PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been in the mechanical and electrical field of repair and modification for about 12 years. I have worked closely with engineers of many disciplines. I was in the military for 4 years. I have been involved in the root cause analysis of many accidents. Some of failed structural steel and other composite materials. I have studied metallurgy and what can cause fatigue in metals. I have also studied the live and dead load of flooring and the stresses caused by each to different materials used.
Steel buildings do not naturally collapse in the manner that was witnessed on 9-11. It is not possible that 2 would have collapsed in the same manner, yet we are told to believe that 3 collapsed in that manner. (within their own footprint and at near-free fall speed) We have had much smaller incidents that have been better studied than this world changing event. It has lead to laws being passed and conflicts with at least 2 nations. Yet the study of this incident has been incomplete and in most cases compiled of flawed testing... which is shameful.

I cannot possibly accept the results of the official investigations of the collapse of several World Trade Center buildings on 9/11. The only credible cause of the collapse of the two towers and Building 7 is intentional demolition by preset explosive charges. This must have been done with the knowledge of some US government agency or agencies. The question is how high up the chain of command responsibility extends.

I am a retired Engineer. I have a BS and MS in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Engineering Mechanics. I have worked as a structural analyst in the offshore oil industry and as a viscoelastic materials expert working on the redesign of the Solid Rocket Boosters following the Challenger disaster. I have also been on the engineering faculties of the University of Illinois (1967-1970) and Mississippi State University (1970-1980).
It is utterly impossible for a modern, properly designed high-rise building to collapse due to localized fires of only a few hours duration. Steel buildings are required to have fireproofing material on all structural members which is designed to prevent the steel from experiencing severely high temperatures for many hours. I believe that a thorough finite-element analysis of all of the WTC buildings (pretty expensive analysis which I do not have the money or computer facilities to undertake) would demonstrate that no reasonable scenario would cause WTC7 to collapse symmetrically except the simultaneous failure of all columns as in a controlled demolition.

For the last 15 years, I believed much of the US government's account of the events of 9/11. However, after actually taking the time to do my own research I became aware of a number of troubling facts surrounding that day and the days leading up to 9/11. However, what really began to raise doubts in my mind was the way in which the towers fell. Although, I had seen the footage many times before, I decided to take a second look at the collapse of WTC-1, WTC-2 and WTC-7 not from the emotional or human perspective but through the eyes of an engineer/physicist. What I had failed to notice, even as an observer trained to examine events based on the laws of physics, was that all three buildings fell at near free-fall speeds with little to no apparent resistance from the floors below. This is physically impossible without the use of some form of controlled demolition charges. This realization shook me to the core and forced me to reaccess my world view and the version of history I had been given. I add my voice today to the many other scientist and engineers who are demanding the truth in hopes that if enough of us voice our concerns based on factual evidence and professional observation that the whole truth might be disclosed.

At the time of 9/11, I was in the hospital, but when able, in 2002, I watched the same videos, and came to the conclusion that the buildings could not have fallen the way the NIST claim. The fire was not hot enough to create molten metal, which can be seen in the videos. Also, the steel columns, nor joists, could have been hot enough to deform, and to create a collapse. The only thing that I have seen that will do this is a controlled explosion, as in building demolition, taking out certain building columns along the vertical axis of the building.

I fully believe, to the extent of my engineering proficiency, qualification and professional experience, that both main WTC buildings were destructed by other means than fire or airplane crashes, and that none of other WTC buildings, particularly #7, were destructed by fire only or fire + falling debris. I fully believe that evidence such as large amounts of molten steel, thermite signature and very high melting temperatures, are sufficient proof of voluntary destruction of the buildings and totally discredit the official position of destruction by plane crashes and fire consequences. I strongly believe that investigation of the 911 events were voluntarily diverted, in a planned-in-advance manner. I strongly believe that the plane crashes are part of the planned distraction build-up to hide the evidence of voluntary destruction and mislead public belief in the USA and worldwide. I strongly believe that all events on 9/11 are part of a coordinated plan to destabilize west-east geopolitics as well as domestic US society, falsely legitimate and increase a decades-long US military presence in the middle-east, and generally speaking legitimate.

Almost 30 Years experience designing, engineering, commissioning and maintaining large Building Management Systems including many high rise office buildings. These building management systems integrate with most if not all building services including mechanical and electrical plant, fire systems, security systems, transportation systems etc.
Common sense tells me that aviation fuel, paper and wood cannot burn at a high enough temperature to melt steel. Common sense tells me that a building cannot fall at free fall speed without some form of demolition. An airliner, with the exception of its engines and landing gear is largely made up of air surrounded by a flimsy aluminum cover.Common sense tells me that this cannot bring down steel high rise buildings. There are many eye witnesses who describe bombs exploding prior to the aircraft collision. There are many eye witnesses who describe multiple bombs exploding prior to the buildings collapse. We are obviously being lied to and a new investigation as well as a truth and reconciliation process is required.

I worked 8 years for an AIA Architect in Van Nuys, CA. as their office manager & bookkeeper but dealt with clients and vendors that included structural and mechanical engineers. I worked 30 years for a custom engineering plastics profile extrusion mfg co. and was office manager, bookkeeper, purchasing and quality control manager for Aerospace and business machine industries.
Having some experience in both the plastics industry and in an office of architects, after closely viewing the video purchased, I cannot help but surmise there were demolition explosives used to destroy the Twin Towers and only demolition explosives used on Building 7. Flames caused by the plane's jet fuel in both of the Towers gave a sparse cover to the primary cause of destruction. To see these well constructed buildings implode below the line of the plane's impact tells a story as well! The loss of nearly 3,000 lives, and lives that are still being taken by the chemicals inhaled in the aftermath of the attack, is further evidence of planned and coordinated demolition of the buildings.

The damage was done to the building from the inside, and videos show that the planes were added in at a later time. Eyewitness accounts (suppressed) show that what is reported is inconsistent with the truth. Combine that with a mysterious letting-in of certain people within the few days before 9/11 and their demand to have the electricity cut for their visit. Office workers stated that that never happens, and was awkward for their business because it interrupted data transfers and on-line business hosted from their offices.

Clearly buildings do not, and in fact have never before, collapsed at free-fall speed through the path of most resistance without professional demolition measures involved. Nor can steel melt at the temperature of burning jet fuel. It is scientifically impossible for jet fuel fires to completely collapse skyscrapers with burning jet fuel alone, regardless of how much damage was done mechanically via impact. Building 7 is particularly suspicious, not having been struck and being situated blocks from the towers with other buildings in between. The types of government offices located in this building lend even more suspicion. It doesn't take much intelligence to understand these facts, only the will to question the official investigation, which did not once refer to the collapse of Building 7.

For most of my 70 plus years, I have been involved in the design and construction of things as simple as a chair all the way to include complete houses. University educated, I hold a degree in auto mechanics dating to the 60's.
Going back to the days of professional explanations as to the collapse of the buildings, I felt that the stories being spread just didn't make sense. Buildings don't collapse due to fire and if they did, wouldn't do so at free fall speed. When the first Tower fell I remember saying it looked like it had been imploded, just like they show when a building in Vegas is taken down.
