To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I had a college professor in structures who once said, and I paraphrase, Structures don't collapse from the mistakes that engineers design for....there are enough factors of safety to compensate for that...they collapse from what engineers completely miss designing for. - - - - When the towers collapsed, I was shocked and surprised, but attributed the collapse to the idea that...well...the engineers wouldn't have taken into account a large plane hitting them. Years later I discovered that they were indeed designed for a 707 hitting them. That got me thinking! - - Having spent many agonizing hours designing the structure for a church, I felt certain that the engineers of the towers would have overdesigned their structure to, if nothing else, still be standing until the last little old lady in a wheel chair escaped, unharmed. - - - - Call it gut feeling, with some practical engineering experience, but the idea of the tower collapses and especially the building 7 collapse being caused mainly by fires are suspect. The true cause or causes of these total failures certainly need to be re-investigated.

I have extensive experience with gas turbines, aka jet engines burning No 2 distillate fuel (essentially JP4) and never to my knowledge has an un-contained (open) fuel fire ever burned at over 800- 1000 degrees F. Only in a contained combustion burner with compressed air and atomized fuel can we attain temperatures high enough to soften steel (> 1800 degrees F). There is no explanation for an open fire causing steel structural failure.

There is a staggering amount of irrefutable factual information, that has been derived and collected by professional scientists and engineers, to establish that the collapse of these buildings was premeditated controlled demolition. It would be impossible to accomplish that degree of destruction, and the sequence of events, by the relatively mere impact of jet airplanes and the resulting fires fueled only by jet fuel, which could never soften or melt steel support structures. There is also an unprecedented array of events that indicate a carefully premeditated and executed sequence of events that belie the official conclusions of the original 9/11 commission. Why was there such a rush to remove and destroy physical evidence from the scene, to prevent a proper forensic investigation of such an unprecedented disaster?

I remember seeing the first video that debunked the official story. The scope of the assault terrified me and I would notice that the people I talked to instantly dismissed me as a conspiracy theorist. In one of the many documentaries I have seen, the scientist interviewed said, the problem is that we have been erroneously labelled the conspiracy theorists, but the real culprits are the conspirators who executed and covered up this assault. I truly hope that as Shakespeare said, all things come to light. Hopefully, we won't have to wait for deathbed confessions.

I recall seeing WTC7 fall on TV (just once) either on 9//11 or the day. I was stunned and in disbelief at the perfect fall. That image always stuck in my head that something was amiss. And I knew (because it was reported) that this building was not hit by an airplane. I did not hear or know that it was on fire as now reported. I just knew that many hours after the collapse of WTC 1 & 2 that this seems so implausible. Especially the speed at which it fell. Then I found more folks who held the same questions. Obviously I've heard and read about the non-official story now. It's tragic that honesty is not forthcoming from our officials. Part of that honesty would be to answer seriously the questions posed by AE911Truth and others. I even found at a used book store, 'Triggered' by David Icke - fascinating even if some of his thoughts are too far out there; his sequence of events and players are recorded in great detail and can't be refuted as they are mostly documented by the (MSM) news of the day.

The collapse of the three towers can in no experts opinion be ruled as a top down collapse. The lack of any sideways collapse of a melting steel framed building clearly indicates that the collapse was orchestrated and done with intent to collapse downward. - - Steel buildings will offer immense resistance to downward collapse, simply due to its compilation and construction. - - The collapse of building 7 also is an impossibility with a meagre office fire. - - NIST failed miserably and were most definitely coerced to compile the report that they did. - -

I worked all of that time until 2014 (38 years) with Parkland School Division #70 maintaining and renovating schools as well as helping construct portable classrooms. Shortly before retiring I also became a Fire Door Assembly Inspector through the Door and Hardware Institute.
In about 2008 I heard the events of Sept. 11, 2001 did not happen the way that we had been told and I started reading about and researching those events. This is without a doubt a huge deception (just one of many unfortunately) and the world needs to know the truth of what actually happened that day. Any building, steel frame or wood, 1 story or 47, or more, would never collapse (no other steel buildings have) like building 7 did from just randomly burning fires.
