PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

It's strange that there are so many fundamental observations that can be made that prove, beyond a doubt, that the events of that day differ from the generally accepted causes. - - Seems it is more like a religious debate, or a political debate, and many people will take a side and not budge the slightest, even when presented simple observations or facts. For example, - 1. Rate of collapse of the buildings - 2. The projectiles that are projected perpendicular to the force of gravity - 3. The destruction of an entire building, below the impact point by a significantly SMALLER 'hammer' ie, the top part of the building - 4. The repeated observations by credible witnesses, ie the fireman, that observed many, many explosions - 5. In the videos of the destruction, anyone can see the significant emissions of material horizontally out from the building - - And on and on... You don't need a microscope to figure this one out.

I've been aware that the official account of 9/11 was false since before AE 9/11 Truth was founded, but for professional reasons I was unable to sign until now. My guess is that for every AE that signs there are at least ten that don't for the same reason as me. I have the utmost admiration and respect for Richard Gage and everyone engaged in this effort. The evidence of controlled demolition for all three World Trade Center towers is overwhelming. In contrast, the official explanation relies on assertions but no evidence. The failure of the United States to investigate 9/11, the crime of the century, has placed a stain of corruption on our nation. Those public officials who continue to block a legitimate investigation of the events of 9/11 are complicit in the crime. Only the truth can set us free and restore integrity to our nation and government.

I'm a design mechanical engineer working with steel and other materials. My designs are of dynamic (moving) mechanisms meant to work in the real world and, as such, must follow the laws of the physics of moving bodies. My work involves fabrication of mechanisms and other parts often made by heating and gas welding mild steel and 4130 (chrom-moly) steel.
The collapse of any of the three WTC towers that fell on 9/11/2001 in NYC could not have happened as quickly as they did or as neatly as they did, straight down into their own footprint if gravity provided the only collapse energy. It is clear to me now that there were tell-tale signs that the three WTC towers were taken down by controlled demolitions: squibs; explosions heard by eyewitnesses in the basement, lobby, and on the street; the speed at which the towers fell that does not agree with laws of physics if they were collapsing under gravity alone; the lateral projectiles as the towers fell; projectiles seen exploding in mid-air; thermite discovered in the dust; molten steel pouring from one of the towers just below the impact of the plane, and the molten steel in the rubble that was seen by eyewitnesses at the site in the days after the collapse. We need to know the truth.

I become interested in 9/11 on 9/11/2012. I happened to be watching videos of the attacks online and found a video of building 7 coming down. As I watched the way it collapsed, I knew something didn't look right. As I dug a little deeper into all 3 towers, I began to realize that the official story was anything but true. The observation of molten steel pouring from the towers is particularly interesting to me because I work with steel on a daily basis in a metal fabrication plant. It is deeply troubling that NIST has denied the fact that molten steel was present before, during and after the collapse. The presence of molten steel is evidence that this collapse was not natural since jet fuel can't achieve 2,700 deg. F in open air. Then we saw the pyroclastic-like clouds of pulverized concrete and hot gas mix rise into the air like we saw during the Mt. St. Helen's eruption. We saw buildings coming down at free fall acceleration, symmetrically down to the ground. The discovery of thermite in the dust samples only proves this further. In my opinion NIST and many other organizations and departments have deliberately ignored and covered up the evidence of explosives and molten steel in those buildings. What disturbs me the most is that the scientific and engineering community including my own peers and colleagues, have refused to examine the evidence and have turned their back on the truth. Shame on those who are supposed to be role models and leaders of this country for doing nothing, for fear of damaging their reputation or compromising their wealth or social status. And shame on the members of the media who carry the responsibility of reporting the truth to the American people, but instead have spread lies, disinformation and propaganda. I sincerely hope that more people will join in and fight for the truth. It's the least we can do for all the lives lost on 9/11 and as a result of 9/11.

