PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

At 1.8 million square feet, WTC 7 was possibly larger than any building on the West Coast. Bank of America (1.4 million sf) and the Transamerica Pyramid (.5 million sf), the two highest buildings in San Francisco, are together only slightly greater in area. Few Americans know that WTC 7 collapsed, even fewer know how big it was. I have read that its collapse was shown only one time on television; in its documentaries about the WTC collapse, PBS not only didn't explain the collapse of WTC7 but never even mentioned the collapse of a third building, because doing so would have undermined their conclusion that planes and jet fuel were responsible for the collapses. Much evidence exists of explosions throughout the WTC buildings. Persistent pools of 2000 degree metal can only be explained by the presence of thermite/thermate, used in planned demolitions. Squibs, puffs of smoke characteristic of planned demolitions, can be clearly seen in advance of the collapses. The official story does not explain the collapse of WTC7 or the collapse of the cores of WTC 1 and 2. YouTube videos of a BBC reporter announcing the collapse of WTC7 just prior to its actual collapse is convincing proof that the authorities had advance knowledge of its imminent collapse. There is just one explanation for the evidence associated with these collapses: demolition by expertly planned and placed explosives.

At the age of 11, I watched in horror, as my country transformed forever in real time right before my eyes. That morning I woke up to a shifting dusk morning air, as the birds chirped seemingly louder than usual next to my open bedroom window. That hot Colorado summer was quickly giving way to the coming fall season, and the new school year was setting its pace, as I began 6th grade just after a months long family visit in Europe with my grandparents. When I went downstairs for our routine morning cereal and homework check, a look of horror on my mother's face that I hope to never witness on anyone ever again, engulfed the living room as she gleamed in disbelief at the news reports on the television. Living smack dab in between Ft Carson and Peterson Air Force base, in my home town of Widefield Colorado, the city of Colorado Springs that morning was clenched in the security of the armed forces, on standby, ready to deploy by the command of NORAD, which was just 10 miles west of our home. I would never forget the military response to the attacks on our nation. Tanks, armored vehicles, and fully suited soldiers lined the streets. At that young age, the sight of responding heroes and patriots inspired me, and I was awestruck at what seemed at the time, the most honorable and brave men and women I'd ever seen, as my mother slowly drove my little sister and I to a terrified and frozen school district, which in the hours following would soon dismiss all classes until further notice. Things would never be the same again. Still impacted and full of revenge, 7 years later, at the age of 18 I joined the United States Army airborne infantry. It seems I was plagued with a thirst to do my part in fighting back those who brought so much pain and change to my nation. During my service I started hearing claims of an inside job. After years of rebuke, and denial, I wasn't hearing these claim any more, but began LISTENING to them. Unfathomable accounts. Unbelievable statements. Eventually I began to do my own research. In saddened disbelief, sitting in the middle of a war torn Middle Eastern village, I stared at videos, and reports on my lap top. It was an unquestionable conclusion. My own government, the leaders of this nation and others who I am sworn to and vowed to protect, played its own hand in the very attack I now deplore and fight to avenge. I felt furious. I felt betrayed beyond words. I wanted out of the military right then and there. The things we've done, the waste of life, the blood shed, all in the name of self inflicted victimization. Today I stand proud as a combat veteran, who now realizes who we were truly fighting for. It wasn't for those empty suits in smoke filled rooms. We were fighting for you. The citizens of this nation. The people. Those who knew the whole time what our government was doing to itself. We were fighting for the victims of that day and the citizens who on the days before and after 9/11, couldn't fight for themselves. Our government, a corrupt bureaucracy, who evidently is willing to kill its own people for power and control, will go beyond its means to silence those who speak against it. But I stand before you today, 20 years later, to say thank you to all the experts, the survivors and victims of that attack. Thank You for speaking out and fighting for truth. Today I am currently enrolled in college, studying to become an electrical engineer. I hope to one day utilize my education to back up what we know and continue this fight for truth with expertise and wisdom. My sincere condolences go out to the families, and my deepest respect go to the TRUE experts who have worked endlessly to expose the truth. You have inspired me to join this fight. I have worked in Civil and Structural Engineering since 1984. I currently work as a structural engineer designing projects for Alaska's oil industry. I have also done forensic engineering for repair of fire damaged buildings.
Although I have seen fires cause steel members to warp seriously, I have not seen fire cause steel buildings to collapse. On the contrary, I have seen steel buildings suffer fire damage yet remain standing. A collapse due to fire damage would start at the first member to fail, and global failure would cascade asymmetrically from there. Controlled demolition is the best explanation for what we saw at the 3 WTC buildings.

It appears as though a massive conspiracy is responsible for at least covering up the true nature of the events of 9/11. Whomever was responsible for the attacks and whomever assisted in the attacks should be brought to justice. It does not appear that there is sufficient evidence to support the agreed upon conclusion. There are several good questions that remain unanswered, and some answers that deserve better answers (ie NIST report). I am not American, but I think anyone affected by the events of 9/11 deserve a better answer than the one they've been given. I would like to help, however possible!

It is my belief that in no way did two airplanes cause the collapse of the WTC Towers or a fire caused the collapse of Tower 7. I've been researching this for years taking into account statements from witnesses, structural engineers, architects, controlled demolition teams who are qualified individuals that can speak intelligently about the structural integrity of these three buildings. There are so many unanswered questions that the U.S government and the Commission Report have simply not addressed and we as U.S tax paying citizens deserve to have answers too! A few unanswered questions are listed below:Why were multiple Saudi people that were identified as the hijackers in the Commission Report found to be alive and well? How can a team of Arabs defeat our multi-billion dollar air defense system with box cutters all while colluding with a bearded man in an Afghan cave? How do both Towers collapse when burning jet fuel doesn't come close to the required heat it would take to melt the support beams in the Towers? Why do images of the plane hitting the building not align with the type of plane the government claimed hit it? How can Tower 7 fall at free fall speed without an explosion at the base as if it was a controlled demolition? How did the BBC report live on TV that Tower 7 collapsed while it was still standing behind the reporter? It was prescripted. These are just a few questions I have along with dozens of others that go unanswered because the Bush administration and Cheney knew very well what they were doing. It was a false flag operation just like the Gulf of Tonkin in Vietnam and used as an excuse to get the U.S. into a war with Iraq over oil control!

I think everyone in this country knows deep down the events of 9/11 were planned or orchestrated by the US government. Planes clearly did not bring either building down and neither did fire as they claim. In my opinion backed by factual documents, 100% demolition or some kind of explosives were used. I spent time reading accounts, rebuttals, and rebuttals of the rebuttals. The official explanation has gaps that render it unconvincing. Even now, the goal of a clear and understandable explanation is worth pursuing. Foreign policy decisions have been skewed by knee jerk reactions and American values neglected in the hubbub. I will always remember where I was and what I was doing on the morning of 9/11. Like so many people I was mesmerized by what I was seeing on TV as we watched 2 buildings collapse and then later a 3rd, in downtown Manhattan on live TV. And like many others I was glued to the TV for days/weeks/months following. As information came out, I remember thinking that the idea 2 of the planes taking down 3 buildings didn't really add up but it really wasn't until a few years later when I stumbled upon zeitgeist that I really started to question the official narrative.

I was 16 years old when 9/11 happened and honestly my first thought and question to my dad was how did that plane go through the tower so easily, and since then every aspect of the destruction of the 3 towers has kept me asking what really happened.
