PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

From and engineering standpoint, I believe the most powerful evidences against the official theory are as follows: 1) Molten and glowing steel under all 3 piles of rubble found months later. This would be impossible if the only thing burning were smothered remnants of office supplies and remnants of jet fuel which mostly burned off in the first few minutes. Temperatures of combustion of such an oxygen starved fuel could not even make steel glow. 2) The inability of the remnants of jet fuel and office supplies to provide sufficient heat to significantly weaken key structural members evenly to the point of failure. 3) The towers falling at near the acceleration of gravity into their own footprint. Even if the impacted floors somehow gave way due solely to fire, they certainly would not give way at the same time all around the structure. One side would have been weaker than another causing that side to fail first causing the upper structure to tip over imparting rotational momentum to the upper structure and shifting the CG away from the stronger side and onto the weaker side causing the weaker side to collapse faster... and so on until the tops of the buildings toppled over. There is no way an uncontrolled demolition would be so neat as these were. The mass and structure below the failure point would have absorbed enormous energy and momentum slowing the fall to significantly less than the acceleration of gravity. 4) Building 7 sustained minimal damage with only a few cool fires and its collapse has yet to be explained officially. 5) The many vertical structural members would have no cause to buckle and shear off at 45 degree angles. If the floors were to pancake as supposed, they would have had to shear off of the vertical supports leaving hundreds of feet of beams sticking up in the air. ...and I could go on...

I left to return to my office on the east side of lower Manhattan on Water Street, believing that I had witnessed the worst of the damage. I did not have sight of the buildings when they collapsed, but have spoken with people who were close to the towers as they collapsed. They all heard explosions as a chain of thuds going off just below the collapsing material at each level.

I started my working career as a piano technician. I went through the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Machinist Apprenticeship. Later got a BS in Mech E from Seattle University, then spent 4 years with Boeing as a Liaison engineer in the Wing Responsibility Center. Finally worked 16 years with US Navy as a Nuclear/Radiological engineer.
The NIST scenarios are not believable. The WTC 1 collapse is equivalent to crushing two US Nimitz class nuclear carriers in 10 seconds, given that they have about the same amount of structural steel. It's simply not possible. The NIST explanation for the WTC7 collapse is even more ludicrous. Their model shows massive failure at the back of the building, but somehow that doesn't distort the glass windows on the front of the building. I used Working Model 2D to model the effects of the conservation of momentum on WTC1. It showed that the upper stories would be significantly slowed by impact with the lower stories, adding several seconds to a free fall collapse, which takes it outside of the actual collapse time. Ergo, the lower floors were already falling when they were hit by the upper floors. Frankly, I'm extremely disappointed by the almost total lack of curiosity displayed by most of my working colleagues over the years. Lots of really smart guys who lacked the courage to ask a few rather obvious questions.

Degreed as a chemical engineer in June 1965, in a French engineer school. I prepared a thesis on a physical chemistry subject until obtaining a graduate Docteur-Ingenieur in january 1970, at the university of Lille. The main results of my work were published in 'Le journal de physique' (French scientifical journal about physics) in march 1971 under my name and that of my bosses. After that educational period, I joined the steelmaking industry for my whole career. I worked much of the time for french USINOR group and finally during some years for the german THYSSENKRUPP when this company bought some parts of USINOR activities. I retired in May 2002. During my career, my job was about liquid steelmaking (special converters AOD for stainless steel) and hot rolling. I was a good specialist of reheating slabs of very special steels at a temperature as high as 2550 'F ! I've got a medal from the french steelmaking technical association (ATS - Association Technique de la Sid'rurgie fran'aise) for that job.
Concerning the 9/11 events, I am absolutely convinced that the softening of any of the inner columns of the WTC under a fire is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. These colums were similar in shape with the slabs that I had to reheat from the room temperature to that of hot rolling mill. Flames, as high as they can be, are unable to heat the metal in the whole thickness. As a matter of fact, to reheat a 10 inches thick steel slab, it takes a least 3 hours in a very special hot rolling furnace. The system is very close to the theoretical black body (radiation is the main heating process, despite the type of fuel used). This furnace demands two complete days of preheat to be operating. And, naturally, the slabs are not insulated as the colums of the WTC.

WTC 7 was the dead give away, nothing hit it and a 47 story collapses in 6.5 seconds in it's own footprint, scientifically impossible. Watching demolition explosions, the only way a building can collapse in it's footprint is that all the base columns have to be severed at the same time plus the supporting outside walls. When I witnessed the collapse of the Towers, I was amazed at the speed and ease with which they fell. It seemed unreal and immediately made me question what had happened. It was too clean, too easy, too quick. I have never been able to accept the official explanation given. I have seen controlled demolitions and this is exactly what it looks like. That was all I could think of at the time. I could not believe that these buildings, which were constructed to withstand the impact of a large plane, could be taken down so easily.