Upon receiving my BS in Chem.E. in 1980, I studied Linguistics at University of Michigan graduate school and have worked abroad as a translator of technical documents since 1984.
Because I consider the collapse of the three high rises at near free-fall speeds to be evidence of something else having gone on behind the scenes that day, most likely controlled demolition, even otherwise intelligent progressives consider me a tinfoil hatter now, most probably because of the recent National Geographic special. This is sad, but I believe that in time the psychological need to believe in the official theory will diminish, and the truth will be widely acknowledged. The most compelling evidence was broadcast worldwide repeatedly, ad nauseum. It will eventually be undeniable.

I have no formal engineering background. I have designed and built many ICF (insulated concrete form) buildings. When I say 'design', I actually design the steel reenforcing concrete for those structures and have a licensed structural engineer sign off on the design for permitting.
I know how concrete, and especially steel reenforced concrete, react to loads. I know that what happened to those buildings is a scientific impossibility! I saw 20 or 30 of the top floors of one of those buildings begin to topple over and know that it should have continued because the building below it was still sound and should have forced it to continue falling. Instead, every floor had to have been completely destroyed to allow it to cease its momentum and begin falling straight down. Again, I am no engineer, but I do know the basic laws of motion.

A qualitative understanding of what is meant by 'gravitational collapse' should be enough to convince anyone who has seen the various videos of the destruction of the World Trade Center that something is horribly amiss with the official narrative. In addition, the fact that steel evidence was largely destroyed and that the little steel evidence that was preserved and analyzed does not support the official narrative (FEMA Appendix C, NIST metallurgical tests) is more than enough confirmation that a fraudulent 'official' investigation has been perpetrated.

I knew immediately that cool burning jet fuel would never anneal, much less pulverize into dust, a structure which Leslie Robertson, the chief engineer of the team that designed the Towers, said 'We considered the possibility that an airliner could strike the Towers due to fog and we designed them to withstand such an event'. The airliner they used for their work was the heavy as a hog Boeing 707. The 707 was made from an aluminum/copper alloy. They used so much fuel that the airlines almost gave them away to the Saudis when the new generation using the aluminum zinc alloys came out. Ten of the 19 hijackers are alive and well, although bewildered. The people studying how Rumsfeld could just lose a trillion dollars were one floor above impact. No aircraft struck the Pentagon, nor did one crash at Shanksville. I am bewildered by the photograph from the news chopper, a straight in photo in one of the Towers, and I see nothing but a big hole. When a plane hit the Empire State building the street was full of things like tail parts for example. Don't forget the hapless reports informing us that the Solomon building (WTC Bldg. 7) collapsed 20 minutes before it did from, um, 'falling debris'. The Patriot Act was our nation's response to this act of terror but it was drafted prior to 9-11. I could go on for hours about the things that just did not make sense but am out of time.

I've have always had doubts about the 9/11 events. It is obvious from videos that those buildings came down exactly the same as planned demolitions. The odds of that happening three times in a row is infinitesimal at the very least. Free Speech TV ran a video today (10/2/13 - courtesy of Thom Hartmann) of your conference. The details and presentation of facts are very convincing as well as the audios of those on scene. The view of the lobby with the blown out windows, yet no evidence of fire damage, was especially enlightening. Thank you.

I find it very disheartening to see the way our government handled this situation. I feel that it makes my fellow countrymen appear to be fools to the rest of the world, for accepting such behavior from our government, on this and many other subjects. Our rights are being stripped away, 3 wars have been started based on a lie, without consent from congress, and our government is becoming a dictatorship. In America I have found that citizens are considered to be a traitor for being skeptical. We are mocked for requiring that evidence be presented. Critical thinking is scorned, with regard to governmental action.People need to care. We must not have an apathetic attitude toward our government, and we must assemble and stand together!The deceit that occurred on 9/11 was the beginning of something much greater. It has become the norm for our government to lie to us, and to deceive us, and it is becoming more and more clear that they do not have our benefit in mind!We must examine the motive for the cover up, not just the fact that the truth was covered up. I feel that the motive may be the most terrifying part of the whole ordeal, and I don't make any claim to having the answer, though I do have a general idea. Skepticism toward our government can no longer carry the taboo that it has for so long, or we will find ourselves in an Orwellian society that none of us could ever desire! We want freedom and justice, don't we?
