PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been in construction for over 30 years and have been extremely upset over 911 and the lack of government investigations. I have been involved in commercial construction and residential construction. I understand how strong steel and concrete are and it is almost impossible to pulverize concrete to dust. Also cutting steel beams at a 45 degree angle naturally is impossible.
There are many issues with the accounts of that day starting with our president hearing about it and almost looking sheepish and embarrassed like a kid who has lied or is hiding something. The facts have never been explained. How did building 7 collapse like it did no planes hit it? How could steel beams be cut like butter at a 45 degree angle (like controlled demolitions) Why are no good camera angles available of the pentagon? How could 3 non pilots hit a bulls eye of three buildings in other words 3 for 3 with no experience? Especially hitting the Pentagon we did not scramble aircraft and the alleged plane was almost touching the ground before hitting the building.

I never believed the official story since day one. Three of us watched it on TV and all agreed what we saw is not possible. I understand what it takes to melt steel. I understand that lots of smoke means a cool limited active fire. I simply do not believe a small band of foreigners could so completely fool the entire US security system. I do not pretend to know who was behind this; but it is clear all three buildings were controlled demolitions. I suspect Building #7 was used to bring down the Towers; then demolished to hide evidence. The Pentagon story is just as un-believable/Improbable. My father was a ground zero survivor on 9/11. I was previously a fire department service member, and I worked at ground zero during the freedom tower construction project in 2009. I have a bachelors in fire protection engineering, so I have more knowledge on this topic that the common man. I'm currently in pursuit of my PE in the same field. I now work as a government contractor to safeguard their facilities (nuclear power plants, VA medical centers, EPA laboratories) from fires and other disasters.
If a building is designed to withstand a plane impact, then it will. I have too much respect for the engineering field to argue that fact. Fire does not cause structural failure of that magnitude. Maybe a fire will cause a wooden shed to fall, but not a skyscraper at free fall speed. An asymmetrical structural failure (as the NIST report states for WTC 7), cannot cause a symmetrical collapse. The building would have tipped over.

I don't feel that it just so happened to be that the 2 towers could possibly have collapsed as they did. There had to have been something already being installed the building itself to demolish it. No other tower set on fire has EVER done that without intending for it to happen. It seems to be that the evidence for a criminal coverup is overwhelming. The official story is so full of holes and the 911 Commission ignored any evidence that didn't fit that official story which they accepted as a given. I have recently been investigating the attacks at the World Trade Centers, and have come to no other conclusion that the official story is not accurate. Having studied multiple cases of planned demolitions, I cannot fathom how these towers fell at free-fall speed without the help of explosives. It is scientifically proven that the steel could have withstood temperatures exceedingly higher than the official story said weakened the structure. Nano-Thermite was found in the debris and rubble by a scientist in Copenhagen, Denmark; There is your explosive evidence. I really appreciate this website for compiling all of the facts necessary for people to open their eyes, and can't wait for the day that a TRUE investigation happens.

I have always been very mechanically inclined and when the Towers came down I knew right away that they had been imploded because they were built to take far more than a hit from a plane!!! Plus it had to be an inside JOB because our military wasn't there to stop the planes!! I did take some mechanical engineering courses at Temple University back in the 60s BUT dropped out due to the bad headaches I would get from the many hours of classes.
I could see right away that the buildings were imploded due to how fast they came down and into their own blueprint. They didn't fall to one side which might have been weakened by the plane! Plus they came down way too fast!! Tall buildings are always designed and built to take far more than a large plane could ever deliver in a crash!! I wondered right away where our Air Force was at since we have them in the air within minutes whenever any plane gets off course.

When i first saw loose change and saw what was happening, there was no way to ignore the facts. When it comes to 9-11 all i want to see is justice. The point that stands out is the dust. How can a fire turn concrete and steel into dust. When a building collapses it creates dust. This is true, but so much from one fire is not normal. On September 11, 2001 I like much of America watched live continued coverage of the events. In the time it took someone to watch the first strike and wake me up, the first building had collasped (I did not see it). I did see the second tower seem to fall into ashes like the tip of a stick of incense looses its ashes.

I'm preparing myself for entering a BA program for Engineering. I'm from Vancouver, Canada and I'm more liberal than you can imagine. Even still, I somehow find myself thinking that there's no place better than Vancouver.
There needs to be further, peer-reviewed investigation into the collapses. WTC7 has been mostly ignored even though it's perhaps the smoking gun in the whole fiasco. People tend to get very distracted when you bring up the fact that the main two towers fell at near-freefall speed despite the physical impossibilities of such a thing happening. Focusing on the science of it and ignoring the radical, unprovable theories is the best way to get the public interested in finding out the truth.

I watched Zeitgeist part 1 a year ago. The movie has left me with many questions, and this petition would assist in answering some of them.
What happened? It's my understanding that planes could not cause the buildings to collapse. I could be wrong; maybe it was the planes. I don't think that enough research has been done to provide an answer. What happened to the third building that collapsed without even being hit? Why did the buildings fall straight down? Something strange happened, and I want to know more.