When I graduated from high school, I started climbing trees and eventually started working in line construction. As a member of the I.B.E.W local #77 I have helped as a ground man on many projects from big to small. There is so much that I'im getting angry right now at Bush. I dislike how he made jokes, when he was the only joke. The National Institute of Science and Technology is what they pretend to be. They can't provide a reason for Building 7's failure and when asked if they found explosives they reply No. Then asked did you look and behold the answer to why not was simply we didn't investigate. I would assume that the Pentagon has its explosion on video over 20 times. How can they say that then, and in 2006 release one? Liars. Bush cant even remember how he first heard instead he makes joke about bad flying. Don't forget about the stock market. Follow the money, find the criminals. My favorite wild story is that the FBI agent actually found one of the supposed hijackers' passport at Ground Zero, but as far as I know can't find a 747 at the Pentagon or any of the black boxes. Now that's a wild story. I could go for hours but you already know.

The Twin Towers were not able to collapse as they did due to the physics of gravity. They were brought down by controlled demolition. You see the building exploding down. The fire was not hot enough to melt the steel inside the buildings. MOST of the liquid/gas in the airplane was burnt up outside the building.

I only know what I've learned fron watching this short story of the 9/11 attacks. I don't have any degrees or anything like that but one thing I do know, is fire from those planes explodeing into those buildings could not have brought them down. I am in the Manufacturing industry mostly for the supply of purpose built Dust Extraction and Ventilation systems for the Mining Industry in Australia. We use high strength Quenched and Tempered Steel along with standard grades of Mild Steel and apply AS1554-SP for the majority of what we fabricate.
I am not a Structural Engineer but after 27 years in the trade working with high tensile and high yield metals an understanding of how much temperature and pressure is required to reshape metals becomes apparent. Watching the Twin Towers fall as they did, and realizing that the main columns should still have been erect, I wasn't able to conceive how there could ever be enough vertical pressure applied directly over the columns to force them down into themselves which in my opinion is what would have had to have taken place when the buildings were shown to have fallen directly down into their own footprint. Furthermore, the projection of the debris so far outwards away from the buildings was to me confirmation of an internal force inside the buildings of something other than floors collapsing on to each other.

The moment I saw it on TV ...on 09/11 - I knew it was an inside job....I did declare it to my family and friends who thought I was nuts!!! My argument was how could someone supposedly living in the harsh remote hills of Afghanistan - orchestrate and synchronize such a devilish, but admittedly brilliant plan? Supposedly hijack 4 planes in a country which has the most sophisticated equipment in the world and then so accurately steer into the Towers? Again, I must admit, if not for the destruction it caused it was indeed a treat to watch how the planes were maneuvered into the Towers....being a former racing driver I could easily recognize the professionalism.

The evidence is overwhelming that the buildings destroyed on 9/11 were destroyed by explosive chemical reactions that were not part of the airplane impacts. I was watching coverage of 911 when a plane hit the second tower. It reminded me of the feeling of dis belief I had when I heard JFK had been shot.This cannot be happening in the USA. The way the buildings fell and all the evidence that was removed from the crime scene are all the reasons I need to demand another investigation.

I studied Legal Business at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law. I also have a degree in business marketing and I know how the media or any other type of company or government agency can manipulate images and dialogue to create whatever kind of scene they want. In addition to my educational background I was brought up to question everything and look at all sides of a story before coming up with a logical conclusion.
I am not an engineer, but knowing a little bit about structural integrity and the information provided to me about the science and mathematics that go into a building like the Twin Towers, it raises a red flag to me that a plane could cause the buildings to fall like they did. Even my not having an engineering background I can logically figure out that a building should collapse backwards, if it was to collapse, from an impact such as plane crashing into it instead of straight down.

It is clear to me that the buildings which collapsed on 9/11 did not do so from simple structural failure due to impact or fire. More importantly, there are numerous experts from various disciplines who share this conclusion after they have duly considered the available evidence.

Gray plane seems to fire missile into second Tower just before impact with Tower. Flashes of light just before buildings collapse and out puffs of smoke several floors below collapse of each building. Enormous plumes of dust rising high over where the Towers stood and traveling all over lower Manhattan. Why did the concrete not fall in blocks, but broke into dust?

Having watched several documentaries regarding Sept 11 it is obvious there are many questions regarding the collapse of the three buildings. It is shocking that it was not treated as a crime scene for forensic investigation.
