PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The scientific evident for the use of incendiary explosives to take down the buildings should be confirmed or refuted in an independent investigation. If Congress will not require that investigation, the President should arrange for it. And find out whether NIST scientists were fully behind the apparent incomplete analyses and omission of so much information in the NIST report. Were their views suppressed/omitted in the report? They should be closely questioned on their input into the NIST report.

Technically speaking; and after the airplanes hit the the towers, a large amount of heat was generated. This heat should go up rather than down. Even if they do go down, the amount of time needed to cause a a major damage at the lower parts of the towers are not hours but days!!

My postdoctoral studies were in physical/chemical oceanography/meteorology. The balance of my career was in aerospace: materials, propulsion, structure, dynamics, electromagnetics/electro-optics, thermodynamics.

Based on the strength of the evidence presented by the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, it is my opinion that the official version presented by NIST is deeply flawed, and another independent investigation needs to be conducted by independent parties. Those investigators should be drawn from a pool of international and private consultants to avoid any political bias.

THOMAS HANSEN, Ph.D., is a retired mathematics education researcher, author, and teacher. He began his teaching career in the Peace Corps in Liberia in 1964. He directed the investigation of administrative uses of computers for a National Institute of Education project and was a researcher for a National Science Foundation project to measure computer literacy. He was a mathematics and computer education author for Scholastic Publishing, IBM, Silver Burdett, Scott-Foresman, Creative Publications, and Encyclopedia Britannica. He coordinated adult education programs for a community college in Iowa, serving eleven surrounding communities, and also taught mathematics at a community college.
The evidence that AE 9/11 Truth presents seems to me to clearly demonstrate that the Twin Towers and Building 7 were destroyed by controlled demolition. Particularly impressive is the research of Harrit, Jones, et al, which proves that unexploded and exploded nano-thermite was present in the dust. The 9/11 Commission Report did not deal with the possibility of controlled demolition. As Dr. Philip Zelikow told me in person, he and his staff did not investigate anything that they felt was a conspiracy theory. The NIST report was insufficient as well, since they did not test for explosives or residues of explosives, and their modeled scenario stopped at the beginning of the falling of the buildings, thus ignoring the many indicators of controlled demolition.

I have read Crossing the Rubicon by Mike Ruppert. I have read David Ray Griffin's books and heard him speak. There is no doubt in my mind that the official conspiracy story is false. I received an MA in Religion and Literature at the University of Chicago in 1964, and a Ph.D. in the philosophy of religion from Claremont University, Claremont, California in 1998. I taught English at Evansville College (now University) in Indiana in 1964 - 1966. I taught Religious Studies as an adjunct at Calif. State University Long Beach for two or three years in the late 1980s, and at Cal State Northridge briefly in 1993. I am the author of several books, including THE UTTERMOST DEEP: THE CHALLENGE OF NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCES, a re-write of my dissertation for the general reader, published in 2001, and TAKING THE ADVENTURE: FAITH AND OUR KINSHIP WITH ANIMALS, a book of essays, in 2014. I took an interest in the 9/11 Truth movement after discovering David Griffin's first book on the subject. I had known him for about twelve years because he was my dissertation advisor at Claremont; thus I was very aware that he was a brilliant, pioneering, and highly disciplined thinker. I am a member of Faith Leaders for 9/11 Truth.
Though I am in the humanities, not the sciences, I dealt with the philosophy of science in my dissertation, and know something about the importance of evaluating the strength, or otherwise, of evidence. It is clear to me that the evidence is very strong that the Twin Towers, and Building 7, could in no way have come down in the ways that the 9/11 Commission and NIST concluded, and that a new investigation, uncontrolled by partisan political forces, is much needed. (However, I suspect a generation must pass before that is likely to take place.)

I am a graduate student at Johns Hopkins Medicine in biomedical engineering with a background in mechanical engineering and applied math. As an original New Yorker, one of my hobbies is reading and concerning myself with scientific evidence concerning the tragic events of 9/11.
Everything surrounding the destruction of the buildings has been cued as misguided to the American people. I believe with my academic background that the buildings were destroyed from an outside variable independent of the planes crashing into the buildings. It is safe to say the the buildings met no resistance while falling, a huge factor indicating that their support on every floor failed due to some unknown cause. Bradley Larson's paper Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe has scientifically documented the presence of an explosive material at the scene of the tragedy. Building 7 is also an event totally independent of any aircraft flying into the building, yet it fell with little to no resistance. I stand by my theory that the buildings in NYC on 9/11 did not fall because of aircraft impact.

9/11 is a day I will never forget. A day that my life and the lives of my children changed. I want to know the truth about what happened, no matter how painful it might be. The data and the official explanation do not match.

As a scientist, and one trained and with years of experience in making critical observations, the moment I first watched the collapse of the Twin Towers I was convinced that it was without doubt a controlled demolition. The collapse of WTC7 that was not hit by an aircraft simply confirmed this as did George W. Bush's response (or lack thereof) when informed of the attack on the WTC. It was at that point that I realized that he already knew about it.

Have followed the 9/11 disaster and understand that the data, which shows what the government did, does not do analysis of the disaster.

Having seen the initial attacks whilst at work at the T-REX Project in Denver on 11 September 2001 at approximately 7:00 am, I witnessed the event. I do not believe that two aircraft can take down three sound steel structure buildings. Also, having attained degrees in history, I am aware of the degree of false-flag terror which has been used to further hidden agendas throughout human history and am positive that the 9/11 event is one of these happenings.

We have not had an adequate investigation of the causes of collapse of any of the three World Trade Center buildings on Sept 11, 2001. We badly need such an investigation--the health of our democracy hinges on this.
