, compelling evidence of nano-elements of explosive materials aside (not to ignore the compelling nature of that incredible, inescapable red flag), the likelihood of *three* buildings falling victims to a heretofore unheard of demise related to structure failures due to (controlled) fires, stretches the bounds of believability. WTC 7 was destroyed in what matches a highly skilled controlled demolition and its investigation by the NIST was preceded by a speedy destruction of all the research material (NIST: no steel was recovered from WTC 7), followed by years of official speculation about whether it was the diesel fuel stored in the building, the alleged south-side damage, or perhaps something else (anything but controlled demolition). This is not the way in which massive skyscraper disasters are investigated. And the official explanation 7 years later (with no physical evidence to base it on)? Ordinary office fires caused one column (number 79) to break, which then somehow caused all the other 80 columns to also simultaneously break in a building with a typical floor area of a football field, with a result about which any controlled demolition company would be extremely proud.

I see no way the builldings could have collapsed that straight, unless some charges disabled all the vertical columns simultaneously. And it's certainly suspicious that the many Pentagon surveillance videos, the black box contents and almost all other evidence is held back.

Building 7 was an impossibility, cement pulverizing and molten metal pooled at the bottom do not happen from 'collapse', even if collapse did occur.

It seems that 9/11 Commission, or any political figure denying this evidence, are just protecting those that had prior knowledge or a hand in the planning (the latter seems to be more true). Common sense is all that is needed to see the truth once the facts are presented. This is the Warren Commission all over again. I truly believe that 9/11 was the precursor to a police state coming to the United States, the rumblings are ever present in the news with incremental assaults on liberty. Patriot Act, TSA Scanners, Net Neutrality, and so on. I am also not surprised that the rhetoric of banning conspiracy theorizing has been given some play - which means we are starting to win and getting close to the truth.

I have been researching 911 for the last 10 years and have identified clear proof that it was intentionally covered up after being initiated by The Project for A New American Century, a Washington, DC think tank, which was financially motivated to orchestrate 911 to create a violation of Constitutional rights, and implementation of a perpetual war. They used controlled demolition, after staging Muslim plane flights into the 3 WTC buildings and the Pentagon.

Because of my practical experience with metallic materials, and my theoretical technical knowledge, I couldn't believe the official '9/11-first-skyscraper-collapse-through-fire-story' right from the beginning. Building material does not 'naturally' behave like the way we have seen it. But I was confused, because of the (dis)information through the 'mass-media'. Thanks to Jim Hoffman, Steven Jones, David Ray Griffin and Richard Gage and many other honest and truth-loving individuals, my anticipation that the people of the whole world have been lied about the real story about 9/11, has strongly been confirmed. Thank you for your courageous pertinacity. I hope we will finally see truth and justice on this story and an end of all these unholy, barbarian wars.
