PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in architecture from the Oxford School of Architecture, Oxford, UK. I then moved back to the US to work as an apprentice in the Master of Architecture program at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, Scottsdale AZ. During this time, my interest in the connection between landscape and architecture grew. After spending a year as an apprentice, I met a multidisciplinary designer named Pliny Fisk in Austin, Texas. I then moved to work with Pliny on the Texas A&M solar decathlon project, and I eventually attended Texas A&M where Pliny was signature faculty in the architecture department. While completing my Masters degree in architecture, I constructed my off grid shelter in Tuscola, Texas near where I grew up. I also collaborated with numerous architects and designers on award winning building projects around the world. Since that time, I have continued to work on projects at a variety of scales and types with an emphasis on connecting buildings and people to places with design. I'm currently a project designer at Laguarda Low Architecture and Planning in Dallas, and owner of Taproot Studio: a residential and commercial design practice.
To AIA members who voted down AIA Resolution 15-6: Why wouldn't you investigate a circumstance indicating that current best practices in steel building construction are endangering the lives of everyone in and around the building? How could you assert that you are upholding the reasonable standard of care if NIST says that low temperature fires in steel buildings can and do lead to free fall collapse scenarios as seen in Building 7? While some of you may suspect that NIST is being deceptive, you may view the incidents of 9/11 as disconnected with your own life and practice. If so, you're wrong there. If you let building 7 go uninvestigated, you set the stage for a repeat scenario (and in so doing fail to uphold the professional standard of care), as it could be your building next. We don't know how to safeguard against the real threat until we investigate a circumstance and determine the cause. Anyone with university level education in architecture in the U.S. has no excuse for not demanding an investigation into the collapse of WTC 7 in the interest of improving design factors and codes for steel construction.

By examining the facts of the three buildings that collapsed on 911, the official story appears to be missing some major aspects. Not only was the collapse of building 7 completely avoided by mainstream media discussions, but the fact that they fell at free-fall speed, no explosives were officially tested for at ground zero and rubble was removed so quickly after 9/11 begs the question that there is more to the official story than originally suggested. If anything, the fact that so much of the current state of the world in terms of removing of individual freedoms and expanded domestic and international government powers, as a people we should be questioning this catastrophic event more.

The most plausible explanation of the collapse of the WTC buildings, most certainly WTC 7, is a planned controlled demolition. What is most certain is that WTC 7 did not collapse due to office fires and structural damage.

I was living at the next to Military installations. I am a business woman who knows what I saw and heard at that time, LIVE. I know the comments that were being made by new reporters/lay people/police/firemen All the people were stating it was bombs going off. By the afternoon it had all changed on TV and it was an airplane attack. Could not believe what I saw, the plane hitting was a shock, but the true shock was the way the building went down. I stood in awe, looked like a planned implosion of a building. I went to work and stated how it was impossible for a plane to strike a building and bring it down like that.
I stood and watched the TV as the first tower went down and saw what I believed to be a building being blown up, imploded. I thought the plane was part of the attack not the main reason for the destruction of the building. My first impression was the US was under attack. I drove to work and was greeted by many police vehicles looking at the over passes to the freeways for explosives. I never excepted the story that it collapsed like that because of a plane, then came the bldg 7. Never made any sense and you could see the explosions on the TV. Then everything went silent and you then got to see only what the media wanted you to see. I heard news reporter stating it was bombs, never heard again on National TV.

These were enormous buildings. I don't accept the propaganda that a jet could bring down a structure of this size and scope. Some people say that the jet fuel didn't need to melt the steel it just needed to weaken it. There wasn't enough jet fuel to weaken every support from top to bottom. Even if there was, we need to investigate why there was indeed molten steel at the base of the towers.

I am 23 and currently a culinary student in Denver. I have never studied architecture nor engineering but I find the topics raised in this film incredibly important so I try to educate myself as much as possible with documentaries.
My main concern over the occurrences of 9/11 is that the mainstream media clearly has not investigated this matter what so ever. I feel the only way to get the real story now a days is to do research online and to watch documentaries. I also can't help but think that if they can keep a story like the WTC demolished ions from the majority of the public then what else are they keeping from us that may be more difficult to prove.

I am personally outraged that the government has not taken a further look into this idea. Why wouldn't there be anything left? Something, anything to indicate that the building had any occupants in it at all. Why would the squwibs be so far down when that particular area of the building was not yet effected by the falling pressure of the building? Why were so many people lost and unaccounted for? My background is eclectic and deep, including having put two businesses together pretty much from and with nothing... Having sold them in the mid-eighties; also, I spent a number of years in the theater as a professional actor (not smoke and mirrors, but including work on Broadway, off-Broadway, regional theaters, etc.).
It is incredibly obvious to any sane and intelligent human (not too many of those around, however) that the buildings were taken down by pre-planted explosives, not by the damage done by the planes. And although the implications are horrendous, they need to be confronted.

The buildings collapsed due to demololitions placed in each building should be obvious to any one with common sense. Why didn't the Pentagon collapse similarly? The original CNN and local D.C. video footage (which is now hard to find) clearly show that it was a missle strike... otherwise there would have been damage where the 6 ton engines struck the building... but not a scratch. It was an inside job... obviously. Mr. Cheney and Mr. Bush stated numerous times that they have the black boxes from flight 77 that they said hit the Pentagon. Since Flight 77 didn't hit the Pentagon... this means that they know where the plane actually went down.

It is quite obvious that these building were imploded. One building that was not even hit by the so called commercial jets came down in exactly the same fashion. There has never been a case of fire damage to buildings that resulted in an implosion. I will never forget seeing the World Trade Centers collapse on TV. I remember reading a book before September 11, 2001. In it the author, Barbara Marceniak, said to look for a relatively small event that would receive global attention. I knew instantly that the attack on the World Trade Center was the event that she seemed to have predicted. I waited almost five years before I ever started looking at the mounting evidence. I have spent countless hours reading testimony from the fire fighters, the family members who lost loved ones, the re-run of news clips, and now I am convinced that bombs and other explosives were planted in the buildings. It is still hard for me to conceive that this information is not main stream. I would like to see the Truth come out.

I am a disabled mother of 2, grandmother of 3. I worked for the State of Washington for 7 years before moving to rural New York State.
I never believed the towers could have collapsed simply from being struck by an airplane, let alone go down in such a perfect manner. Then there is building 7, enough said? Also the fact the certain individuals were more or less warned not to be at work that morning, or that NORAD didn't scramble fighter jets when there was evidence of a plane striking the S tower. Just too many things about it make no sense.
