On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There are many well known questions to be answered: the speed of collapse, building 7 (and what it contained), then planes and their flight recorders, insider trading and their sources of information, and on and on. The most disturbing part is the handling of the material after the event. It should have been made publicly available for study by engineers and universities or anyone interested in researching and possibly preventing a similar disaster, but it was quickly disassembled and kept out of public view. I wonder if any of the material could still be traced into China.

The discovery of intergranular melting has so far not been explained, officially. Building 7 collapse looks like a demolition to me, and if nothing else happens, this should be intensively re-investigated by an independent team of architects and engineers.

The official claim that the trade center towers collapsed as a result of fires following the airplane attack is not credible. It is apparent, to any educated observer, that the collapse was caused by explosives placed by demolition experts. The commonly repeated story that an airplane crashed into the Pentagon is not supported by any evidence. A missile is the more likely cause. The official 911 report is seriously flawed. Many eye witnesses were ignored. A full, independent study must be conducted and published. I fear that such a report would be so damaging to the US government and high officials that it will never happen.

My education is in arts and photography. I've produced half a dozen books on Anasazi and National parks teachers guides doing the illustrations and photography. In the mid 90's I became interested in understanding why our country seemed so disjointed and not as it appeared. This was occasioned by my being unable to get a jury trial on a false DV claim. I've poured over every detail I can find on the official explanations for why these buildings came down, an unparalleled event in the history of the world. Even if you grant all the improbable explanations for the WTC buildings collapse you can not use those same explanations on Building 7. Those is no way that debris from the WTC caused fires that brought Building 7 down, especially the perfect free fall foot print collapse we witnessed. I don't really have any education or experience in any technical things that are relevant to the situation.
All I know is it really doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that those buildings were blown up by none other than our own faithful government, to cover up what I'm not sure of yet. And when someone finally proves that it was all fake, I'm sure that this is not the first time the government has lied to all of us. It almost sickens me to even thing that the government of this great nation would do something so unforgivable like that. What about all the families of the people who did that day, and for what? I don't believe for a second that a plane even hit the Pentagon. and if it did, where is the plane in the footage seconds after the explosion, how does a 757 just disappear.

The building collapses look very well done by a demolition expert. I researched information on 9/11 and it was clear to me that the three WTC buildings came down in the manner of a controlled demolition. I have watched many YouTube videos and documentaries that revealed there were many serious discrepancies to the official story of events. No matter where you turn your attention to on the events of 9/11 there were too many inconsistencies. WTC7 collapsed at near free fall speed and was not even hit by a plane. Firefighters and first responders who witnessed secondary explosions in WTC buildings were not allowed to give evidence at the 9/11 Commission Report. Defense fighters were coincidentally and conveniently away on training exercises that very day. Nanothermite was found in WTC dust particles. There is enough evidence to warrant a re-opening of an investigation on 9/11.

I consider that the official FEMA, NIST, and 9-11 Commission reports - in which you read that fires plus impact damage alone caused complete collapses of all three buildings of WTC - aren't sufficient. And I find now evident that the controlled-demolition hypothesis - which is suggested by the available data, and can be tested scientifically, and yet has not been analyzed in any of the reports funded by the US government - has seriously to be considered.

The buildings obviously had explosives in them in my eyes. (ESPECIALLY tower 7) There was an interview with the head engineer of the twin towers from the 70's that has him explaining what would happen if a commercial airliner had crashed into the building. I'm a student at West Virginia University, currently pursuing a second Bachelor's Degree. This time a Bachelor of Science in Forensic & Investigative Sciences: Forensic Examiner track.
Basically, I don't buy the official story that was fed to us (6 out of 10 of the 9/11 Commissioners came forward and said that the investigation was a facade and set up to fail). Do we know what really happened on that day? No. We know what we were told...but there are so many aspects and events that occurred on that day that don't seem to fit into the puzzle. You want to know what's really strange? WTC 3, 4, 5 and 6 (all near WTC 1&2) sustained MASSIVE amounts of damage *the photos are available in an internet search* yet the structures remained standing (had to be torn down later). Yet, WTC7, which was the furthest in the WTC complex away from the twin towers, sustained a few fires and collapsed at free fall speed. How does that happen? Seriously..how?
