Dear Friends,

It wasn’t the decision you and I were hoping for, but we knew our best shot at winning would be on appeal — and that is why I need your help today.

Earlier this week, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia dismissed the lawsuit that AE911Truth and eight 9/11 family members brought against NIST over its response to our request for correction of its fraudulent Building 7 report.

This decision must be appealed, so I am asking you to donate to this effort before next Friday. The goal, as it has been all along, is to force NIST to correct the obvious falsehoods in its report and acknowledge that Building 7 was brought down with explosives.

The judge’s sole ground for dismissing the case was a supposed lack of standing. His dangerous reasoning is that, while we have a right to NIST’s report, we have no right for that report to be accurate and honest. For more analysis, I encourage you to read our attorney’s memo on the decision.

We now have 60 days to appeal this faulty ruling, but we can only move forward with your help. We must raise $15,000 by next Friday, August 12, so we can begin preparing the appeal.

Your gift will ensure that this fight will go to the U.S. Court of Appeals — where there’s a much better chance that a three-judge panel will rule in favor of enabling the public to hold agencies accountable for the reports they issue.

We cannot back down now. Please give today to take this fight one step further and force NIST to correct its fraudulent Building 7 report.

Gratefully yours,

Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth

P.S. Please give generously before Friday, August 12, to hold NIST accountable and finally expose the truth about Building 7!

As engineers, we have a legal responsibility to guard the public’s safety.

We are a small non-profit taking on a tremendous issue, and we need your support to help fund these efforts.

If you believe in the power of dedicated people and their ability to change the world, then please make a donation right now!

Thank you so much for your continued support and your willingness to stand with us!

From Architects & Engineers for 9/11Truth and filmmaker, Dylan Avery comes this short documentary that is both hauntingly beautiful in its presentation and startlingly grim in its revelations.

Join civil engineer, Jonathan Cole through an informational odyssey as he revisits the controversy surrounding the impossible destruction of towers 1, 2 and 7 on September 11th 2001, and how his research, along with the research of others, has pulled the rug out from under the conclusions offered by the federal government on why those three buildings ultimately failed.

Through Cole's testimony, and that of mechanical engineer, Tony Szamboti, a dark picture comes into focus that demonstrates that not only is the official story of what killed so many people on America's darkest day provably false but that the federal government actively and willfully turned a blind eye to the observable facts during its unscientific investigation of the building collapses.

In a little over twenty minutes, Thirty Seconds of Silence reveals more about the destruction of the three World Trade Center towers on 9/11 than the media has revealed to the public in the over twenty years since the event took place.
